Hotel Hot Springs di Sendai

Perfect place for unwinding. Room is surprisingly larger than typical hotel rooms in Japan. Location is a bit isolated but there are 2 convenient stores nearby. There are few buses and hotel shuttle to Sendai JR station. My room came with breakfast, it was awesome. There are 3 public baths available. I went there around 7pm, it was empty.

The best accommodation in Sukunami hot springs. Huge rooms with western beds and Japanese influences. The dinner and breakfast buffets included are out of this world! The public baths are spectacular, especially the outdoor rock onsens are a destination on their own. Free flow of drinks and popsicles at the two lounges Shuttle to and fro the hotel can be arranged at 40Yen per way. This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere and it's a 5 min drive from Sukunami JR Station. The entire property has been recently renovated and reopened in Apr 2025, so the facilities are sparkling new and luxurious.

一下JR線，酒店就在等候了👍我訂的是最基礎的房間，雖然比較小，但還是蠻乾淨的，房間裏沒有洗浴。酒店庭院很美，酒店裡的活動也很多，我們沒有預先做功課，所以沒趕得上參加。廣瀨川源露天風呂太漂亮了，倚着自然風景而建，是幾個温泉裏最出彩的，一定要去，相比之下，自然風呂差了許多。值得一提的是酒店的自助餐，原來我聽説是自助餐還挺失望的，沒想到超出預期，現場製作的擺盤和味道都很贊，這是一個值得打卡的温泉酒店，普通房間的價格也很實惠，當然有預算可以嘗試豪華房。

Upon arrival, there was no reception or greeting. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the reservation, the hotel did not show flexibility in resolving the matter, and the interaction felt unfriendly. As a result, the check-in experience was disappointing, and the hotel felt rather cold and unwelcoming.None of the front desk staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. If the hotel does not intend to accommodate international travelers, it might be more appropriate not to list the property on international booking platforms.

Hotel all good room clean but located at factory area so a bit far from town. Onsen bath is good and Soba free is delicious.

Hotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Sendai station. The food is fine dinning. The service are excellent. The room is clean and tidy.

Location was far from Train station - hence need a free shuttle bus from Sendai station to go in. Kind of challenging to book and confirm the shuttle arrangement but got it done after few clarifications. Hotel itself is near Akiu Sato centre which is good Hotel is big but quite old looking, room spacious , good onsen. very good dinner buffet with snow crabs daily. Buffet breakfast limited spread but OK Problem is other main attractions are far and need to take bus/taxi. The Akiu traditional craft village/park was a big disappointment with no visitors and only few shops opened. Not worth going at all

A nice spot away from the busy city. I loved the scenery and relaxed nature of this place. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a more traditional destination and a hospitable environment

Good clear and price reasonable, with free refreshment from 3 pm to 11 pm serve at a ver nice chill restaurant at 3rd floor and all the food are very yummy.
