超乎想象的好，就在中蘇金街上，離滿洲里火車站也超近。我晚上10點到火車站，步行過去10分鐘不到。出行方便，吃飯方便，可以坐公交車去國門，套娃景區都沒問題。
房間隔音非常棒，是我住過在過道鋪地毯隔音最好的酒店！性價比高，房間衞生也很乾凈。唯一小小的遺憾是衞生間沒有做乾濕分離。

The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better.

包頭雖然地處內蒙經濟最強盛的“呼包鄂地區”，但五星級酒店並不多，香格里拉大酒店，應該是包頭最好的五星級酒店了。
酒店位置優越，面對鋼鐵大街（一條有故事的街道），前面是一個很大的市民公園，綠草如茵。
大堂很有氣勢，中餐廳十分漂亮，自助早餐必須點贊，內蒙風味的特色美食有好多種，羊肉燒麥做得一點不比外面的網紅燒麥差。
房間寬敞明亮，設施設備完善，歡迎水果等一應俱全。
從迎賓、前台、餐廳，到客房，所有的服務人員都熱情周到，彬彬有禮。
一次很好的入住體驗！

沒有想到在海拉爾住到了比華東任何一個親子酒店還要好的親子房，完全不是糊弄的帳篷高低鋪什麼的，而是超級厚重的木材整屋定製，還有蒙古族的繪本，真的是太多驚喜了。整個酒店非常好，晚上約了朋友在頂樓的酒吧喝了一杯，還看到了伊敏河的日落，雖然沒有遇到綠色的大草原，但這家酒店絕對是海拉爾的頭牌，地理位置一級棒早飯的時候布里亞特包子都是阿姨親手包的，還有羊腿，真的是太好吃了，早飯完全可以頂得上一頓中飯。夏天一定再來！

Excellent Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel
I spent a night at this hotel and had an awesome experience! Everything was perfect—from the modern, stylish decor to the overall cleanliness and comfort. The hotel is brand new and you can really feel the quality and attention to detail.
Front desk girl was an amazing host—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay special.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very simple but good price. Close to the old train station (be careful where your train leaves from, the high speed trains leave from another station). The breakfast was ok. Nothing special but ok. Overall, I was decently satisfied. The view from the room was nice.

Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated.
The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices.
My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day.
Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!

GGuest UserBuilding 6 is still too old. Before I checked in, the staff said it hadn't been renovated in 20 years and that I could check out within half an hour. It was raining when I arrived that evening, so I didn't bother. To save my elderly family from having to climb stairs, I stayed on the first floor. The whole room was damp. The paintings on the wall were clearly carefully designed 20 years ago. The room even had a bathtub, giving it the air of a 5-star hotel, but it was so old that the paintings were falling out of their frames. They burn wormwood in the lobby, so I didn't see any cute beneficial insects in the room. I didn't see any room service in Building 6. The front desk is in Building 7, but I drove through the main gate that night and searched for a long time but didn't see any clear signs pointing me to Building 7 for check-in.

GGuest UserThis stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft, like sleeping on clouds. The mattress provided just the right amount of support, and with the excellent soundproofing from the double-glazed windows, I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a perfect wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent. The branded toiletries were high quality, and the towels and bath sheets were thick and soft. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and amenities like a smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and bedside charging ports were all readily available. The attention to detail truly impressed me.

The coffee machine at the reception is free of access and very tasty. The facilities of a newly opened hotel are relatively new, and there is almost no taste. There are many varieties of breakfast. The yam, sweet potato, and corn that I like are all gathered together. I can't eat too much. I cooked wontons and cooked half a portion. The kitchen lady also kindly told me how many half portions there were and asked if it was enough. ~ Good reviews ~ The laundry room is open all day without limit. The overall stay was not bad. I will book again next time

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia.
The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience.
But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort.
