I stayed at Somerset Pattaya earlier in April for 2 nights, and as I mentioned in my previous review, Somerset Pattaya definitely lived up to my expectations. At the end of April, my flight back home got cancelled, so I decided to spend a few more days in Pattaya. Because of my great experience with Somerset Pattaya earlier that month, choosing to stay here again was an easy decision. The hotel is also very convenient for working remotely, with a good desk setup in the room, and its location close to Central Mall and many other places makes everything easily accessible. This second stay did not disappoint either. Unfortunately, I did not receive an upgrade this time, but everything still lived up to my expectations once again. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the service remained consistently good. For Pattaya, this is definitely my preferred hotel to stay at. The location, facilities, and proximity to everything are just perfect.

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A LOT of Russians and Chinese, but everyone well behaved. No very friendly guests, but staff are amazing, happy and bright. Breakfast is an amazing spread of international cuisine.

This hotel is in a very convenient location—close to the bus terminal, the beach, and the market but it's very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. What surprised and deeply touched us was how they handled a forgotten item. When my friend left something behind, the staff arranged to ship it to Bangkok with top-notch security. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Room was quiet, despite the party at the pool. They have ala carte Breakfats at 7 am if you want No phone in the room, if yiu need to call info deck, yiu can call them near the elevator. They have slef service laundry You can play pingpong and billiards Gym was cozy too

Absolutely spotless the cleaning ladies at this hotel are superb....best hotel i have stay in pattaya...and I have stayed in allot....if you are looking a great place to stay in central patttaya...look no further....staff at this place without doubt the best you can get...5 minutes walk to all the night life pattaya as to offer....highly recommend this hotel 10 out of 10....cannot wait to come back.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

Nice hotel resort in its price. My room was at 7th floor. Clean, tidy, AC working well. View ia great (sea view and pool view. Breakfast:l OK (not bad not good) Staff: Friendly and helpfull. Cleaning: they clean the room in daily basis. Location: It is exactly next to the beaxh. Some restaurant nearby, 7eleven - 3 min walking. Huge swimming pool. Unfortuneatly, gym facility is very poor. Only 1 treatmill and set of barbel. Conclusion: I'd come back again.

Rooms with a minimum of comfort but ok. What is not ok is the broken elevator, which goes into Out of service mode frequently with passengers inside. Also the blind out curtains in the rooms but be closed properly and the sun will blind your eyes first thing in the morning!

Spent four nights at Sunday JA Plus Hotel in a Premiere Deluxe Double and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable — exactly what I needed to unwind after long days out. The outdoor pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off in the afternoon, and the spa and gym were great additions that made the stay feel like a proper getaway. Staff were warm and attentive throughout. Excellent value for the price, and I'd absolutely book again. Jonmarc Dewalt
