PPengguna TetamuI recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay.
Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome.
The view from the villa is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. The natural beauty of Nacpan Beach is unparalleled, and the villa's location allows you to fully immerse yourself in this stunning environment. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect.
One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. The clear skies and lack of light pollution make it a perfect spot for stargazing. It was magical to see the stars so vividly, adding a special touch to my stay.

Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys!
Cons:
There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel.
The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotelâs description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation.
Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication.
Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience.
Overall:
The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property.
If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities!
P.S. thereâs cats! Iâm not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

AAngelicaWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant â he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we canât wait to come back again soon!

PPengguna TetamuWhat an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. Thereâs plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. Itâs surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it!
The only minor downsides:
- you canât really control the AC, thereâs no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10
- there is no reception in the room
- there are not many power outlets in the room

JJustUsExploringWe stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlightâabsolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. Thereâs no TV, so if youâre traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGood service. Each room is equipped with a locker. They can let you borrow a lock if you donât have one. The room I got had 2 bunk beds and. was assigned the lower bunk. Each bunk has its own dedicated lamp, charging space, sleeve where you can place small items, and a drying area for damp towels, etc. They hostel also has a daily room service for cleaning.
Rooms include daily buffet-style breakfast which starts at 6 am. It was sufficient and their eggs and pancake station is never a miss. They have plentiful staff that can assist their guests throughout their stay.

TThat girl abroadI had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and effortless. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, check-in was seamless, and my bags were taken straight to my room which made the arrival feel extra special.
The room itself was spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with welcome chocolates and brownies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was fully equipped with everything youâd need: bottled water, a hairdryer, toiletries, a coffee station, and a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase. It felt comfortable and well-prepared for guests.
One thing that really impressed me was the laundry service. They had my clothes washed and returned within three hours, which was incredibly convenient and efficient.
The pool area is absolutely stunning and very clean. They have three restaurants on site, which gives great variety. I ordered poolside nachos with a carrot and apple drink and it was delicious. Breakfast is a proper buffet, leaning toward a full English-style spread with plenty of options.
That said, I do think the bathroom could use a bit of attention. Water leaked through the shower door when showering, the shower head could benefit from a deep clean, and I noticed a few drain flies. It didnât ruin my stay, but itâs an area that could definitely be improved.
I also experienced a small issue at checkout. They were unable to provide change when I was settling my bill, which delayed things. There were only two staff members assisting with checkout, and although I was scheduled to leave at 6:00am with a breakfast pack, I only managed to leave at 6:30am and unfortunately without the breakfast.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. With a little more attention to bathroom maintenance and smoother early-morning checkout coordination, it would be close to perfect. I would still happily return.

LLilet EsleraMy husband and I stayed at the hotel for three nights. Our arrival experience was very welcoming. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, we found the pool to be a bit dirty during our stay, so we didnât try it.
Over all we enjoyed our stay and we really liked the vibes in the evening in the restaurant the live bands are really good singers.
