JJackee1977激動的如何形容呢，精彩的Riad Riad位置非常棒，正好位於藍門側面正規化區域停車場旁邊，與麥地那一停車場之隔，自駕小朋友可以無顧慮安全方便停車（要收費），打車也非常方便及安全。此處有幫助推行李進入麥地那的人2-5歐一車看談判，一般riad人説一下2歐。 從到達開始，管家berberi 小夥非常熱情，等候從約定下車點，把我們帶到Riad，其實沒有他也很方便，打車下車，50米到riad，150米到藍門。 Riad是一位法國老太太（丈夫是morocco醫生）自己投資自己住的，設計及裝修乃至使用各種器具傢俱，不經意發現她更提供了整個Riad軟水。從10月到現在，布達佩斯瑞士到Morocco後天回到到西班牙，水是很難受的問題，雖然瑞士是直飲水，但是水質很硬，燒水壺每燒一次都是白色鈣質，這裏讓我體會到法國的浪漫和日本軟水的優雅。 如果一定要打分那就是150分，50分的軟水系統，讓在馬拉喀什一塌糊塗廣場體驗和沙漠帳篷旅遊差陰霾一掃而光。 如果在非斯衹停留一晚，我覺得這個是必須體驗Riad，有你需要拍照環境，可以讓你的胃得到修復，如果喜歡吃法餐建議在她這裏。其實個人覺得大家可以放棄小紅書介紹馬拉喀什，那就是墾子臟亂差騙子地，相對非斯可以安全拍照行走，比起馬拉喀什硬來好很多。 快結束morocco之旅了，從馬拉喀什-非斯-拉巴特-卡薩布蘭卡，對比在布達佩斯，維也納，布拉格，fuseen，luzern，瓦倫西亞，Malaga，塞維利亞的民宿，這是最棒的體驗。

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

GGuest UserMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

GGuest UserService de navette pour et de l’aéroport proposée par l établissement: assez pratique lorsqu’on arrive tard comme nous. Facturé 25€ (250 dirhams)inclus la majoration de 5€ pour service nocturne. Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

BBurnsEverything was excellent . Large room in a beautiful old Riad . Service was great . WiFi needed a reboot but after it worked great . Located on a pedestrian st so call before you arrive and someone will meet you are the car park . You can walk to the blue gate and Medina . The palace is about a 12 min walk . The mall is 17 min walk or 5 min and less than a dollar cost. There is a McDonald’s and Burger King there .

GGuest UserThe contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

GGuest UserThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you. If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
