PPengguna TetamuI recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

PPengguna Tetamu아무래도 아이랑 함께 하기엔 좋을 것 같아 여기로 선택했는데 넘 잘 놀다왔어요! 객실도 생각보다 넓고, 거실 공간이 따로 있어서 아이랑 머무르기 정말 편했구요! 수영장은 규모가 엄청 크진 않지만, 아이들이 놀기엔 딱 좋은 크기예요. 동선도 복잡하지 않아서 같이 놀아주기도 수월했고요. 무엇보다 사람이 너무 붐비지 않아서 좋았어요. 호텔 바로 앞 바다는 파도도 세지 않고 전체적으로 여유로운 분위기라 아이랑 물놀이하기에 부담 없었네요~ 복잡하지 않게, 편하게 즐기다 온 느낌이라 가족 여행 숙소로는 만족스러웠습니다.

TTin FosterThe location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy.

SShiori S. (zebanしおり)The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well. The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable. It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish. Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable. The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food. I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

PPengguna TetamuThis review is going to be ”unfair” because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.
