PPengguna TetamuThe location is fanastic. It is close to Sendai JR Station, Sendai Morning Market and shopping streets. It is especially important given we have 2 ninety-year-old ladies in our group.
Breakfast was great. The dining hall was of Art Deco design. It had a mixture of western and Japanese dishes. The amount was plentiful and quality was good.
The onsen was free. There were jacuzzi and old water bath. It is pity that there was no open air bath.
We would consider a return if we happen to come back to Sendai.

Cch.bWe stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.

Our stay was pleasant the rooms were clean Thanks to google translate that even the front reception was not quite fluent in English we could communicate very well Very convenient location Right next to the main train station a lot of restaurants to choose from also next to the shopping mall There is a fish market nearby but most of the fish is for your own cooking Can not buy fresh sashimi there There is a seafood restaurant close to the market

We had a very satisfactory stay here. The location is great—while it’s not right next to the JR station, it’s a manageable 7–10 minute walk even with a stroller. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome.
One of the best parts was the room size; at 24 sq.m., it felt quite spacious compared to the usual Japanese standards! The price was also very reasonable. The only minor downsides were the lack of a closet (not much space to hang clothes) and the limited breakfast variety. Still, we’d definitely recommend it for the value and comfort!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel room is tidy. The dinner and breakfast are in buffet style. Just very normal buffet food. Food not impressive. If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost a room key inside the hotel and the hotel charges me $10,000 yen cash. I think this price for a lost key is unreasonably high. Hotel staff can’t speak English. Very hard to communicate with them. When i approach staff in English, they will reply in Japanese and did not offer proper help most of then time. Overall not a pleasure stay. Please consider the other hotel in this region when u see this review.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind.
Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally!
They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!!
Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

Ssherryge酒店是典型的温泉式，一泊二食吃飯很省心，吃好還可以舒服的泡個温泉。房間很大，酒店外部空間也很寬敞。交通的話門口有公交車，一小時一班。酒店也有免費接駁車，每天衹有兩個時間段，但記得要早點訂，我就是太放心瞭然後提前一天訂導致沒有訂到。自助晚餐品種比較豐盛，生魚片品質一般。前台英文普遍都不太好，溝通主打一個瞎猜加翻譯軟件，但服務態度很好。總體我覺得很適合仙台玩累了換換環境，但如果時間太趕就不建議，因為去仙台市區要差不多單程50分鐘。
