PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.

Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

TTT The ThirdGreat stay in Sendai! The location is excellent—very close to the city's pedestrian street, making it easy to walk around and explore. The room size is moderate, comfortable and clean. A big plus is the free parking, which is rare and super convenient. If you're driving or just want a well-located place to stay in Sendai, this hotel is a solid choice!

SSmithzadineThe hotel is clean. Location is great. Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. Free onsen for guests. Breakfast is very good. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food. Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai.

PPengguna TetamuIt is an all inclusive hotel in the Akiu area. Buffet dinner and breakfast were just superb. There are two public onsen that can be used freely. Shuttle bus can be arranged to/from Sendai station if you don’t drive.

JJasper Ng KRThis hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.
Check in can be a chore as it is self service but the staffs are available to help with the information required. Other than that, the hotel is awesome!
Breakfast has a huge spread, especially with the Salmon and Tuna Sashimi to make your own don. After your onsen bath, there is ice popsicle at night and lactic drink in the morning. The hotel also provides their late night Soyu Soba for free if you are hungry. Other than this, there is a comic library to pass your time. Room size is decent. Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.

WWongI had a wonderful stay at Westin Sendai! The staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was very comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy bed and the housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy
The location is also good - walking distance from the train station.With the room at 31st level, the view is spectacular.

PPengguna TetamuEveryone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

TTravelightPerfect hotel location. A few steps to the shopping streets, restaurants, groceries, and convenient stores. A few minutes walk to train stations. Hotel was clean and we were given a family room instead of just a double bed room with windows facing the main road where the shopping streets are. Staff were all nice.Price was reasonable as it was not a busy season. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Would love to stay again next time we are on that side. Thank you.
