For cleanliness, generally it’s good but three of their cups were stained and not completely cleaned when I checked in (see pictures). The location is convenient as it just sits next to Noord station but the north area itself is not a touristy place for me, so 4/5. Their service is good just that they have relatively weak cybersecurity as my data was leaked and I was scammed for over 400 euros. They have all the amenities that you will need typically, the only thing is they don’t have microwave, that’s a minus for me.

The staff member who greeted us upon arrival and check out was pleasant and efficient. Our room was ready even though we arrived before the official check in time, and it was comfortable and well equipped. The room had a lovely view of the canal and one of the windows could be opened to allow for fresh air. The only complaint I have was regarding the coffee maker - the quality was less than impressive. The fire alarm went off in the middle of our last night there, and the staff were a bit frantic and very apologetic as it was a false alarm. The lobby area is bright and comfortable, with extensive areas for lounging and socializing, including a very cozy area with a fireplace. The self-service cafe in the lobby area had good pastries, decent coffee and a limited selection of other snacks.

Holding to stay away from city center is a brilliant idea. This business area is clean and very near to bus stop , train station and tram station. The Albert Heijn XL inside a neighborhood mall is just 14 mins walk away. Breakfast spread is awesome. I would highly recommend even for tourists to stay here , as it isn’t a must to stay at the central which is crowded and overall dirtier and noisier. Everything is just a tram away, and there is a day cap or a day ticket for transport, so why not. Of course downside is that commuting around also takes time .

Very good location ... Just a few train stops from Schiphol Airport to reach Sloterdijk Station. Few minutes walk from here to hotel. Transportation hub is just right in front of hotel. Flixbus stops is also 5mins away from hotel.. Super convenient with a mini mart n as well as some eateries around the corner. More choices avaliable if venture further out.. Spacious n clean room. Clean n fresh towels. Daily housekeeping. Comfy bed with pillows abit soft though.. No AC but a air cooling system. Provided a table fan during this super hot summer trip. A complete kitchenette with a new set of cleaning set provided. Water dispenser is located at the lobby. Laundry room is at 1st floor. €4 per usage. It comes with a detergent capsule. Required a deposit of €100 upon check in. Friendly staff but lack of manpower at times. Mostly with 1 staff at reception desk. With 1staff around, we nearly missed our bus to Brussels just to wait for staff to retrieve our stored luggage... No toiletries n indoor slippers provided unless upon request. No hair conditioner or body lotion as well. Just a 2 in 1 body n hair shampoo is used... With a rating of a 4* hotel, it should do better Overall had a satisfactory stay n experience

I visited Bunk with two friends on a city break to Amsterdam. We had a lovely experience. We were able make use of lockers while waiting to check in, €5 for 6 hours, which was perfect as we had arrived early in the morning. The location of the hostel is ideal. It is a 5 minute walk from Noorderpark Metro station, which is one stop from the Centraal Station. We were close enough that getting into the city centre was convenient, but far enough out that the noise level was not too much when trying to sleep! The hostel is very close to a supermarket, as well as other shops such as Hema and Etos, and a very lovely bakery. It is a lovely neighbourhood and we never felt unsafe there. We stayed in a 3 person private room, which was cozy, but for what we needed it for, perfect! My only advice would be not to book this room if you are not comfortable and close to those you are staying with! The toilet and shower area has frosted glass, but you can still see a lot from outside the bathroom area, and we often either used the toilet downstairs or asked the others to leave the room while we showered as we felt more comfortable that way. Maybe other people would be more okay with this, but this is what worked for us. The staff are very helpful. We had issues with things getting stuck in the vending machines and they opened them up for us no problem. The sheets on my bed had slight staining, however it was nothing major. Other than this, the room was very clean. I would recommend Bunk, especially the room we had, to a group of friends on a trip to Amsterdam, and looking for a place which is very central but not too noisy and busy. We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The check-in was done really quickly as 2 hours before usual check-in which was perfect as was had a toddler with us plus lugage. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly good size for us. Bathroom was really clean. Room smelled fresh. We had breakfast each morning and it was a lovely open buffet with alot of choices, warm and fresh food. The dining area, bar area was really big, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our 2 nights/3days stay. Definitely would recommend. Its not really far from Central station as well so perfect.

There wasn’t a kettle in the room & mineral water are not provided. So amenities are at its minimal. Room service needs to be request but they just top up towels generally. Overall, it is convenient as the metro is right infront of the accommodation.

Beautiful hotel with clean an well lit rooms. We have booked twin suite .Room was spacious. Room had a coffee machine, hot water kettle ,microwave and a refrigerator. Staff was warm and helpful.

Thank you thank you guys I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, services, staff very nice very welcoming they change my room and everyday they clean the room room with nice view . I highly recommend this hotel bcoz of service and approximity of all city and staff helping everybody how to go which transport you can take just ask them. ❤️

Room is a bit small and shower doesn’t have the curtain so it’s all wet after the shower. Bed is very comfortable. No kettle, tea or coffee. But the location, I’d stay there again.
