The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support.
The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island.
The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

MmjdrI made the best choice in picking ERYM to host us during our Coron trip! It was very convenient for us (2 Adults, 1 Senior). Staff were soooo friendly and their service is excellent! Food is nice too! Really had fun with their songs to welcome and say goodbye. El Rio had everything we needed and we didn’t have to stress about anything aside from wanting to get back so soon!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaBeautiful place with a clean beach and christal clear water, a good service and average food quality. Difficult to reach, but any transfer is perfectly organized by Hotel management.
As nice as the location is and understanding that they need to have a own power and water plant, complex logistics, it is in my personal opinion heavily overpriced. Breakfast and food quality in general is nothing special, but priced as 5 Star resort in the Maldives, where you are pampered like a king/queen.
A boats trip for 500€ with a ham and cheese toast and on a wooden junk cutter is just not worth, as nice as all staff is.
I enjoyed the time, but would not repeat it. There are much better value for money offers in this luxury category.

PPengguna TetamuSpectacular, beautiful resort! Sorry I didn't have a date since this is truly a couples place. But I did enjoy the solitude, perfect beach and included snorkeling, and double bed hut right on the sand with wifi! Food is better than average for Philippines. Not sure how they even get the food here or how they could have built such a nice place on a deserted island (20 min boat ride from Basuanga airport after short van xfer). Beware there are a few thousand bats if you're in the main hotel and at dusk they kinda go nuts flying around...

Отличное место далеко от шумного города, большой бунгало, убираются каждый день, классный чистый (что редкость!) бассейн, отличное обслуживание, сервис, хорошие массажи.
Но самое вкусное было - пицца - реально вкусная. Коктейли тоже вкусные))) Все остальное невкусное и дорогое. Завтрак бесплатный одинаковый каждый день, малький - для девушки ок, для мужчин очень мало и приходится за дорого заказывать дополнительные блюда.

FFulgencio Pollocation is perfect just few block for a market and walking distance to the marina we're the boats for excursion is dock and load. The hotel accomodations is just basic small bed low and very thin mattress, pillow and blanket is excellent soft, water supply is abundant although electricity us intermitent on and off, our aircondition unit has been affected that doesn't giving cold air glad it was just out last night. pool is beautiful and cleaned , food for breakfast is superb better and giid quality selection. the staff are very polite and respectful, very helpful and get job done as much as possible, they pack a sandwich breakfast for us as we have early trip to El Nido that was very nice if rhem. The water supply is not drinkable so they provide bottled water and you can ask for a refill. They will give you a welcome drink of a fruit drink. This is really a good location, my only dislike is the bed, as it's very small when they say twin bed it is a twin bed, other than that it's ok. Yes its more pricey compare to the sorrounding hotel but the food and pool are the best.

Staff are extremely polite and friendly - always saying hello.
Pool are is great with ample swimming locations and sunbeds.
Food is to be expected at a hotel both in terms of price and quality.
Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.
Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.
After the 4th complaint they really should’ve moved us to another room. We were on level4.

TThat girl abroadI was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word “resort” and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that.
The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance.
That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chef’s kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay.
With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price they’re charging. Right now, it’s the staff that make the experience worthwhile.

PPengguna TetamuБыли в этом отеле 7 дней все понравилось, чистота, убирали в номере через 3 дня, полотенца меняли 2 раза, нам все понравилось, только в соседнем здании были куры , и если у вас чуткий сон , то вам они будут мешать . Но по сравнению с другими отелями , которые по 3000 рублей за сутки , то этот супер . Кондиционер работает хорошо, кофе , чай есть . В самом Эль Нидо очень шумно, а здесь хорошо. У нас номер был на 2 этаже и выходил балкон на проезжую дорогу. Мы брали байк и везде можно побывать и на Ванила бич и на Накпане бич .

OOlga IvanovnaЗабронировали номер стандарт, нам дали 6 номер, но он был очень маленький, без окна и шкафа для одежды. Очень душный и стоял неприятный запах. Кондиционер был шумный. Пол очень грязный весь в песке. Так как приехали ночью, ночевали в том номере. Утром попросили поменять номер. Нам показали номера, мы выбрали номер с балконом, люкс, вид на море, но пришлось доплатить. Мы были 4 дня поэтому согласились доплатить. В номере убирались плохо, всего один раз, хотя просили убрать. Воду поставили в номер по приезду, больше не ставили, также шампунь, мыло, щётки только 1 раз по приезду положили. Полотенце не меняли не разу. Завтраки по меню , очень скудные, одно и тоже каждый день. В столовой стоит кулер с горячей и холодной водой, можно налить вечером чай. Обслуживание номера никакое. Отель для проживания на 1,2 дня. Но стоимость дороговато для такого отеля. Надолго не советую. Вид из окна красивый. Близко порт.
