PPengguna TetamuDar D'or Fes is the definition of hospitality. Namir and his staff went beyond our expectations and took great care of us from the beginning. He provides useful information for navigating the medina and advice for finding good tour guides and day trip providers. Alrhough the stairs were quite steep to get to our suite, the staff made sure we didn't have to carry our luggage up. They were also extremely flexible to accommodate our itinerary. We had to leave at 8am for our day trip to chefchaouen and the day of departure and on both days they prepared breakfast for us prior to the regular time. All in all, it was a very heart warming experience staying at Dar D'or Fes. I will give it q score of AMAZING out of 10!

EEsther F.J'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Riad très bien situé ( à moins de 5 mn à pied de la rue principale de la Médina) et proche de la porte bleue. Le riad est neuf avec un super patio intérieur et doté d'un toit terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la Médina et le tombes merinides. L'accueil est à noter. Dès l'arrivée j'ai été accueillie avec un thé et des gâteaux marocains. La chambre réservée était la chambre standard. Chambre fonctionnelle, très jolie et tout confort. La description et les images en ligne de trip.com sont 100% conformes à la réalité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Vous pouvez réserver ce riad sans crainte, sa localisation, son accueil, son confort, et sa tranquillité vous séduiront. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

JJettoSettoVery pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.

The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.

Zzoe helloThe riad was clean, as were the rooms, the bed linens, and the towels. The room needed slippers, as the tiles were everywhere and it was cold in socks. There was also a lack of an extra trash bin near the kettle, so I had to keep all my trash on the table. Breakfast was delicious and simple. On my last day, I was disappointed to be told I had to pay for the tea they brought to my room, even though I didn't know it was a paid service. I paid, and it was no big deal, but my opinion, mood, and impressions completely changed. People seem kind to you, but when it comes to money, everything changes.

MMarkBRAVO! Jamal and his family have transformed their ancestral home into a place that we (and other visitors alike) can call home in Fez. From meeting us at the main road and escorting us through the narrow lanes of the medina, to joyfully serving us breakfast each morning and a sumptuous dinner on our final evening, Jamal and family were super accommodating and friendly.

TTallie LemesThis is a hidden gem of Fes 😍 we were very well treated and the room is cosy and beautiful. The shower head needs something to hold it in place so water does not splash all around but apart from that everything else was perfect. The night receptionist was amazing to make us some breakfast bags for our early trip the next day, and he helped with a taxi and all. My friend has done the hamman and loved it. Well recommended!

- you need to walk to the riad it’s not accessible with a taxi ; once you get off the taxi it’s about a 6 min walk when you know where your going . There are directions but the first time in Medina , there will be people need the taxi haggling to help with your luggage and bring you ; it’s worth the 20MAD tip because it’s a max in the Medina.
- the view from the rooftop is amazing and the service was 10/10 for everything .

PPengguna TetamuMy stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

PPengguna TetamuA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
