MMona KhI had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White House and many of the city’s major attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the business center was a great touch for any work-related tasks.
What I loved most was the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, serving delicious meals in a cozy setting. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, giving me a good start to my day.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Washington, D.C. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, location, and value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip

PPengguna TetamuI booked a superior queen room, but they gave me very small one. The room is so tiny that I won't be able to open my luggage if i had one. Fortunately we only had carry on luggage. The window is very tiny cutting corner of the room making it a narrow gap between the bed and the window. The corner of the bed hurt my leg a few times when I passed in and out . There are full of dirty marks on the small table. To my surprise, when checking in, the receptionist told me I have to pay US$32 extra for the facilities. I didn't understand what she meant. Then she gave me a card to read. And said it's on their website. This is a rip off. I never knew I would have to pay extra US$32. . Such a thing had never happened to me before.

The hotel did not want to supply a kettle but finally did provide one as the phone in the room wasn’t working.
The Italian restaurant there does serve some good food.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is not your typical dimension but it was clean and the mattress + pillows are one of the best I have slept on. The location was good as it was close to Metro, White House, Lincoln memorial, and Georgetown (walking around 20 mins). There is also a Metro station close by. However, it’s far away from the convention center though, you will need to take a taxi or Uber to get there.
The one suggestion I have is to provide kettle for hot water in the room as well as bottle waters. Most of the reception reps are very helpful and cheerful, only the grave yard shift reception lady is not in a good mood (I know it’s grave yard shift…but). The elevator needs some improvement as well since it’s very slow… (I’m not sure it’s because of the elevator manufacturer or because of the old building).

PPengguna TetamuOur recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas.
Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall
Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained
Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating
Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations
The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

TTrip saverThey provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

The room was ok - bed linens were worn, the usb outlet by the desk didn’t work, but overall everything was clean and pleasant. I found the shower water handle a nice touch - you can start the shower and control water temperature on the side, without getting in. I had an unpleasant experience at the front desk - I was given misinformation by a clerk at check in, and even I asked about the charges, I was given incredible attitude by another clerk. At 700 a night, I expected better treatment. I spoke with the manager and they resolved my issue, however it took more time than I anticipated from my schedule.
