This was 2nd time we stayed here. We found the staffs friendly as usual. Location is convenient, free parking. Will definitely come again.

Nice location in Pattaya. Good breakfast. The bed is so adorable it’s not too soft and too hard, so comfortable. I really love the bed in Best Western. Anyway, it’s good for family not for a couple but still love it.

My 2nd time here .. I feel disappointed with breakfast.. it was good 1st first but look like they changed lineup .. this makes me struggle to revisit next time!!!

So convenient. They have a bar and restaurant in the lobby and by the pool so you dont have to go outside the hotel for a drink after a long day. The staff is so nice ＜3 I had 0 problems everything was great.

The hotel was way newer, cleaner and tidier than we'd expected. It was a good deal for the rate that we were charged.

Best western très bien Chambre très agréable avec vue sur piscine... légèrement plus chère que celles avec vue sur la rue qui sont moins grandes et moins bien équipées...donc je recommande vue piscine Établissement qui vraiment offre un très bon compromis rapport qualité prix... Seul défaut peut être un peu loin de Pattaya l'endiablee mais moi ça m'arrange... C'est calme et on est dans la vraie vie

The room was big and clean and the staff was friendly. Comfortable bed to sleep in, I had a good rest after a long busy day.

A pretty new and clean hotel that smells good everywhere. It's pretty clean in the room as well with a big and new Smart TV that you can play your YouTube show with, and the showering head water pressure is strong too! All the staffs are friendly and polite. Location of the hotel is great, easy for pick up and drop off along the main road. Resides in a quite local area with many shops nearby within 1-3 mins walk, and that includes the very important 7-11. Will be back again!

Location is a bit far if you would like to stay in the city center. Room tariff is a bit on the higher side as compared to similar properties in Pattaya. Amenities are okay.
