Awesome food and service! 😊 We called them to book a private room like on the spot since we wanted a private room at once, and they provided it immediately. Serving time was just right. Overall, great! Definitely, we will recommend it to our peers and family 😊

Our 2nd stay in this hotel! Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Quick room service and food was great! The hotel is well situated, being close to mall and transport. We would definitely stay there again. 👊👏🤩👍👌🏻

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Kudos to Jen, we arrived at the hotel at past 11am and just asking if we can leave our luggage and bags coz i know its still early for check in, but to my surprise the receptionist went above and beyond and checked if the room is available for early check in coz she said we may have come far from province and she didnt bill us for early check in. Id like you to see how my nieces and sister really enjoyed even if its just overnight stay👏🙏💕 Breakfast was superb as always♥️

Stayed here on work and some food things about the place - liked the room I got . It was large with a wonderful clear view of the city. Rooms are well equipped and clean (thought the housekeeping forgot to clean my room one day); location wise is great with walking distance to restaurants and the malls (which are more than a plenty in this neighborhood). Staff was helpful and friendly though check in and check was long with all their paper work and adminstration process done sometimes manually. The breakfast - okay. More on the meaty side of items which does get heavy for morning. The gym is great. Would it stay here again - yes, it's a nice location and quiet area with a not too far distance from the office.

The experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were immediately greeted right at the front drive, when we passed the concierge, and even by the housekeeping staff at the hallways. Check-in and checkout was a breeze, thanks to Ellyza and the team. The room was super clean and the amenities are complete. They even prepared fruits for us and towel art arrangements on our bedroom as a gesture for us newlyweds. It was super sweet, kudos to the staff. I'm actually torn with what the highlight of my visit was between the Water Spa or the breakfast buffet the next morning. My wife and I were already patrons of the Ace Water Spa since 2018 and we make sure we visit at least twice a year; it's always been consistently amazing. On the other hand, the buffet breakfast was unexpectedly insane. The selection was almost as good as a normal lunch buffet. There was fried chicken, there was an awesome mango-chutney fish fillet, and the soup was a creamy chicken soup that has the same texture as chowder. We had an amazing time and the staff even did a little song&dance for my birthday. All in all, that was a solid 5/5, will definitely return.

Room was nice and big, spacious. The big work/office table was beside the window with a nice view of Exquandra Tower. Hotel was close to Metro Tent Convention center where we had a conference for 3days. Hotel is in a very convenient location. Serenitea and Lawson and Uncle John’s on ground floor. Thank you! it was a good peaceful stay ;)

We booked this as this is the last triple room that we can have at a short notice and since we are going to Megamall and SM East Ortigas. The hotel is very close, minutes walk to Podium and Megamall. We booked the studio room that has 3 single beds to accommodate me, my bf and my mom. it comes with free breakfast and access to pool. The buffet breakfast is at the 33rd floor, same floor as the pool and not to expect much, limited choices but it was good. There is no creamer for Coffee, only milk. I didn't like the bread and the fruit choices are limited. But overall, it was ok, average buffet. I think it's not really a hotel but a serviced apartment. It doesn't have in room dining, no kitchen to accommodate you except during breakfast buffet. There is free water and some toiletries but slippers are available upon request. We also had to call the reception to request for stirrer (not available) or spoon since they have free coffee in the room, which took sometime before they delivered. The aircon is okay, there is a veranda but you cannot open the access to it. Anyway, view is not so nice there so it's ok. We took time to dip in the pool after breakfast. It was ok, shower not ok though and since it was raining, I was kinda hesitant to go in, unsure if water is clean (it's an outdoor pool). in short, we didn't stay long and decided to just watch TV in our room. btw, make sure you are not dripping in the elevator or there will be extra charge. There is also surcharge for drinks and food beyond normal consumption. Location wise, yes it's good but there's a lot of room for improvement here.

Had a very pleasant and memorable stay here in Citadines Millennium Ortigas. We booked a 3BR, and although the layout is not your typical 3BR suite, the other room that’s separate is perfect in terms of privacy. Our unit is immaculately clean. It smells good too! Everyone’s very attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back. Special thanks to front desk, bell service, housekeeping, breakfast peeps, security, and of course to Marvin and Glenn! You guys are so awesome!! Thanks for the late check-out! See you again soon!

Check-in was a bit of a hassle because the front desk attendants did not seem very happy to welcome us at the hotel. One of my coworkers was already checked in at our suite but the front desk attendants were for some reason unable to “locate” our booking. It was weird. So that took some time. The rooms are obviously dated but very spacious. Internet was not very stable and fast.
