Великолепное место для отдыха на термальных источниках. Все было на высшем уровне, начиная с виллы и заселения и заканчивая бассейном на открытом воздухе. Очень приятное обслуживание. Возможность прикоснуться к японским традициям. Национальный ужин с большой сменой блюд. Нам очень понравилось и мы постараемся вернуться сюда еще раз.

是一家比較local的温泉酒店，中國人很少，很多本土的老頭老太結伴出遊，熱海車站有免費接駁車，車子上有酒店名字，找到車後有工作人員核對姓名，就能上車，無需提前和酒店預約，下午3點是第一班接駁車，2:50幾車會停在站前，3點一到準時發車。酒店位於海邊，早上可以看到日出。8樓有家庭温泉風呂，可以獨立泡湯。我們吃的定食感覺和當地人的不太一樣，沒有他們吃的好，希望攜程以後能溝通一下，保證套餐的一致性！

熱海の山の上に建てられた素晴らしいホテル。 エントランスから眺めを一望でき、その景色の壮大さに驚く。ホテルマンの方が出迎えてくれ、案内してくれる。どのスタッフさんも非常に親切丁寧に接してくださります。 お部屋は日本の「和」を感じられ、リラックスできます。客室内にあるヒノキの温泉も素晴らしい体験でした。 大変満足しています。

Old style Japanese hot springs. Very good location & services! Hot springs- great!!!! Dinner & breakfast ate so good & delicious! They offered a ride to station as we have so many luggage! Love to recommend to others!

The hotel is close to the station. Just a few minutes walk. If you like to try the Japanese style hotel with in room dining, this is a good choice with reasonable price. The hotel staffs are friendly and can speak good English. The have public spa and also private spa. If you not get used to go public spa or has tattoo can’t go to the public one. You can book a small private spa for 40 minute each time. When booking, check the bath facilities. Because some room does not provide bathing facilities. I would stay again if I am in Atami.

The location is great and you can enjoy a see view through the balcony. It’s really a nice combination of Japanese culture and modern amenity.

We stayed one night and really enjoyed the amenities, especially on a rainy day. The private onsen was wonderful, and the communal baths were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent and well worth the money. Overall, the property offers a relaxing and comfortable experience. There is some room for improvement. The television only offered Japanese channels, so adding a smart TV with streaming options would be a nice upgrade for international guests. We were also disappointed by the policy not allowing guests with tattoos to use the communal pools, which may be limiting for some travelers. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great amenities, food, and a memorable onsen experience.

The room is very spacious, great for family of 2-4. It is pity I was alone only one person travelled, got charged two persons tax because the system booked for two persons. Location a bit outside the center, however it is easy to reach via taxi or shuttle bus. There is a steep slope walking from main road to the hotel if you walk in.

The hotel is located right by the ocean so you can get a beautiful view first thing in the morning. The room is clean and spacious and has a balcony facing the ocean. Facilities might be a bit old but nonetheless gives you a vintage Japanese feel. The only thing to note is that it is a bit of a trek from the station especially if you arrive at night as it is quiet and a bit dark.

Hotel is located by the sea and we can enjoy the sea view from our room. Its about 10mins walk away from Atami station and there are convenience store and restaurant nearby.
