Great location. Booked an extra day for the pool though and it was closed those days.

Nice clean hotel, slap bang in the middle of tree town. Rooms that back onto tree town can be loud if your a light sleeper. I just took my hearing aid out. Pool was a relief from the heat, nice early in the morning, no one uses it. A/c did'nt work the first night, but they quickly fixed the issue.

This hotel is very nice - equipped with all traveler needs. Clean and well maintained. The problem is that it is located in very noisy and crowded . The music will not stop before 2AM.

We DO NOT recommend this hotel. First, half of the hotel is turned towards a night marked that goes until 3am and the room has no sound isolation. I am not talking about a loud bar, I am talking about multiple bars, playing metal rock with maximum volume right next door. It was like sleeping on the stage of a music festival. If you enjoy having a private rock show inside your room while you are in bed with your special one, this might be the place for you. They refused to change our room on the first night. After we contacted trip.com and threatened them with a refund, we were moved to the quiet portion of the hotel. After they begrudgingly changed our accommodations, we discovered a new surprise: the AC on the quiet rooms don't work. With the thermostat registering 30°C, we naturally opened the windows, and were invaded by a gang of stealth Thai mosquitoes, the type that you only realize they are there after you are bitten. So if you are looking for an exotic night at a tropical jungle resort, look not further. The management is fully aware of the problems in the hotel and don't seems to care. The staff was mostly pleasent, we don't blame them for anything. The hotel is very close to being a great staying option, if the owners could just give a single care about the confort of the guests.
