HHugo RafaelThe hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

I savored the delectable cuisine from the Filipino kitchen, which offered a wonderful experience of indulging in mouth-watering dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The flavors were a true representation of Filipino home cooking, bringing warmth and comfort to every meal.
The rooms are perfect and clean.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

CChelley BWe had a wonderful stay at Hue Hotels Boracay! The staff were very accommodating and friendly — they always made us feel welcome. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and my son really enjoyed swimming there every day. The location is also great, just a few minutes from the beach and very accessible to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we truly had a great experience and would love to stay here again! 🌴✨

MMarli RobertsWe had an amazing stay at Aqua Boracay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, from Nico welcoming us at the airport and making the island transfer smooth and easy to Mhyca facilitating a smooth check in. The hotel is right next to the beach and just a short shuttle ride away from Dmall for shopping and good food. Had an amazing holiday. Wish we could have stayed longer!

GGuest UserAt the gathering, four women, including my sister, younger sister, and older sister, chose Ralph's Place while looking for accommodations to experience Boracay on a free trip. There were a lot of stairs, so we went out in the morning and came back in the evening, so it wasn't too burdensome. It was a private house, so it was great for many people to use, and the view was great. We enjoyed it so much without worrying about noise. The breakfast was also good, and I was grateful for the friendly staff.

GGuest UserMy stay at The Orient Beach Boracay was quite pleasant overall. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and approachable, which made the experience enjoyable. The amenities provided were also quite good. However, the main drawback is the distance from the Boracay stations. Although they offer a free shuttle service, it's limited to assigned times for pick-up and drop-off. This might not be ideal for those who enjoy late-night parties every night, as transportation within the island can be pricey. Overall, a great stay with some considerations to keep in mind.

GGuest UserHotel is very near the beach. A slight problem though, they did not honor my bookinh in trip.com. Good thing they let me stay but the price is not as i book in trip.com app because i stayed during summer. Trip.com refunded me the amount i booked, hope trip.com will also compensate me for the difference. Call the hotel first to check if they honor booking from a particular site first, thats the thing i should do next time to prevent from paying extra and hussle asking for refund and compensation.
