But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

PPengguna TetamuOur experience at Citadines for the first time we checked in it was amazing the room was really comfortable and super clean, the food wow! My daughter tried the Filipino breakfast with danggit, and the service at the front desk was explained well and she was very generous to my husband, who liked it all staff members of the Citadines because they are approachable and helpful to their guests. For me, the rate of Citadines Bacolod is 5 stars. Well

EEmma L.Nice room with good size. Nice restaurant on the second floor with good food. Nothing spectacular but no complaints either. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One big downside--the street noise was excessive. The main thoroughfare had big container trucks passing through round the clock. The noise insulation was non-existent. Huge room windows which would've been nice to let light in also let much street noise. We were sensitive sleepers and it really bothered us even from the 3rd floor. We tried to ask for a transfer to the other side facing away from the street but they were fully booked. Although I wonder if it would've made much difference since the building was narrow and the other side would've been only a few meters farther from the street. Sadly, I won't be booking again if I had other options.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe originally booked three nights at this hotel but due to a sudden change in my boyfriend’s flight schedule, we were only able to stay for one night. Even though our stay was short, we truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, making sure our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which gave us a relaxing rest despite our busy schedule. It’s a bit unfortunate we couldn’t stay longer, but we would definitely consider coming back in the future to enjoy the full experience.

PPengguna TetamuEverything was good but it was a bit noisy because my room was on the top corner in front on the hotel. Some very time there's a vehicle passing by especially a tricycle, I can hear the noise of the engine. I would highly recommend to book a room on the backside of the hotel.
