PPengguna TetamuAuthentic Japanese style hotel that own a hot spring underneath the property. The hotel provides public bath, but private baths are also available for reservation. Breakfast comes in a a personal set and is delicious. The room facing the beach front view hearing sound of the ocean is serene and peaceful. Staff are all friendly and professional.

Ssplathotel was amazing! we arrived around midnight by train but was still allowed to check-in & the reception also very friendly!
room : room size is alright, very clean [10/10]
location : very good & convenient, right above hakodate station [10/10]
cost : amazing, considering it was peak winter season ($80 sgd for 2) [10/10]

LLucas2026This is an excellent 4-star hotel to stay in Hokadate. Almost as good as the 5-stars but at the 3+star price. Rooms are big and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is midway between the station and the harbor where most people spend a lot of time and the only Starbucks in town is located.

KKhooI really love this hotel. It has a kitchenette and very nice bathroom. Very Near to the morning market and near to our favourite burger joint, Lucky Pierot!
Although room is abit small, it was cosy. No cupboards! Very minimalist hotel.

JJesscacaAbout 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone.
Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable.
Other than these, overall is satisfied.

PPengguna TetamuI absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world.
The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Well-managed public bath and open-air onsen, with thoughtful amenities prepared in the room.
Free late-night ramen is a nice bonus, and the location is great for walking around Hakodate Bay.
The view from our room was absolutely beautiful.

LLern ChongWe faced major comfort problems unique to this establishment. Having stayed in six different hotels during our trip, this was the only one that presented these issues.
The primary problem was the temperature control. Despite setting the room to a cool 18^{\circ}\text{C}, the room remained stiflingly hot. Staff explained that the system was set to heat for the winter, leaving guests without adequate cooling control. We were forced to request a standing fan just to achieve a bearable sleeping environment.
Furthermore, we both experienced significant itchiness while sleeping on the bed. This is unacceptable and suggests a concerning issue with the bedding or mattress hygiene

エエゾシカ伝道師お宿のスタッフの方々の対応か温かく、かつ節度があり、とても心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。
禁煙可能なお部屋が多い中、喫煙者である同伴者は大変喜んでおりました。
加えて、部屋に残るニオイの対応もしっかりとされており、心地よく過ごす事が出来ると思います。
肝心の温泉ですが、源泉のパワーを頂く事が出来る
大満足の温泉です！
又、入りたいと思っております♪
