Cari Hotel 4-Star di Hakodate

I stayed in a D-Fourth Non smoking room on the 8th floor. The room has a nice view of Mount Hakodate from the balcony and a view of the port from the bedroom window. Room was clean and there is daily cleaning if you ask for it. Cooking utensils are available though no condiments provided. The bath system is electronic and took a while to figure out how to use it. Room was spacious and adequate for 4 of us. What we loved is that while the dryer did not really dry our clothes (separate washer and dryer), the heater in the room was strong enough to dry them and we could borrow a rack from the hotel to hang them out to dry. Only improvement we would like to suggest - we arrived when it was snowing heavily, and as we moved our luggage into the room the floor became wet and dirtied, we had to clean with tissue as there is no floor cleaner available.would be nice to provide self cleaning tools especially since there is a kitchen and things might spill. And also the balcony did not have any ‘balcony’ shoes so it was just too cold to step outside to enjoy the scenary. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Would choose it again if we go Hakodate.

Super stay at this traditional onsen inn! It’s an easy 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and it is a peaceful and hospitable place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included (you have it in your room, the staff come to roll up your tatami 30 mins before - we just went to the onsen during this time) which was traditional Japanese style and delicious. The onsens are not too big but there are outdoor and indoor sections and perfectly adequate. The staff look after you warmly and we loved our experience of traditional Japanese culture here. Oh, and it’s near the Botanical Gardens where we saw monkeys bathing in the onsen.

Останавливались на одну ночь, было чисто, правда в комнате было холодно и присутствовал небольшой запах. Включили кондиционер, и все нормализовалось. Вечером можно выпить бесплатные напитки. Отель нам вообщем понравился, порекомендую. Комната большая , относительно других 21 кв.м.

The meals at this unexpected stay in Hakodate were outstanding, and I was truly moved by the receptionist’s fluent English – a rare experience in Japan. Thanks to their helpful guidance, I had a comfortable and relaxing time.

4명이서 조식없이 최대5인방에 묵었습니다. 장점으로는 체크인시 약간의 절차가 있으나 직원분께서 친절하 도와주셨습니다. 카운터 옆에는 샤워타올이나 치약 등 무료제공되는 어메니티도 있고 아이들을 위한 목욕캡등 여러가지 어메니티도 있어 인상깊었습니다. 방 내부는 깔끔하고 공기청정기 및 난방도 잘 작동했습니다. 매일마다 새로운 큰 수건을 제공해주셔셔 씻는데 걱정이 없었습니다. 온천시설은 오전오후를 구분해 남여탕 번갈아 운영하는 것 같았습니다. 둘 다 실내온천1개 실외온천1개씩 똑같았습니다. 샤워기, 온천 물도 온도가 적당했고 실외온천쪽 경관은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 목욕 후에도 여유롭게 드라이기가 배치되어 있어 머리 말리는데 문제가 없었고 정수기도 있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 역시 단점도 존재합니다. 겨울이여서 그런지 길가에 눈이 쌓여있어 공항버스에서 내려 10분동안 캐리어 끌고 호텔까지 가는데 조금 힘들었습니다. 객실 내부에는 전자레인지가 없어 1층에 있는 전자레인지를 써야했습니다. 심지어 1대밖에 없고 잘 보이지 않는 곳에 있어 불편했습니다.

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Room are spacious and clean, location are strategic, but service are really bad. I cant keep my luggage before my check in time, so i have to carry my heavy luggage with me for all day, and staffs here aren’t friendly at all, also they charge ¥5,000 for late check out even just for 5minutes. I stay in many hotel with higher and cheaper price but this place was really disappointing. All the things in this hotel are perfect, but i think they have to educate the staffs and other services.

About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied.

Kali ini, kami datang ke kampung halaman isteri saya untuk menunjukkan cicitnya kepada neneknya. Ini merupakan kali pertama kami menaiki kapal terbang, jadi ia agak mencabar, tetapi kami dapat berehat di mata air panas dan menikmati makanan laut yang lazat, dan ia merupakan kenangan yang menyeronokkan. Kakitangannya semua sangat ramah, dan saya ingin kembali lagi tahun depan.

Excellent location in Hakodate, all walking distances from major attractions - red brick share houses, the churches and government houses, morning market etc. Breakfast spread was excellent and the sashimi seafood for chirashi bowls are fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that reception staff can learn to speak some English especially when the hotel is full of tourists from various countries. The room is rather small and crammed even for a solo traveller. The onsen is nice but gets rather crowded especially in the evenings. The lounge area has a beautiful view of the bay.
