I stayed at Somerset Pattaya earlier in April for 2 nights, and as I mentioned in my previous review, Somerset Pattaya definitely lived up to my expectations. At the end of April, my flight back home got cancelled, so I decided to spend a few more days in Pattaya. Because of my great experience with Somerset Pattaya earlier that month, choosing to stay here again was an easy decision. The hotel is also very convenient for working remotely, with a good desk setup in the room, and its location close to Central Mall and many other places makes everything easily accessible. This second stay did not disappoint either. Unfortunately, I did not receive an upgrade this time, but everything still lived up to my expectations once again. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the service remained consistently good. For Pattaya, this is definitely my preferred hotel to stay at. The location, facilities, and proximity to everything are just perfect.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is in a very convenient location—close to the bus terminal, the beach, and the market but it's very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. What surprised and deeply touched us was how they handled a forgotten item. When my friend left something behind, the staff arranged to ship it to Bangkok with top-notch security. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

Room was quiet, despite the party at the pool. They have ala carte Breakfats at 7 am if you want No phone in the room, if yiu need to call info deck, yiu can call them near the elevator. They have slef service laundry You can play pingpong and billiards Gym was cozy too

Was good stay but only problem night time and morning time noisy from parking and cleaning staff passed up down Becouse of the window of the room in hotel All same facing to the walking way and it makes you can hear everyone they go in out to the room and have close the the windows curtains allways Couse people can see inside some of them look inside from window toilet also smell very bad I buy 2 spray in 4 day Good things nearly too many massage shop and price is not bad if in low season and the staff helpful also reception is smile which is good things tv smart and air conditioning if use low energy no voice if high make voice

Nice hotel resort in its price. My room was at 7th floor. Clean, tidy, AC working well. View ia great (sea view and pool view. Breakfast:l OK (not bad not good) Staff: Friendly and helpfull. Cleaning: they clean the room in daily basis. Location: It is exactly next to the beaxh. Some restaurant nearby, 7eleven - 3 min walking. Huge swimming pool. Unfortuneatly, gym facility is very poor. Only 1 treatmill and set of barbel. Conclusion: I'd come back again.

Rooms with a minimum of comfort but ok. What is not ok is the broken elevator, which goes into Out of service mode frequently with passengers inside. Also the blind out curtains in the rooms but be closed properly and the sun will blind your eyes first thing in the morning!

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
