The hotel staffs are professional and enthusiastic. For the seven days stay, everything was perfect. The room is spacious compared with other hotels at the same level. The hardware are well maintained. The restaurants provide great food. The breakfast at Cafe 33 is great but limited in variety given the price. The Italian restaurant trattoria sette provides great pizza and pasta. The location is quite convenient given its proximity to Kyoto Station, thought it’s a bit far from Kawaramachi. There are bus stops connecting Gion, Higashiyama, Kawaramachi, Kyoto Station and Tofukuji quite near the hotel.

房間不錯，酒店環境很好，設計風格是日式和現代相融合。早餐自助不算驚艷，但有一些特別菜單，也挺不錯，推薦嘗試菜單上的菜品。 但有兩個問題：1、訂酒店的時候直接在攜程上訂的，後面發現攜程上的價格和其他網站提供的價格存在較大差異，和攜程交涉后，攜程同意給我補償差價（後續收到攜程的補償差價后，我加補充）攜程也承認是他們的日本代理的價格提供的問題，希望攜程能找更好的日本代理，並能給攜程會員提供更有競爭力的價格。 2、酒店默認的床墊是歐美旅客喜歡的很鬆軟那種，不太適合我們家人。第一天晚上半夜2點多，我太太腰直接疼醒，後面時間也挺晚了，也為了不打擾我和孩子休息，那晚上她在地板上睡了一夜。和酒店溝通，第二天換了更硬的床墊。最後一天早餐，在餐廳遇到了general manager，她詢問我們的住店情況，我們將床墊的事情告知了她，在她的主導下，最終得到了的解決。

This is the fourth time we go to Kyoto as family travel while the hotel among all we stayed is the worst. A couple of reasons we say so, first, we understand the local government charge tax on travelers for staying in hotels or other accommodations but this time the number is unbelievablely high! We were staying at the Granvia Hotel last summer with only less than half of this time. Second, the day we checked in, the A/C doesn’t work at all cuz it only works for cool air no heat air at all! The hotel staff insisted the room temperature is 25-26, but their humidifier in the room shows only 21-22, so the told me the humidifier was not working not the room A/C was problematic. I had to argue with them and eventually their manager came with the engineer and re-start the A/C, then the room temperature went up again but they still said it was no problem at all but the humidifier was down. Anyway, it was a bad experience with such bad service, highly likely won’t go back to this place.

朝食はたいへん良かったです。揚げ物は一切なく、味付けは優しいものばかり。お盆を使わないで仕切りのない普通のお皿に取るやり方はとてもスマートで良いです。私の泊まった日には祇園ボローニャの雅というお気に入りのパンまで有ってビックリ。オープンキッチンでのオムレツをわざわざ席まで届けるホスピタリティ 感心しました。 お部屋もキレイで機能的 ただ機能的過ぎて、連泊利用で一泊目に生物入れて出掛けると、冷蔵庫の電気も切れてダメになるのは気を付けましょう(これは私のうっかりですが) 総じて大満足、また利用させていただきます。

今回が2回目の宿泊です。 今年5月10日に開業5周年を迎えたばかりでフロントのそばに祝花が飾ってあります。 今回も伏見稲荷大社の御祭のためには泊まりました。。今回の御祭は「御田植祭」です。 伏見稲荷大社はホテルから徒歩20分ほどです。 部屋はシングルベッドで、正方形のテーブルと椅子がベッドの横に置かれてあります。 別に幅50cm＊170cmほどの細長いテーブルと椅子もあります。 部屋は広めで、バゲッジラックもあり使い勝手がよいです。 浴室は部屋にくらべると狭い感じがしますが、窮屈な感じはありません。 空気清浄機・冷蔵庫・電気ケトルはありますが、金庫はありません。 ホテルのフロントは親切・丁寧です。教えて貰って夕食はそば処「上鳥羽たくみや」で「粗挽き十割そば」を食べました。美味しかった。

Very nice, new hotel with a free bathhouse attached. The bath area is small with just two baths, but not complaining because it's free. No complaints about the room, it was perfectly nice and modern and was a little bigger than standard for Japanese hotel rooms I'd say. The location is fine but there's not in the surrounding neighborhood. It's a very short walk to Jujo station though and there's a bus stop directly in front of the hotel so you're not far from anything. The Wifi was very bad, it frequently went up and down like a roller coaster. This was actually the only time in the last several years I've traveling in which I've encountered iandequate hotel Wifi, I thought most hotels had gotten it together on that, especially newer modern hotels like this, but apparently not. Also should note that housekeeping only cleans rooms once every four days, they say it's a Covid safety measure but I imagine it's probably just a labor shortage thing. I also was made to pay a 200 yen per night tax on my reservation when I checked in, I imagine this is a prefectural or city thing which the hotel has no control over but it surprised me as I don't remember ever having to do that before in Japan.

Room are fantastic (tv, fridge, speakers, etc). It's quiet and peaceful. Pillow are aweful in my opinion. The breakfast meal is absolutely delicious and got me addicted. The front staff, specifically Chen, was very nice to me. And they are english-speaking (don't take that for granted!!). It's not too far from a subway station. Luup available there. The laundry machine is cheap and work well (detergent built-in, no need to buy).

