Отличный отель для своей цены! В прошлом году тоже тут останавливался, но тогда в номере стоял запах табака. Это не удивительно для Китая и в целом для номера, где курение разрешено в номере. За цену аренды грех жаловаться. В этом году в номере не было такого запаха, что удивительно) Чистенько, свежо) Интерьер отеля исполнен в монгольском стиле и качество исполнения весьма высокое для своей цены. Расположен на второй улице, напротив есть вкусное кафе ”Баргузин”. По расположению, думаю, нет смысла хвалить или жаловаться, так как туристический центр Маньчжурии (основные улицы, ТЦ, кафе и тд) очень маленький, все в шаговой доступности. ps. На ресепшене не понимают русский язык и английский, поэтому сохраняйте на телефон информацию о бронировании, гораздо проще будет заселяться

On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. The hotel has a great location and the amenities are quite good, which made getting around very convenient. However, the room itself had some issues. The carpet was very dirty, the room became quite cold at night, and there was an unpleasant smell that affected comfort. With better cleanliness and room conditions, this place could be much better. 包頭雖然地處內蒙經濟最強盛的“呼包鄂地區”，但五星級酒店並不多，香格里拉大酒店，應該是包頭最好的五星級酒店了。 酒店位置優越，面對鋼鐵大街（一條有故事的街道），前面是一個很大的市民公園，綠草如茵。 大堂很有氣勢，中餐廳十分漂亮，自助早餐必須點贊，內蒙風味的特色美食有好多種，羊肉燒麥做得一點不比外面的網紅燒麥差。 房間寬敞明亮，設施設備完善，歡迎水果等一應俱全。 從迎賓、前台、餐廳，到客房，所有的服務人員都熱情周到，彬彬有禮。 一次很好的入住體驗！

呼倫貝爾之旅的滿分住宿，被艾瑞文華酒店承包啦！工作人員都笑容洋溢，前台張敏經理給免費升級了房間，有求必應，態度超好。酒店位置風景絕佳，步行可達古城和成吉思汗廣場，出行超便利。2025年新開業，環境乾淨又高級，房間智能設備超方便，床品軟乎乎，一夜好眠。早餐很豐盛，烤羊腿、羊雜湯、現磨咖啡應有盡有，味蕾大滿足。服務熱情貼心，免費接機、主動幫忙，賓至如歸。11樓健身房、洗衣房齊全，旅行出差都合適。強烈安利給來呼倫貝爾的朋友，住過就愛上，下次來還住這裏！

It’s a very good and modern hotel ! It was pleasure to  stay here . Lobby hall is very beautiful . The room is amazing ! There is full service in the hotel: gym , laundry, good bath accessories, fan, drinking water, tea. The personal workers are very friendly here. I recommend to choose this place !

優點：在植物園的裡邊，晚上休息的時候很安靜，不會被嘈雜聲吵鬧到，睡覺很舒服；新開的酒店，房間裡邊乾淨整潔，床品、毛巾和用品等都很乾凈，用起來很放心，床品柔軟舒適；前台服務熱情貼心，辦理入住高效快捷，保潔細緻到位。, 缺點：可能是因為新開的酒店，像棉簽和一些日用品還不是很齊全。, 位置打車去周邊玩都很方便，早上還可以在公園散步，周圍的環境也很不錯。, 總體性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏，推薦！

A very well located hotel. I had a room with an evening dun view and mountains in the background. Breakfast is simple and good. Corridor carpets are dated, can consider a change.

Great hospitality! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and the front desk kindly assisted me in purchasing medicine, which I truly appreciated. The revolving restaurant for breakfast offers a great view and a wide variety of food choices. My child accidentally left her phone in the room. Thankfully, the staff informed us promptly. Although we had already left Hohhot, they arranged to mail it to our hotel in Beijing, and it arrived safely on the next day. Truly impressed by their honesty and quick action—highly recommended!
