Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Hotel Aloft Riyadh gwarantuje udany pobyt w Rijadzie - kilka minut spaceru od stacji metra, niedaleko również dostępne bary szybkiej obsługi. Pokoje są duże, czyste i przestronne, do dyspozycji są wygodne łóżka oraz sieć WiFi. Pobyt przedłużyłem o jedną noc i nie było problemu z pozostaniem w tym samym pokoju, mimo oddzielnych, korzystniejszych rezerwacji. Rekomenduję i chętnie wrócę!

The place is new and very clean, the staff were friendly and I like the balcony and the city view. The parking entrance and exit is very tight, so if you drive big vehicle, watch out, you may stuck in there!

I had an amazing stay at Su Casa Hostel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Riyadh with easy access to malls, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the communal areas are great for meeting fellow travelers. I also loved the vibrant, cozy atmosphere that makes the hostel feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting Riyadh for sightseeing or just passing through, Su Casa Hostel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and social stay.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
