I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya. The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to access restaurants, shopping malls, and local attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt at home throughout my stay. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. What truly made my experience special was the exceptional service provided by Ms. Nisa at the front desk. She was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, she always greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to assist with any questions or requests. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Staff like Ms. Nisa are a true asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their outstanding hospitality. Overall, the combination of a quiet environment, spacious accommodations, excellent location, and remarkable customer service made this a memorable stay. I would gladly return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Just got back from another stay at Somerset Pattaya, I keep coming back here honestly. Place is always clean, like really clean, you can tell the housekeeping team takes it seriously. Location is great too, everything you need in Pattaya is close by so getting around wasn't a hassle at all. Reception staff were super helpful the whole time, anything I needed they sorted out quickly, no complaints there. Big shoutout to Chatchadopam from housekeeping, she cleaned my room every day and honestly went above and beyond. Small things like that make a stay so much better. Room itself was spacious and comfortable, nothing felt old or worn out, everything worked fine. Only thing, and it's not really a complaint, just wish the pool stayed open later than 8pm. Would've used it more in the evenings if it closed a bit later. Anyway, another great stay, I'll keep booking here whenever I'm in Pattaya.

This hotel is in a very convenient location—close to the bus terminal, the beach, and the market but it's very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. What surprised and deeply touched us was how they handled a forgotten item. When my friend left something behind, the staff arranged to ship it to Bangkok with top-notch security. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating

I made a reservation just by looking at the location because of the Songkran Festival. I thought the square footage would be small, but it was more spacious than I expected, and since it was newly built, I lived comfortably. I went up to the rooftop swimming pool during the day, but it was so hot and hot that I just came down.

I always stay here. Its a 1000 baht night type stay. Location in north pattaya. Had a fun beach vibe interior. Bright and cute. Huge pool. General packed. Fun hostel vibe feeling for younger guest. Also family friendly feeling. Has parking for your vehicle.

Was good stay but only problem night time and morning time noisy from parking and cleaning staff passed up down Becouse of the window of the room in hotel All same facing to the walking way and it makes you can hear everyone they go in out to the room and have close the the windows curtains allways Couse people can see inside some of them look inside from window toilet also smell very bad I buy 2 spray in 4 day Good things nearly too many massage shop and price is not bad if in low season and the staff helpful also reception is smile which is good things tv smart and air conditioning if use low energy no voice if high make voice

We had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious,cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice,cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

Rooms with a minimum of comfort but ok. What is not ok is the broken elevator, which goes into Out of service mode frequently with passengers inside. Also the blind out curtains in the rooms but be closed properly and the sun will blind your eyes first thing in the morning!

The hotel may need to improve its advertising and provide more accurate information. I went to the 7th floor, but unfortunately it was not accessible because it had been completely damaged by a fire. The swimming pool was also disappointing. There were no towels available, and if you asked for one, you had to pay extra. Overall, the hotel was not bad, but it definitely needs more work and improvement.
