Hotel Dalat dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I can not rate this hotel any higher,It’s the home away from home that everyone wants on there trip,It’s brand new with everything in the hotel being of top quality,The cleanliness is perfect,The staff work hard every day to make sure everything is sparkling,Our room was just beautiful,Massive bed and so comfortable,The best pillows you could ask for,Myself Mr Aaron and my wife Mrs Carrie are travelling from Australia on a 7 week tour of Vietnam,We travelled to beautiful Delat ,Little paris,The city of flowers and we were truly blown away by La Thong boutique hotel,The owners are so inviting and the staff truly go out of there way to help you in anyway,Resection staff have great English speaking skills witch helps so much,Neil was our go to man for anything we needed to know or wanted ,Can’t express the gratitude we have for him,We we’re lucky enough to be invited to there grand opening,And what a great day was had by so many family and friends there,The rooms are cleaned daily we have not come across this in anyway other hotel stay in Vietnam,With fresh water,Tea and coffee provided in the rooms you can just lay back and feel very relaxed,La Thong offers a great breakfast every morning from 7 am the chef is wonderful and his flavour in his food is 10/10 Catering for all customers,We truly loved our stay here and we will be back for sure,I must say after 5 nights staying here we feel more like family than guests,Make sure you stay at this great hotel while staying in Delat 8 hrs by bus north of Ho chi minh city,Tell them Mr Aaron and Mrs carrie sent you ,

We had a very comfortable stay in Da Lat Eco Hotel. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He helped us check in early. There were two properties at the hotel and we stayed in Eco 2. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony that was connected to the room next to ours. We didn't use the balcony a lot because the property acrossed the street was renovating and there were dust. The facilities that comes with the room were good, though I'd suggest the hotel to change the sheets and linens because there were old stains on them. I personally liked the hotel location. It was a little far away from the night market, but it was close to the Crazy House and Dinh Bao Dai. For taxi, I'd suggest using Lado that could easily take you to the city center and the train station. Also there was a restaurant opposite to the hotel that served chicken. We didn't try it but there was always a line from the local people. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff. Days before we arrived, we received a message reminding that there might be noise due to the New Year (our stay was great even with some noises). When we were there, they kindly offer us free bananas, candy, artichoke tea, and coffee. You can also buy the tea and coffe from the staff directly. Highly recommend the artichoke tea! It's Da Lat specialty and must-try and it tastes amazing. I never thought that artichoke could be made into tea!

Impressed with their service from when you get down from Grab car till you leave. The hotel staffs know what you want and need. Love their afternoon tea (cna choose from 4 types of floral tea). While sitting down and waiting for my transport to the airport early cold morning, the receptionist serve a cup of hot tea to warm me up. The bell boy help to bring the luggage to the car when the car arrived.

Saya dan suami saya sangat menikmati penginapan 4 hari/3 malam di resort ini. Pemandangan dari bilik kami sangat cantik. Suasana sekeliling tenang dan sangat mendamaikan. Bilik itu besar, bersih dan selesa. Hidangan bufet sarapan pagi adalah mewah dan lazat dengan masakan Vietnam, Barat dan Asia. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian. Pengurus itu juga memberi kami menaiki kereta yang tiba-tiba mengelilingi resort, kelab golf dan tempat memandu. Resort ini menyediakan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik tetap percuma ke dan ke Pusat Bandar Dalat. Saya pasti mengesyorkan Swiss Belresort Tuyem Lam untuk percutian yang santai untuk pasangan, rakan dan keluarga.

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

(SEMUA KAKITANGAN DARI PENYAMBUT TETAMU, PENGAWAL KESELAMATAN, PEMBERSIH, KEBUN DAN KAKITANGAN TEKNIKAL) Pemandangan yang cantik, RUANG yang selesa. Untuk memperkenalkan kepada orang lain, saya akan memperkenalkan CEREJA JUMPA CEREJA KALI KE-3. PADA SEPTEMBER 2024 Hebat!!!! Квартира неплохая , но хотелось бы уборку получше и заменить некоторые элементы ( они устали от времени)

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

The hotel location is near the middle of the city. The room equipments and towels was clean. It's very value for money

Best Customer service ever. 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Dalat. He is so friendly and everything is almost one stop service. if you are fussy about the water pressure then that would be the only downside.
