However, due to outdated facilities, such as the bathroom, the water contains sediment, causing itchiness after showers. 3. There is no water dispenser, and using bottled water is not environmentally friendly. 4. The gym and some parts of the building are under renovation, resulting in noise pollution.

I loved staying here! The room was fabulous and comfortable - it even had a rocking chair. It may have challenged taller guests but rooms with more headroom are available. The staff were exceptional - helpful, knowlegeable and friendly. They only offer a limited selection for breakfast and no other meals, but there are plenty of good options nearby. The location is perfect and don't be put off by the approach, the staff will help bring your luggage from the road and all is good when you get through the outer door to the coutyard. It really feels like an authentic taste of living in a traditional Nepalese home.

Будьте внимательны - это исторический отель (heritage hotel) - невысокий потолок прямо в комнате согласно лучшим традициям неварской архитектуры. Вкуснейшая еда в ресторане (и завтрак, и ужин).

This homestay has an absolutely amazing location! It is inside Patan’s Durbar Square so you are staying right inside a living museum! Do note- if you want to see the rest of the square and the museum inside, you must visit the ticket desk in the front of the square and purchase a ticket. You can use it for multiple days and trips to the museum, it is just your contribution to the preservation of the space. I also ended up hiring a guide for a historical tour of the area- which I would recommend. We walked around for about two hours and he shared a lot about the history and the importance of the Durbar square and palace. But, if you do not want a guide, it is not required. I stayed in the female dormitory room and it was really comfortable! The bedroom and attached bathroom was really clean and cozy. I did not spend a lot of time in the room during my time in Patan, but I would stay here again if given the chance. You are RIGHT in the square, so it can be loud if there are activities happening- but it was not a problem after 8pm so I did not mind it. The staff is really great and friendly, this was a really great place to stay!

During our recent four-day stay at the Kutumba Hotel in Lalitpur, we experienced a truly delightful experience. The Kutumba Hotel was perfect for our stay before leaving Nepal for the USA. The attention to detail that the Kutumba Hotel displayed was truly commendable. Every corner of our accommodation exuded cleanliness and comfort, from the spotless bedroom to the immaculate bathroom. Returning to such a well-maintained space at the end of each day was a pleasure. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional treatment we received from the staff. Throughout our stay, we were met with genuine respect and unwavering politeness. The team's dedication to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed, and it truly made our experience even more memorable. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the rooftop restaurant. Its breathtaking views provided an ideal setting for enjoying dinner. The delicious cuisine and enchanting atmosphere will stay with us long. I recently stayed at this bed and breakfast for a work trip and it was perfect! The peaceful environment was just what I needed to focus and unwind after a busy day. It's situated away from the main street, providing a quiet retreat, yet still easily accessible to everything I needed. The breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of delicious choices to start my day right. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable place to stay, whether for work or leisure. I'll definitely be back!

Thank you so much for your hospitality. I travelled to Kathmandu with my colleague on July 2024 and stayed in Sangrila Blue Hotel for 3 nights and 2 days. There rooms are very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff are very polite and attend to your requests promptly. I fell sick one night and they were in my doorstep within minutes. Most importantly we were literally stuck when we were trying to make any payment through our cards. Before travelling for Kathmandu we had enquired in every possible way, but once we tried paying then, none of the debit card/credit card were working. We literally roamed around many ATMs to withdraw case from the Indian Bank which are accepted in Nepal but all ATM gates were locked from outside. Hotel people helped us a lot and have n number of options to pay. Even they kept trying with us and finally they gave us an Indian account of one of their staff whom we make the transaction. I am truly grateful to the hotel staff for their support and genuine understanding. I am sure I am going to stay in the same hotel if I ever visit Kathmandu again.
