JjamiemosharKids love the in-room pool the most. The room is really spacious and generally clean. The king sized beds were awesome and comfortable to sleep in.
Breakfast was indeed inviting. The wide spread of food choices were amazing - we had Western, Chinese, Indian, Malay and Japanese cuisine on top of usual breakfast staple.
The Sky Deck pool at Level 51 is super stunning! A perfect view of TRX, Menara KL and the Twin Tower!
Location is close to Pavilion and Suria KLCC - can just do a good 15min walk to the malls.

GGuest UserI am a regular customer at this hotel, and I always stay here whenever I return from overseas. However, this is the first time I have felt unhappy, uncomfortable, and disappointed with the hotel.
I checked in around midnight and planned to sleep in the next morning. Early in the morning, someone kept ringing the doorbell and said, “Delivery.” When I opened the door, two men informed me that they were there to service the smoke detector. I was not informed of any scheduled maintenance in advance, and I had no idea how long the servicing would take.
I called the front desk to confirm whether they had sent anyone to service the smoke detector, and they said yes. I am puzzled as to why I was assigned this room if the hotel was already aware that maintenance would be carried out early in the morning.
This incident unfortunately disturbed my rest and affected my overall stay experience. I sincerely hope that better communication and scheduling can be implemented in the future to avoid similar inconveniences for guests.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is in the golden triangle area of Kuala Lumpur and is easily accessible by car or by monorail as the nearest monorail station is Bukit Nanas. We appreciated that we were allowed to check in early, plus the front desk upgraded our room during our stay. The room is cosy, air conditioning can be adjusted to your preference. Shower water pressure is strong. Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel lobby and the spread is amazing. Overall we had a great stay. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful when I reported to them regarding a malfunction hair dryer in the room.

CCongyousubingIt was quite late when I arrived at the hotel, but the front desk staff was very welcoming. I specifically requested a quieter room on a higher floor because I have trouble sleeping, and they were happy to accommodate. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The only downside was the noise from racers on motorcycles outside every night past 1 AM. Overall, it was a decent stay.

NNina 妮娜The best location, the best view, the staff let us keep our bags in their storage before and after checks. The only problem was charging phones🤭 there are different shape of plugs. the gym and swimming pool are free, the pool is very clean and view is amazing from there.

SSSalThe service was good especially trainee roshan at the reception,the location very close to chow kit monorail station walkable.The breakfast also was good with the variety choices to accommodate different taste.
Also night market of chow kit just behind the hotel for malay and thai foods,the vegetables and fruits avaialble too at the market
The only think needs to improve is the small ramp at the stair before taking the lift and outside stairs too, could be very nice gesture to the customer's who have heavy luggage rather than waiting for someone to help you.