2016年7月オープン、収容客数852名、エレベーター4基、ワンルームマンションの様な造り。 ロビーは広く、フロントデスクも広い。 ロビーにはインターネットコーナーがあり、PCを自由に使用できる。 大浴場とサウナは感染予防のため利用中止、これだけは残念。 シングルベッド・長さ180cm位あるソファーを備え、明るく広めの部屋。 トイレ以外の照明は枕元のスイッチで全部ON/OFF出来る。 TVを乗せた長い棚（180cm位）と椅子・窓の手間に50cm＊180cm位の棚があり便利。 冷蔵庫・ポット・壁掛け時計はあるが、クローゼット・読書灯・金庫はない。 バスタブ・トイレ・洗面台が一体となった浴室はやや狭い感じ、出入り口に段差がある。 夕食と朝食付で部屋代は驚きの安値3000円（宿泊税200円は別）。

The hotel management let us down in the last 15 minutes before we left although everything was good before then. We checked out 15 minutes earlier at around 9.45 in the morning and loaded our luggage to our car at the hotel parking space. Just walked away, a man rushed to us and yelled at us without showing his identity: ‘Did you park your car there? You must go now!’ We said that we were the hotel guest and asked who he was. Reluctantly but still not showing his name badge, he said that he was the hotel manager (what a hotel manager!) and insisted we must drive away immediately. Very unset to a hotel guest who was allowed by its staff to park their car the night before to be greeted by a manager like that, right? Going back to the hotel front desk to settle the trouble, the man remained arrogant, did not apologize and just kept saying ‘you CANNOT park the car’ without mentioning why we COULD in fact park our car there overnight. (Why it was permitted by front desk staff? Why was there no sign and no block there? Why no one called to our room and explained if it was a breach of hotel regulation?) When we said as a hotel guest we should still have the right to park the car before checkout time which was 10.00 am, the man seemed not figuring out what our argument was and, most ridiculously, as a hotel manager to greet guests all over the world, he did not know what the words ‘courtesy’ and ‘polite’ mean. Fortunately we just stayed at Chisun Premium Kujo for one night in our 7-day trip in Kyoto. It was a totally different experience when we stayed at 俵屋旅館and Gate Hotel the following days, which was an authentic Kyoto experience to a frequent Kyoto traveller like us. As management in our own company, we reassure that, from Chisun’s experience, training to manager is much more important than to junior staff. Very often it is the management, not frontline staff, who irritates customers and ruins the company’s reputation. We had the man’s business card at last but are not going to show here. Hope the hotel management can train their staff professionally in the future.

ホテルのすぐ北側に専用の有料（千円）駐車場あり。車は途中出し入れが可能なので便利。9階建てのホテルで八階のシングルに３連泊しました。午後６時からのサービスが凄いです。ご飯と味噌汁が何と無料。慣れた客は事前にちょっとしたおかず類を持参して食事していました。８月からは平日のみのサービスに。部屋は独立型のエアコン、床はフローリングとカーペット敷き。やや硬めで寝心地のいいベッド、WIFIは速くて快適。コンセントの数も十分。湯茶サービスは、コーヒー、お茶、カップ、グラスと揃っていて、高級ホテル以上にしか備わっていないティースプーンまで備えてありました。バスルームはユニット式、バスタブはもう少し脚が伸ばせるといいのだが、、、（少し贅沢かな？）　清掃不要でミネラルウォーター１本サービス。電子レンジと氷は一階フロント前にあるので、連泊にも向いています。朝食は５００円。メニューの内容・種類の豊富さからみれば、かなりリーズナブルです。京都観光には最適なレンタル自転車（有料だが安い）も借りられて、至れり尽くせりのサービス満載のホテルです。

The place is massive. Very clean, and the interior was eyecandy. Traditional Japanese meets contemporary. Great when you want to experience tatami mats and the whole wooden feel. The kitchen was also fully equipped for when you want to dine in. Bear in mind that there is no housekeeping during your stay. Also, there is not much around the area, other than you being steps away from Fushimi Inari. But you are two steps away from the Keihan station that can take you just about anywhere else. So that’s not much of a problem. It’s a great place to stay for a night or two after soaking the beauty of the Torii gates, not more. It does make it a really peaceful environment. Otherwise, I had a great stay.

Clean, nice and almost new (?) hotel for travellers. As an experienced traveller/backpacker, I love the atmosphere here with a globe and map where we can pin our home country/city. Always interesting to see people’s origin! The first floor has space for sitting and eating and cooking - also in a small area outdoors. Washing machine and druer for clothes. Everything is self served as the friendly staff is here for a few hours only. I love the way Japanese trust their guests placing beverages and coffee etc. around and boxes for payment. Got a simple and nice rooms with tatami and futons and a little table. Two showers and Japanese toilet. All nice and clean. Also kitchen upstairs. Very close to the Fiji Inari attractions. Both JR and private railway passes here, so this spot is wery accessible. 2 minutes walk to station with services that take you to Gion in a few minutes. Add a couple of minutes walk and you can enter JR.

房子很大，一整棟，可以住很多人，可以做飯，有活動空間。衛生還行，但是打開微波爐，裡邊兒還有之前客人用過的油漬。離稻荷很近，坐車挺方便，衹是酒店對麪是個殯儀館，另外晚上睡覺很吵，外麪車的噪音很大。 要拎着行李去另外一個地方辦入住，然後打車再到這裏入住，挺不方便的。
