PPengguna TetamuFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

PPengguna TetamuThe location and the cleanliness of the hotel si superb. But one con that I can think of is the room is not noise proof. You’ll hear the band playing on the opposite hotel until 12 am and if the other room are playing a music, you’ll clearly hear them. Like loud and clear.

- room is spotless, clean, spacious and bed is soooo comfortable
- love the shampoo, conditioner and lotions
- right beside the hotel there is a food complex for even more food choices
- concierge helps on getting taxis

- this could be a one time thing that my room blackout in the middle of the night for awhile and after that tv has no signal til morning and the aircon malfunctioned stating aircon filter need to be cleaned

##twinberriesThe place was very nice the staff were friendly and approachable but the breakfast was not enough for the guests. We came at 8 am, no food choices left a small amount of pancit canton and a few slices of fruits. We informed the waiter to cook a scrambled egg and requested a rice or bread for my 2 kids only. I hope it will not happen to their future guests, too..

PPengguna Tanpa NamaClean, near malls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds but the water has a bit of a rust smell. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.”

AAtty Mich HortonWe stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent.
Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR
AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up
When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name
Can you please rectify and not confuse customers
Overall it's just a budget hotel

EEllie J.MAvenue Suites Hotel Bacolod offers a decent stay for short visits. The location is convenient and accessible to nearby establishments, which is a plus for travelers. The staff were generally polite and accommodating, making check-in and basic requests smooth.
However, the facilities could use some improvement. The room amenities felt a bit limited, and certain areas of the hotel appear to need maintenance or upgrades. While it’s not a bad place to stay, it may not fully meet expectations for comfort and convenience.
Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for something simple, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
