Cari Hotel 4-Star di Riyadh

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly but the room design was bad, a huge walkway took almost 1/3 the room size

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

A comfortable hotel with everything needed for an efficient business stay. Pool area feels a bit abandoned. Gym was well equipped, very clean and generally calm and not crowded. There is no common area suitable for working / meeting with someone, which could be something to work on at the ground level lobby. Personnel as usual very kind and attentive. Will stay again.

Kakitangan yang sangat ramah dan tahap perkhidmatan yang tinggi di kafe mini betul-betul di hotel (sedikit mahal, tetapi masih cukup baik). lokasi yang sangat baik. Tidak begitu jauh dari lapangan terbang, dekat dengan pusat bandar. Periksa gim juga. Ia agak kecil tetapi untuk sekali latihan sudah cukup baik. Terima kasih banyak kepada hotel untuk menjadi tuan rumah! Selamat menjadi tetamu anda :D

Kemudahan: agak lengkap, pada dasarnya semuanya tersedia Kebersihan: Ya, orang Arab sendiri sangat khusus tentang kebersihan. Persekitaran: Terletak di pusat bandar, terdapat kesesakan lalu lintas Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik dan sopan, tetapi lelaki di meja depan mempunyai bahasa Inggeris yang sangat lemah...

Pada asalnya nak tulis review yang bagus tapi bila pergi ke link hotel lagi saya dapati banyak lagi review yang bergambar, hahaha terbukti semua orang rasa bagus. Saya menginap di hotel ini selama 6 malam dalam perjalanan perniagaan. Harga 1,100 ditambah adalah sangat berbaloi dengan harga. Biliknya bersih dan bersih, dibersihkan setiap hari, dan penghawa dinginnya mencukupi. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah bunyinya agak kuat kerana saya letih berlari keluar dan pulang ke hotel setiap hari, jadi saya boleh mengabaikannya. Tiada tempat makan di kawasan sekitar Jangan mencari restoran dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari hotel. Mudah untuk menaiki teksi. Ia tidak layak mendapat gambar. . . . . .

It was located in the mid city.So,expectation with traffic should be there. Luxurius design. Moderate service. We encounter with toilet flush mulfunctional multiple times and need to ask for maintanence to fix it. Other than that,the valet parking was available,for the guest to park their vehicle during the stay.

利雅得住過的酒店裡，算是環境和衞生情況不錯了。衹是入住後沒給預訂的房型，找酒店和攜程溝通了兩天才換成房間。。。早飯也可以，位置離景點不算遠，總體OK

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.
