JJacky酒店位置絕佳，鴨川就在窗外，沿河的櫻花盛開盡收眼底，Mizuki特別好吃，連續吃了兩頓晚餐也未盡興，服務和衞生都沒得説，除了櫻花季價格貴點，真的是沒有任何槽點。

AAdariEverything was good except the service in hotel restaurants, which was exceptionally bad:
1) breakfast: waited for food for 40 mins, reminded the server 2 times - still nothing;
2) bar: a too long wait for a cocktail. the server said that as apology said cocktail won’t be in included in the bill… but it was there;
3) afternoon tea: told the staff that I dislike dairy products, but have no allergy. So, for example I can eat most sweets, but not the ones with a strong taste of mascarpone cream. In the end they gave me just a plate of fruit and when I remninded them of the above they… did nothing ) I stayed at this hotel and had afternoon tea there last year too - everything was fine then.
All of the above are 3 different restaurants inside the hotel, so I wouldn’t recommend going to any restaurant there. In all other aspects except services related to food the hotel is good.

PPengguna Tetamuthis hotel provided us with a top quality service and the rooms are super huge. Gym has plenty of machines and weights. Breakfast was amazing as well. 1 minute away from Kyoto station to top it all off.

KKT5009Location is just next to the JR train where it can direct go to Arashiyama. Beautiful tatami room hotel with 5 private onsen rooms for usage next to their public bath, no need to book and just walk in, wait at waiting area outside the onsen room if occupied. The breakfast is great and very organised. Love the design and the peaceful atmosphere created by the owner of this hotel. Their free ramen is delicious especially after the onsen bath, suggest to go around 10pm where it is less crowded. Will be back again

Firstly, the location is unique, an easy 5 min walk from the station ( Umokoji Kyotonishi) and 3 min train ride to the center of Kyoto. Yet this convenience is coupled with its location adjoining a large wooded park which some guest rooms overlook - a special and calm outlook right in the city centre.
Rooms are large by Japan standards and both the Japanese style rooms ( super comfy ) and more traditional Western styled rooms offer a Scandanavian/ Japanese decor style which is both modern and uncluttered.
In addition, guest services on offer include complementary DIY fresh brewed coffee and in the evenings, complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks . Can be taken either to your room with balcony overlooking parklands or in the guest book or music library, both offering a calm respite from a sometimes frenetic Kyoto CBD.
Unique, special and largely overlooked by tourist group bookings, the Potel Umokoji manages to offer the ambience and guest experiences that many mass tourism venues have lost. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

TThe Travel HunterOutstanding experience at Hotel Granvia Kyoto. Staying here made our Kyoto trip effortless, especially with the hotel located right above Kyoto Station. Trains, buses and shopping are just steps away, which saved us so much time and energy.
The hospitality was excellent. The staff were polite, attentive and very efficient, making us feel welcomed immediately. Check in was smooth and the overall service throughout our stay was consistently professional. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day of sightseeing.
This hotel combines prime location with refined service and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto. Truly a five star experience.

Brilliant ! housekeeping did a cracking job. It’s a proper eco-friendly spot, they give you a reusable water bottle to use during your stay, which is dead handy for carrying around while you're out and about. Just a heads-up, though you can't just take them home, but if you're a fan, you can buy one at reception

DDreamscomeTrueVery nice ambience and a new luxurious hotel in Kyoto close to the 清水寺。 Restaurant choices are quite limited inside the hotel complex but they have got a great spa with excellent service staff. Down the hill should be some international restaurants at Park Hyatt Kyoto another luxurious five star hotel. Breakfast bento boxes not too appetising and not much food selections for in room dining as well. But the neighbourhood was quiet and nice.

Night time they serve ramen, ice cream and drinks. All guest dress in their onsen clothes walked around, took turns to enjoy the massage chair, sit around and chat. What a good experience! Laundry is free!! dryer costs about 100yen for 20mins, 200yen for 40mins, what a deal!
