From booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

what i like the most is their location it is near at the port and sm city. Their reception and waiting area is good looking,nice place and clean.Honestly we book 2 rooms but little bit disappointed coz their room is not clean a liitle bit dusty and toilet is not well clean,their towels is old. And mostly they have a big pool the kid enjoy swimming in their wave pool😍.

We've been a regular costumer of Westown Hotel Mandalagan. We do not stay if we dont like it.. 😘😘

Customer service is good. Buffet is good. Room service is great. Room is dusty and sheets may have not been properly cleaned. I have a very sensitive skin and sinus, been coughing and itching when the sheet touches my sensitive areas like face (i know this feeling na parang 3-4 weeks na hindi na change ung sheets mo), there is a chance that the airconditioner needs cleaning too. The body gel is dispenser is working fine and but the shampoo conditioner dispenser may have issues not sure if it contains a tiny amount of products or has malfunction. The internet which is just a hotspot is lil to no use. Intermittent, you can't work from the hotel if you plan to do so without your own backup internet.

The place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful. The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks. We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access. Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night. Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand. P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.

The hotel is very, very clean. I was on the 3rd floor which did not have refrigerators. In the room or a hot and cold water outside in the waiting area. For you to get for drinking period but overall the place is very very nice And very safe

We found a booger on the bathroom floor inside the shower. I had to use the disposable toothbrush to remove it. It was too disgusting to take a photo and post it here. Good service though, staff are quite nice!

Avenue Suites Hotel Bacolod offers a decent stay for short visits. The location is convenient and accessible to nearby establishments, which is a plus for travelers. The staff were generally polite and accommodating, making check-in and basic requests smooth. However, the facilities could use some improvement. The room amenities felt a bit limited, and certain areas of the hotel appear to need maintenance or upgrades. While it’s not a bad place to stay, it may not fully meet expectations for comfort and convenience. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for something simple, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

The  hotel was located near to the mall. The staff service is excellent

Overall, the place was good and provided a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the amenities were generally satisfactory. The host or staff were also accommodating, which made the overall experience positive.However, the cleanliness of the place could be improved. Some areas did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and there were a few details that needed more attention before guests arrived. A cleaner room and better overall maintenance would have made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Despite this, the place still has good potential, and I believe the experience would be significantly better with more consistent and thorough cleaning.
