I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza, and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

“Absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency Guam! The location is perfect — beachfront in the heart of Tumon Bay, with stunning ocean views from our room balcony and just steps away from the white sandy beach, shopping at DFS Galleria, restaurants, and nightlife.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern amenities and a great bathroom. But the highlight was the beautiful pool complex — multiple pools including a kids’ area with slides, a lazy river, and direct access to one of the best beaches in Guam. The sand is powdery white and the water is crystal clear.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well. The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable. It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish. Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable. The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food. I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

I love the location , as it's a family area. The beach next door I nice with covered tables, and there's a lifeguard. It's a great opportunity to see local families having fun, and lots of kids without the tourist crowd. In the late afternoon you can see the large canoes practicing and racing. Go to the beach in the morning and late afternoon and watch the sunset. The resort staff are very helpful and kind. The red Tumon shuttle picks up out front. All in all a very good location. I'll be back soon!

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

About 15 minutes walking distance to the nearest restaurant and another 10 minutes to the closest shopping mall.
