We loved our 2 day stay at this traditional ryokan. It is an oasis within the city with beautiful gardens and villas. The food was carefully prepared and service excellent. Shizuoka was very kind and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended. Thank-you!

The hotel is up the hill from the sea side so getting to the hotel may be difficult for some with disabilities. But my overall stay was nice! Had everything I need, and the rooftop private bath was so relaxing. Perfect for someone who doesn’t prefer shared onsen spaces.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful, clean, traditional. The onsen was beautiful with a view of their garden. The water was heated perfectly with immaculately clean water. All amenities were offered when you stepped out into the changing room, ear buds, lotion, hair perfume, shampoo and conditioner. As you exit to your room there are two massage chairs to enjoy. The room we stayed in was perfect, It had a view of the bay, a big balcony, and three separate rooms. I was traveling with my son and this afforded me a private room to change my clothes and be separated while we slept. Freshly pressed kimonos were provided for the Onsen or/and to attend breakfast in. Now I'll talk about the highlight.! The breakfast buffet and dinner were included in the very reasonable price. The breakfast was extensive with fish, eggs,yogurt, homemade delicious jams, salads, fresh fruit, natto, sausages, rolls, bread, pastries, a coffee machine with choice of lattes, cappuccino, etc, a juice machine, fresh milk from famous Tanna dairy, and more! It was amazing! Dinner was also delicious, changing every night with selections such as broiled fish set, fried chicken set, steak set, all were seasoned well and perfectly cooked. All came with soup, rice, main entree and dessert. The staff were welcoming, kind and caring, friendly. The manager even sent me a special note about a piece of art I was curious about. Highly, highly recommend this Ryokan. I never wanted to leave. It's just outside of Atami, in the hills, beautiful location. Go, relax, nurture yourself, I did 😊🥰

It was nice stay! The onsen was tiny but the quality of water was so nice. The only thing you should be careful about, that the rooms without a private bath might be without a shower. Location, view and other things are cool!

The room is very spacious, great for family of 2-4. It is pity I was alone only one person travelled, got charged two persons tax because the system booked for two persons. Location a bit outside the center, however it is easy to reach via taxi or shuttle bus. There is a steep slope walking from main road to the hotel if you walk in.

オープンしたばかりとは知らず泊まりました ベテランの方が多い印象でした 使ったタオルも交換してくださり 何度か温泉に入りましたが、乾いたタオルを使用できたのは有難かったです。 足湯は混んでて利用出来ませんでしたが、良さそうでした 中庭のソファでドリンクも頂けてゆっくり出来ました 大浴場も大きな温度計のおかげでどのくらいの温度かわかり入ることも出来 脱衣場には飲み物も準備されていたので良かったです。 寝間着もパジャマタイプで ズボンもゴムだったので、はだける心配もなくゆっくり出来ました 部屋にはシンクもあり水筒なども洗ったりと重宝しました 子供達はいろんなテレビが見れたのが良かったようです 一つ一つセキュリティもしっかりされていて良かったです 心残りは今回は悪天候もあり 展望台？屋上？に行けなかったので、次回は行ってみたいです

湯河原温泉では最大級の温泉ホテルで、日帰り温泉の「いずみの湯」を併設している。宿泊客はこの「いずみの湯」のほか、館内の大浴場も利用することができる。食事は夕食がコース料理、朝食はビュッフェで、いずれも1階のレストランでいただくことができる。ひとり旅でもシングルルームがあり、1泊2食付きで16,000円、さらにJR湯河原駅からの無料送迎もついている。施設全体は湯河原駅からのバス停と川の反対側で静岡県熱海市になるので、湯河原町のふるさと納税を使えないので要注意。

The hotel is close to the station. Just a few minutes walk. If you like to try the Japanese style hotel with in room dining, this is a good choice with reasonable price. The hotel staffs are friendly and can speak good English. The have public spa and also private spa. If you not get used to go public spa or has tattoo can’t go to the public one. You can book a small private spa for 40 minute each time. When booking, check the bath facilities. Because some room does not provide bathing facilities. I would stay again if I am in Atami.

我們住日式榻榻米 💙房間的洗手間和淋雨，有一點沒打掃乾淨 ❤️整個飯店都很暖，很方便，有咖啡和啤酒喝飲料在5樓，2樓，温泉完休息都可以喝 ❤️早餐和晚餐都是自助式，海鮮一整天，吃超飽，衹是第3天開始有一點膩 ❤️温泉池子有户外的兩個，到24點，早上也有，衹是早上起不來泡 ❤️房間很大 🧡離熱海站走路10分鐘，有接駁車，不等接駁車要拖行李上坡，有一點累 旁邊有一家AEON很方便

We stayed one night and really enjoyed the amenities, especially on a rainy day. The private onsen was wonderful, and the communal baths were fantastic. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent and well worth the money. Overall, the property offers a relaxing and comfortable experience. There is some room for improvement. The television only offered Japanese channels, so adding a smart TV with streaming options would be a nice upgrade for international guests. We were also disappointed by the policy not allowing guests with tattoos to use the communal pools, which may be limiting for some travelers. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great amenities, food, and a memorable onsen experience.
