Had a time of my life In pattaya! The hotel was awesome with their amenities and the staffs were friendly helpful. Other than the few noisy koreans and china guest making a mess and din in the lobby, all was close to perfection.  Thank you very much!!!

Location is a bit distance from beach and night market, but consider worldwide chain hotel, at least the quality of stay is ensured

This was 2nd time we stayed here. We found the staffs friendly as usual. Location is convenient, free parking. Will definitely come again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had my dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, the food is good and the staff are nice. This is a hotel that I would recommend to others.

My favorite hotel in Pattaya. Everything is great so i will explain what are my problems with it , which are minor.. The pool is great, but if you like sun you will enjoy it from 9 till 3 since the building are blocking the sun. No balcony in the rooms, can be a problem for smokers. Besides that, amazing place. 👌

I like all of this hotel, not so big but nice! The room is not perfectly clean but we are satisfied. Parking space is also enough and convenient!

Nice location in Pattaya. Good breakfast. The bed is so adorable it’s not too soft and too hard, so comfortable. I really love the bed in Best Western. Anyway, it’s good for family not for a couple but still love it.

My 2nd time here .. I feel disappointed with breakfast.. it was good 1st first but look like they changed lineup .. this makes me struggle to revisit next time!!!

So convenient. They have a bar and restaurant in the lobby and by the pool so you dont have to go outside the hotel for a drink after a long day. The staff is so nice ＜3 I had 0 problems everything was great.
