Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Inner Mongolia, China

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. 包頭雖然地處內蒙經濟最強盛的“呼包鄂地區”，但五星級酒店並不多，香格里拉大酒店，應該是包頭最好的五星級酒店了。 酒店位置優越，面對鋼鐵大街（一條有故事的街道），前面是一個很大的市民公園，綠草如茵。 大堂很有氣勢，中餐廳十分漂亮，自助早餐必須點贊，內蒙風味的特色美食有好多種，羊肉燒麥做得一點不比外面的網紅燒麥差。 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備完善，歡迎水果等一應俱全。 從迎賓、前台、餐廳，到客房，所有的服務人員都熱情周到，彬彬有禮。 一次很好的入住體驗！

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Hohhot Gulou for one night during our transit. When we first arrived at the main entrance, no staff came to assist us, even though we were traveling with 2 toddlers with strollers, two large suitcases, and additional small luggage. Entering the hotel was a bit difficult at that moment. However, during check-out, staff did help us with our luggage, which we appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. As our flight was early in the morning, we requested breakfast in advance, and the hotel prepared it for us — the breakfast was tasty and thoughtful. My first impression of the hotel is that it feels a bit worn, but it is still well maintained and in good condition. The location is very convenient, with mini marts, McDonald’s, a metro station, and a bus station nearby. I did not have the chance to visit the restaurant on the 25th floor, but it looks very nice from the outside. The reception staff were friendly and helpful overall. In summary, it is a convenient and reliable hotel for a short stay or transit in Hohhot.

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in China. Excellently styled, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great food and good Wi-Fi. Centrally located. But, most of all, the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Good quiet place, the room is clean, warm, the choice for breakfast is not very big, but everything is tasty

出差來包頭住的第一晚就選在了這裏！位置確實方便就在富強中路主幹道邊上，自駕過來停車位很充足完全不用擔心。前台辦理入住特別快兩三分鐘就搞定了，房間比我想象中要寬敞很多而且打掃得很乾凈沒有異味。 床品舒適度超出預期睡得很踏實不會腰疼，浴室還配了大浴缸泡澡很解乏。空調製熱效果很好冬天進屋一會兒就暖和了不過建議温度可以調低一點不然會有點乾燥。隔音效果中上走廊聲音基本聽不見但臨街房間早上能聽到些車流聲。 保潔阿姨每天都會及時來收拾垃圾補充礦泉水這點很加分。周邊餐飲選擇不少步行五分鐘就有便利店和餐廳。整體來説三百多的價位能住到這樣品質的設計師酒店性價比挺高的，下次來包頭還會考慮這家。

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

住了四個晚上，家庭房景觀雙床房和帳篷親子房都住了，平方數都一樣，但是格局上，家庭房略擁擠，雙床房最舒服，景觀也好，能看到大橋和伊敏河，雪後太美了。帳篷親子房有滑滑梯，孩子在房間都玩得很開心。 服務沒話説，超級好，還有個要表揚的地方就是，酒店的電視，可以直接登錄愛奇藝和極光雲視聽，不像有些酒店衹有極光 TV 要花錢，投屏也要花錢，要麼點不到什麼。床位小椅子酒店都能提供，真不錯。本來行程前我們有兩晚是想換個環境 訂了全季的，也退了，住回艾瑞文華
