Отель заслуживает все 10 из 10! Здесь идеально абсолютно всё. С первых минут чувствуется, что в это место вложили душу. Номер был безупречно чистым, свежим и буквально блестел. Огромное спасибо персоналу за такой высокий уровень и заботу о гостях. Комната очень светлая, просторная и невероятно уютная - настолько, что совсем не хотелось уезжать. Отдельным приятным сюрпризом оказался проектор в номере -это сделало вечера особенно атмосферными. Большой балкон с прекрасным видом на город стал одним из любимых мест, а закаты оттуда просто незабываемые. Завтрак - выбор блюд, всё свежее и вкусное. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернусь снова и с удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель другим.

Это замечательное место с великолепным отношением к гостям. Мы провели в данном отеле неделю и это было на высочайшем уровне. Номера чистые и хорошо декорированы. Ощущение дома нас не покидало. Внутри есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания, включая полный комплект душевых принадлежностей. Уборка производится по желанию гостей , наш номер убирали каждые 2 дня. Персонал отеля это душевные люди, которые окутывали нас любовью на протяжении всего пребывания. Отель расположен очень удобно , в центральной части города. Мы легко и быстро добирались до всех нужных мест. Большое спасибо персоналу Dalat Eco Hotel. Однозначно рекомендую данное место для проживание в чудесном городе Далат!

Amazing hotel! Excellent design, modern appliances, and orthopedic mattresses on the beds. The service is outstanding: upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary arrangement of flowers and fruit in the room, and there are snacks and a minibar available. Every afternoon, there is a tea ceremony in the dining area where you can choose any tea served with snacks and dried fruits. The buffet breakfasts are diverse, and there is also a heated outdoor pool! The hotel is warm, which is very important for Da Lat, and it’s located near the city center with grocery stores close by.

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

Kami menempah hotel untuk satu malam. Kami menyukai hotel ini. Lokasinya di tempat yang indah, di tepi tasik. Wilayah hotel adalah besar, dijaga dengan baik, sangat menyenangkan untuk berjalan. Kakitangannya ramah dan sentiasa membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Sarapan adalah Vietnam, tetapi anda tidak akan kelaparan. Bilik bersih, bukan baru, tetapi tidak kritikal. Satu-satunya minus bilik adalah bau di tandas, tetapi untuk satu malam ia tidak kritikal.

Квартира неплохая , но хотелось бы уборку получше и заменить некоторые элементы ( они устали от времени)

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.

Semuanya baik-baik saja kecuali perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu. Tempah bilik untuk 3 orang tetapi dikenakan bayaran tambahan untuk orang ke-3. Daftar masuk lewat. Pukul 12 hotel kata tak jumpa kod tempahan, tak selesaikan, pelanggan kena hubungi Trip, ambil masa lebih 2 jam untuk daftar masuk, tempah bilik untuk 3 orang tanpa katil tambahan tetapi mengenakan bayaran tambahan untuk orang ke-3? tidak akan kembali

The hotel's main advantage is its location. Apart from that, the hotel feels quite old. There is no elevator at the hotel, the receptionist carried our luggage upstairs when we checked in. However, when we checked out, we had to carry our luggage downstairs ourselves. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very weak, making it inconvenient to use. My stay at this hotel ended up being a very unsettling experience. The room door has a partially frosted glass panel, so I could clearly see the shadow of anyone standing outside. A man stood in front of my room several times, and I could see his shadow lingering there. I also saw him reaching for the door handle. It happened around midnight, and I was terrified. I was literally shaking when I reported it to the reception. The receptionist told me he had spoken to the man and said the man was ”just smoking” in the balcony. However, based on what I personally witnessed, it did not seem like someone who was simply smoking. I repeatedly saw his shadow outside my door as he stood there, checking my room. This made me feel extremely unsafe. What made the situation even worse was that there was no additional security latch on the inside of the door, so I did not feel adequately protected. I could barely sleep for the rest of the night. I hope the hotel takes guest safety more seriously by improving room security and ensuring guests feel safe during their stay.

Beautiful hotel. It was a second time to stay. All interiors are antique and building is made by brick and woods so great atmosphere. wifi, location, Staff and breakfast is all great.
