Perfect.. quiet and comfortable.. good place for relaxation.. but if only they had microwave in the room..

호텔은 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 단지 주차장 입구를 찾는게 어려웠지요. 뭐 그냥 간단하게 차 세우고 도어맨에게 물어봤어요. 만일 알려주지 않았다면 한바퀴 돌았을 것 같아요. 다 좋은데 제가 머문 방에 문제가 있었어요. 4시에 체크인 하고 잠깐 쉬다가 저녁 먹고 왔어요. 7시쯤에 샤워를 하려고 보니까 샤워기 전환 레버가 없더라구요. 황당하고 또 샤워를 하면 샤워하는 물이 샤워장 바깥으로 흘러나가요. 그래서 그런가 샤워장 수건있는데 발판이 있더라구요. 어쨌든 샤워를 마치고 프런트에 전화를 걸어서 사정을 말했어요. 영어가 짧아서 힘들었는데 어쨌든 프런트에서는 기사를 보내겠다고 말했죠. 나는 비싼돈을 들여서 여기 왔는데 이런 서비스가 마음에 들지 않더군요. 그래서 방을 바꿀 수 있냐고 물었는데 매니저에게 물어보겠다고 하더군요. 20분 지나서 직원이 오더니 샤워기를 확인 했습니다. 동시에 전화가 와서 방을 바꿔주겠다고 합니다. 그래서 온 직원에게 매니저가 방을 바꿔준다고 전화왔다고 하니 자기가 그 매니저라고 하더군요. 그리고 방을 바꿔줬는데 층만 바뀌고 같은 위치로 바꿔줬어요. 그런데 문제는 샤워기가 문제가 있다고 프런트에 문의하고 나서 1시간 15분이 지나서 방을 바꿔준겁니다. 제 아내는 피곤한데 씻지도 못하고 짜증이 났지요. 그리고 바꿔준 방은 청소가 제대로 되어 있지 않았어요. 아무래도 느껴지는 게 싼 방에 들어가서 서비스가 그런가 싶더군요. 제일 싼 방이었어요. 제가 항공권 구입하고 할인해서 67만(조식포함)이었거든요. 그런데 바뀐 방은 에어컨이 작동이 잘 안되는 거예요. 아내가 덥다고 이상하다고 계속 그러는데 저는 아내와 자는 온도가 달라서 잘 모르겠더라구요. 아니면 아내가 더운물로 막 씻고 나와서 그럴 수도 있다고. 그런데 새벽에 자다가 깼어요. 너무 추워서. 그래서 에어컨 온도를 올렸는데 온도가 올라가지 않아요. 아내는 괜찮다고 하는데 저는 너무 추웠어요. 프런트에 전화할까 했는데 또 방 바꿔준다 기다리라 하면서 1시간 넘게 기다릴게 뻔해서 그냥 잤어요. 다행히 두짓타이는 1박이고 다른 호텔로 갔어요. 체크 아웃할 때 이 이야기를 했더니 직원이 'I'm Sorry.' 하더군요. 방 값이 100만원 하지 않는 이상 여기는 다 좋은데 서비스나 시설이 좋지 않아서 안 갈 것 같아요. 예전에 롯데에 갔을 때 비슷한 일이 있었는데 문의한지 15분 만에 방을 바꿔주셨거든요. 물론 한국인이 빠르긴 합니다만... ㅋㅋㅋ 어쨌든 결혼 20주년 여행치고 망친 하루였어요.

Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

수영장과 바다가 연결되어 있어 접근성 가장 훌륭합니다. 침구도 푹신해서 좋았구요. 조식은 보통 수준입니다 (가성비는 굿) 다만 보증금은 꼭 현금으로 지불하시길 추천드려요. 저는 매일 150달러씩 출금되서 ㅎ.. 체크카드여서 보증금 몇달은 지나야 돌아온다는데 ㅠ 총 320달러정도 보증금 나갔습니다. 마지막날에는 분명 보증금 안나간다는 직원의 확인까지 받았는데도 (혹시나 하는 마음에 해당 카드 잔액을 0원으로 빼두었습니다) 다음날 새벽에 또 150달러 승인실패 문자 와있더라구요.. 거의 방값 만큼 보증금 빼가는 곳이 어디있나요^_ㅠ 500달러 가량 보증금으로 잡아두신 것 같더라구요 다른 후기 보니까 현금으로 100달러만 내신분도 있던데, 골치 아픈일 안생기게 사전 현금 지불 후 체크아웃할때 현금 돌려받는 게 더 깔끔하겠다는 생각이 들었어요🙃 이외에도 다른 호텔 이슈가 있었는데 주말인데도 불구하고 트립닷컴에서 빠르게 채팅 연락 진행해주셔서 잘 해결 되었습니다. 덕분에 기분 좋게 여행 마무리 합니다. 트립닷컴 짱 아무튼 저는 이 호텔 재방문 의사 없습니다 ㅎ

夫婦で初旅行にツバキタワーを選びました！ 特に予定は立てずのんびり疲れを癒せる時間にしたかったのでラウンジ利用のできる部屋にしました。 深夜発早朝着の飛行機で行きましたが、チェックイン前にキャリーケースを預かってもらえました。 疲れもあったので早めにチェックイン出来るか伺ったところ、アーリー(6-9時)チェックインの場合は1泊分、10-12時チェックインの場合は50%、13-15時チェックインの場合は30%、の料金がかかるとのことでした。 節約のため早めチェックインは断念しましたが、シャトルバスの始発が9時過ぎからなので次回は飛行機の便をずらすか、アーリーチェックインがいいかな、と思いました。 ちなみに7時半くらいになるとモーニングが食べられるお店が開きますが長居は出来ず、、 海を見に行ったりABCストアに行って時間を潰しました笑、ご参考までに、、 ツバキタワーはロビーから豪華でしたがやはり部屋も豪華で大満足 テレビには名前が映し出されて特別感満載でした バルコニーからのロケーションは最高で見惚れてしまう景色でした！ プールもラウンジも最高でした！ 化粧落としは無く、洗顔はハンドソープと兼用のタイプでした。化粧水も無かったのか少し残念、 浴槽があったのとトイレットペーパーは流せるタイプのトイレだったのは嬉しかったです！ サービスも良かったのですが、ラウンジ利用は1日1回までかと思っていたのですが何度でも利用できるみたいです モーニング、アフターヌーンティー、カクテルタイムがあっていずれもドリンク・お酒飲み放題でした！ カクテルタイムはおつまみ料理とはなりますがバイキングとなっていて食べ放題なので外食せずに済んでお得でした ただ、これを途中で知ったので初日から利用したかった、と少し残念でした チェックインの際に詳しく教えてもらえると嬉しかったです、、 残念点を含めてもやはり最高なホテルで思い出になったことには間違いありません！ また毎日を頑張りながら、そして円高になることを願いながら再び伺えることを楽しみにしています！ お世話になりありがとうございました！

The blankets are nonexistent. I repeat the blankets are nonexistent. You need to literally buy a blanket at Ross because the blankets are literal sheets or some crumpled up back blanket stuffed in the corner of the closet. The airconditioning is so cold that you may catch a cold without a blanket. I am a person that believes in “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything” but omg the housekeeping is just close to nothing. Only takes out the trash and that’s basically it. Still left a tip everyday but still a bare minimum of at least sweeping the floor would be nice. But the location and price was chefs kiss so just bring or buy a blanket.

Very nice location, front staff is very kind. Room cleaning was forgotten two times. Room cleaning staff don't say hi when we met them in the hallway. Pool is very good. Better and cleaner than other hotels nearby. Direct acces to the beach is nice too. Pool restaurant could have a better menu ( Dusit have Taji Grill and Tabu bar)

毎回泊まってます。お部屋は広くてキレイです。部屋によってはシャワーの強さ、熱さなど違います。アメニティはリンスインシャンプー、ボディシャンプー、ボディクリーム、歯ブラシでした。髭剃りはハウスキーピングに電話したら持って来てくれました。 立地がすごく良いです。JPストアやコンビニもあります。近くにTGIなど食事ができる場所もあります。 ビーチにも歩いて行けますが帰りの坂がキツいです。 今回は窓を開けてたらアリやヤモリが部屋に侵入してきたりベランダにカマキリが落ちてきたりしました。
