Hotel Dalat dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

We really loved this boutique hotel in Da Lat. It is small, cozy, stylish, and incredibly clean. The room looked even better than in the photos — beautiful interior, calm colors, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and everything felt new and well maintained. Special thanks to the staff — the girls at the reception and the young man were very kind and helpful. They created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and were always ready to help with anything. This hotel left a very warm impression on us. If we come back to Da Lat, we would definitely stay here again ❤️

This was our 5th time staying at Goldient, but sadly it was our worst experience. Our 4-day 3-night vacation was very disappointing and affected our family's holiday. Before arrival, I requested rooms away from the elevator with a nice view. Instead, we got two Deluxe rooms right next to the elevator, facing the windows of the hotel next door. The biggest problem was the noise. The rooms had very poor soundproofing. Every night we could hear guests from the next hotel, noisy group check-ins, tour buses, dogs barking, and traffic. We couldn't sleep well during the whole stay. There were also maintenance issues. The toilet flush didn't work properly, the shower door handle was broken, and nobody came to fix it. The bed was also very hard, even with an extra topper. Finally, I don't understand why breakfast ends at 9:00 AM. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10:00 AM. People come here to relax, not to wake up early just to catch breakfast?! This experience was far below what we expected from Goldient... very very upset about this!

This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. Well this is my personal experience, but I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Good luck!

Dalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

Kami menempah hotel untuk satu malam. Kami menyukai hotel ini. Lokasinya di tempat yang indah, di tepi tasik. Wilayah hotel adalah besar, dijaga dengan baik, sangat menyenangkan untuk berjalan. Kakitangannya ramah dan sentiasa membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Sarapan adalah Vietnam, tetapi anda tidak akan kelaparan. Bilik bersih, bukan baru, tetapi tidak kritikal. Satu-satunya minus bilik adalah bau di tandas, tetapi untuk satu malam ia tidak kritikal.

A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

Semuanya baik-baik saja kecuali perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu. Tempah bilik untuk 3 orang tetapi dikenakan bayaran tambahan untuk orang ke-3. Daftar masuk lewat. Pukul 12 hotel kata tak jumpa kod tempahan, tak selesaikan, pelanggan kena hubungi Trip, ambil masa lebih 2 jam untuk daftar masuk, tempah bilik untuk 3 orang tanpa katil tambahan tetapi mengenakan bayaran tambahan untuk orang ke-3? tidak akan kembali

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
