너무너무 좋았던 호텔 서비스 음식 모든게 훌륭해서 암스테르담 기억이 너무좋아요 위치도 메인이라 어디든 가깝습니다!! 완전 강추

Its located near to the metro noord station, a 3 min walk from the metro. Transport to the city center is easy. Its just a few stop. All the staffs here are helpful and nice. The room is tidy and neat. Its spacious for 3ppl. Bottle of water is provided in the hotel (which I love the most, cuz drinking water are usually not given in other hotel in Netherlands). The check in out process are fast. The hotel can help us to post the postcard , when I asked them the nearest mailbox. That's very kind 😍I would definitely stay here if I go to Amsterdam.

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. I love this hotel! My 4 night stay with them is awesome! The river view is stunning 🤩 Tho it is a walking distance (~15mins) to the central station, it doesn’t feel that long as we were enjoying the river view during the walk. I love the location as it is quiet and peaceful, compare to those in the city centre. The room is spacious for 3 person and we can all open our luggages at the same time! The smart TV allows us to have some leisure time by playing the YouTube videos too! The receptions are very nice and helpful! They are genuinely explaining the details during the check in! All in all, I will definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Amsterdam! Superb!

There wasn’t a kettle in the room & mineral water are not provided. So amenities are at its minimal. Room service needs to be request but they just top up towels generally. Overall, it is convenient as the metro is right infront of the accommodation.

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. I hope to have even more memorable experiences the next time I stay at Mövenpick.

We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The check-in was done really quickly as 2 hours before usual check-in which was perfect as was had a toddler with us plus lugage. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly good size for us. Bathroom was really clean. Room smelled fresh. We had breakfast each morning and it was a lovely open buffet with alot of choices, warm and fresh food. The dining area, bar area was really big, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our 2 nights/3days stay. Definitely would recommend. Its not really far from Central station as well so perfect.

I visited Bunk with two friends on a city break to Amsterdam. We had a lovely experience. We were able make use of lockers while waiting to check in, €5 for 6 hours, which was perfect as we had arrived early in the morning. The location of the hostel is ideal. It is a 5 minute walk from Noorderpark Metro station, which is one stop from the Centraal Station. We were close enough that getting into the city centre was convenient, but far enough out that the noise level was not too much when trying to sleep! The hostel is very close to a supermarket, as well as other shops such as Hema and Etos, and a very lovely bakery. It is a lovely neighbourhood and we never felt unsafe there. We stayed in a 3 person private room, which was cozy, but for what we needed it for, perfect! My only advice would be not to book this room if you are not comfortable and close to those you are staying with! The toilet and shower area has frosted glass, but you can still see a lot from outside the bathroom area, and we often either used the toilet downstairs or asked the others to leave the room while we showered as we felt more comfortable that way. Maybe other people would be more okay with this, but this is what worked for us. The staff are very helpful. We had issues with things getting stuck in the vending machines and they opened them up for us no problem. The sheets on my bed had slight staining, however it was nothing major. Other than this, the room was very clean. I would recommend Bunk, especially the room we had, to a group of friends on a trip to Amsterdam, and looking for a place which is very central but not too noisy and busy. Thanks to all the staff who made our travels a pleasant experience!

The location is great, right in downtown and very convenient walking around in the center of Amsterdam. Room was especially small, not a big hotel, think they gave me their smallest room with a view of the internal air-well in the basement. The room was not even big enough to open up my luggage completely so I had to unpack out a few clothing as I was staying there for a few nights and luckily able to store my closed luggage beneath the bed. Toilet was small but looked as if it was recently upgraded in the last few years, it looked fairly new although there were some drain flies flying around in the toilet and could have been cleaned or exterminated better. Bed was surprisingly a double for such a small room and was comfortable enough. I had an issue with the receptionist opening my room door without knocking at all while I was stark naked and about to head into the toilet for a shower. Did not think that it was professional no matter the reason for doing so - apparently she was confused and open up the wrong door. Knocking on door and waiting for an answer should be a universal practice by all hospitality staff across any hospitality properties. Room was expensive for the size but it was centrally located and comfortable enough.

I was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful
