The staff was very friendly and facility was adequate. The room could use some extra attention regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. Enjoyed the outside pool but some safety concerns with life guards looking at their phones instead of the watching the small children in the kids area.

Great hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff. We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

I’ve been in this hotel for 3 nights, and everything was going well. Then on Tuesday, November 15th, Cody was working at the front desk, and her single handily ruined my whole experience. We went to ask if the coffee was complimentary, and he just waved his hand without even looking at us. I went outside and came back in, and I greeted everyone standing in the lobby, and Cody didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. He made me feel like I don’t belong here, and that’s not the service I’ve been receiving for the last two days. Cody needs to realize that no matter your personal views on another race, you leave that at home when you come to work. I paid good money to stay here, and I feel that I should be welcomed. Thanks to Cody, I no longer feel welcomed. Because of Cody, I don’t think that I’d recommend this hotel to my family or my friends. Thanks to all the other staff for making me feel welcomed, but that one act ruined it all. Thanks Cody, please seek help, we are not bad people, and we deserve to be treated like those guys that you acknowledged while I was in the lobby.

Very nice place. Very nice associates to deal with, and the breakfast was hot and fresh when ordered. Just wish there was a vent in the bathrooms to kill the steam to shave. Other than that, a great stay.

Nice modern hotel but very poorly run. Nobody cleaned our room during our 7 day stay. The breakfast was dire; 2 days running there was no milk or bread in a state which has 1.26 million cows! The hotel has great facilities like a laundry and ice machines on each floor. It could be amazing and the bad parts have to be down to poor management. There was a strong smell of hydraulic fluid on the top floor and in the lifts. The staff looked like they really didn't want to be there, except a lovely lady called Lee on the front desk who was very sympathetic and friendly. Our mattress and pillows were hard and lumpy, well past their sell-by date. Both my wife and I suffered 7 nights with poor sleep quality and back pain. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the room. On the way to the airport after checking out, I received a notification that they had charged is an additional $150 with no reason given. When we checked out, we were told that their printer had brocken and they were unable to provide us with an invoice. They promised to email it to us, but 2 days later we still haven't received it. I would never stay in another Wyndham hotel.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient location at the Dells. However, a few small details distract from the experience. 1. Room Coffeemaker was missing parts making it unusable. It was the same situation in our friend’s room. 2. The desk is frequently unstaffed making it difficult to call for help.

Had a good stay at the Aloha Beach Resort. Stayed here for my niece 2nd birthday and she enjoyed the pool and the lake!

Wonderful place to stay as couples and family

My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.
