"The owner Namir manages the riad well with great attention to details. The staff Yousef was very helpful and friendly too. The breakfast was nice and delicious, we were offered choices of fried eggs and omelette too. The riad and the rooms were clean though it’s an old building of over 200 years history. There was TV in each room and the bed and pillows were comfortable too. The only thing to improve is the roof top which could be cleaner and tidier."

"This was a very nice Riad we stayed at. The Moroccan decor was very nice. Rooms are on 3 floors. The Riad is a short walk from the location where vehicles will drop you. The rooms on the upper floors do require a climb up some narrow stairs. But ok otherwise. The bed was really large as well. We needed a little getting used to knowing that "C" stands for Chaud (hot, French) and not Cold. Breakfast was quite good and filling. "

We tried the hammam and massage: do it, you will come back regenerated. Beautiful experience. Excellent breakfasts, by the pool, in full relaxation. Ditto for dinners. Very good. Maybe sometimes not exactly corresponding to the weekly menu but for me who eats everything it was not a problem. Highly recommended."

"Located about 10 minutes from the main street of the old Medina, this riad offers a beautiful and cozy courtyard — a perfect retreat after exploring the maze of Fez. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was simple but decent. The staff don’t speak much English, but they were genuinely willing to communicate and made us feel welcome. One small note: we stayed 3 nights and bath towels weren’t changed during our stay. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we could request it — so if you need fresh towels, just ask! (Not sure it’s complementary or not) That’s on us as much as the riad. Overall a lovely, authentic place to stay in Fez. Recommended!"

"We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Friday. Do you know what room service is? Ok, well it doesn't exist there. They never made the room or changed towels in the entire week we were there. The room was very humble, almost third world. The photos They speak for themselves. The TV never worked, the bed was very hard, the pillows were destroyed, the shower came out with water everywhere, the bed as soon as we arrived we found hair and the sheets were extremely used and of a size that did not correspond to the mattress (very small ), some broken and loose floor tiles, etc. We had a problem (cut on the foot) with the screw that protruded from the floor, making it a stop for the screen. We asked several times for clean towels but they never arrived. The breakfast is good, but you should know that it is all to be shared between the different guests... each one there with their education and hygiene (I recommend going down at 9 o'clock sharp to be one of the first in sitting, even though the hostess is not excessively "punctual".. In short, bad experience, unhygienic, not very comfortable and little desire to improve. The only good thing is the location."

It is notorious to say that the service by the staff was remarkable at full length, since the warm welcome at the check-in until the last seconds leaving to the airport. Little details are what make you feel comfortable and well treated, without any doubt a great team of kind workers who are happy to help and do their job. About the hotel the breakfast is notoriously better than other Riads that you can find, the location is terrific, it could not be better being situated at the heart of the Medina. Thanks for you hospitality! Definitely a recommended one for any type of traveler. ES: Nos quedamos en el Riad con la familia por un par de días. Para destacar, el servicio del personal fue excepcional en todos los aspectos, desde la cálida bienvenida en el check-in hasta el último segundo saliendo hacia el aeropuerto. "Hello, my wife and I wanted to spend a relaxing day at this establishment for Valentine's Day, but we were very disappointed. To begin with, we had made arrangements before booking and requested a one-hour hammam and a one-hour couples massage at the same time. However, during the hammam, we were indeed two people in the same room, but with only one person attending to us (one person at a time, then the other...). So, we didn't even get a full hour of hammam each. The experience continued when we were supposed to have a couples massage, but when it came time for the massage, we were put in two different rooms, one of which had no background music, no candles, and no rose petals. All this, of course, without the complimentary tea, and for the sum of 2900 dirhams... We decided to eat there, and the meal was very good! But we were disappointed with the dessert: cut fruit on a platter... The price of lunch was 1000 dirhams, including a coffee and a white Martini. We encountered the owner of the establishment, but received neither a hello nor a goodbye, and this behavior is not representative of this beautiful, welcoming country! I would like to emphasize that the staff were very professional and attentive to our needs; it's a shame for them to receive such a comment despite their efforts."

"We stayed four nights in Fes and experienced three different Riads. This was our absolute favorite and the most satisfying. The owner is a true gentleman, providing professional, attentive, and thorough service. We felt treated like guests in a high-end hotel, not like we were intruding into someone's home. This Riad isn't the largest, but it's the cleanest; everything was spotless, the bedding wasn't damp, and it felt ancient yet not outdated. You could tell the owner put a lot of care into every detail. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! The croissants and small pancakes were just incredible. I originally planned to try a different Riad every day, but because the experience here was so great, I booked an extra night. The price was also the best! The other two Riads I booked were only a 3-5 minute walk away and both more expensive, yet their service, cleanliness, and hospitality weren't as good as this one. Highly recommend!"

"WOW! This was an absolutely incredible experience! Aziza was truly incredible and took such good care of us during our stay. The riad is lovely - from the guest room to the indoor courtyard. But the true gem of this place is the rooftop terrace. It is peace away from the craziness of the medina with an impeccable view. Breakfast was a true treat on the terrace overlooking the city and of course - Aziza made everything extra special! The location is wonderful - only 5 minutes walk from the Blue Gate.
