PPangzideshiguangji本次美國東部遊定的級別最高的酒店，早餐不是自助，是點餐形式，所以也是最亂的地方！這是我唯一吐槽的！就這個早餐，不同人，不同回覆，沒統一的標準！最後結算是：入住3人，每人40美元早餐額度，每個房間每天加收35美金的amenity fee，這35美金可以用於早餐消費，也可以用做酒店其他消費，如：mini bar，room service，SPA，餐廳用餐。這個35美金會額外加税，我們住了3晚，其中2晚加了5.58，第3晚沒加，但是前台經理説是➕10%的税，比例對不上。有的人説我的房費含早餐，不用額外補繳費，有的人説我吃超標了，要補差價，反正就一個字亂！離店時一定讓前台打賬單，挨個核對！不認可的就減出去！最後我用3天amenity fee的額度在餐廳打包了晚餐，最後補了一個小差價！沒多付其他費用！mini bar如果把飲料拿出來，就會自動➕到賬單裏，如果沒喝，讓前台減下來就行。床還是很舒服的，早餐也不錯，酒店位置也好。路邊有停車點，白天衹能每2小時續費，晚上10點到第二天7點免費停車。或者停在酒店旁邊的停車場，費用高點兒，但是方便。我們為了省停車費，搗鼓路邊停車的時候，沒看懂停車牌限制的時間，被罰100美金，因小失大！不差錢的就別折騰，踏實停停車樓裏。

PPengguna TetamuI had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuOur recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.
Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained
Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating
Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations
The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

The room was big and seemed clean.
I wish they'd give us more stuff. There wasn't even a bottle of water (wonder if that's how it is everywhere in the US?)
The lights were kinda dim at night, and it could use some more.
The breakfast was yummy!
I love that there were convenient stores like Walgreens and CVS very close by, and they're open until 11 pm.

PPengguna TetamuI did not have the pleasure of using the facilities however, I must commend the staff for always being helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests. Unfortunately during my stay at the hotel, the power went out from 4am till the time I checked out at 2pm. It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time. Other than that, I think the hotel is in a good location and is easily accessible depending on your needs in DC.

TTrip saverThey provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

PPengguna TetamuStayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

The friendly and accommodating staff were very helpful and genuinely dedicated.
Well equipped fitness.
Pricey breakfast and not too big, but certainly tasty.
The room was clean, modern and elegantly decorated. There is a smart TV. Multiple charging outlets were available. There was a mini fridge and amenities were available upon request.
Very handy information sheet provided upon check-in.
I was able to store my luggage for some time before my departure.
I was charged incorrectly, but this was promptly corrected.
This is hotel is one of the few that can truly serve as an example to others.
