Great stay, especially with children. Next time hopefully we can stay longer. Can't confirm some negative reviews done by other's. The decoration has finished. :-)

Nice room, Good breakfast, nice staff even we went to check in very lated. Staff are available 24 hours.

There was a renovation at the main water park but that’s ok because we have free tickets for skywalk. The renovated room was great and better than previous version. So that will be perfect after renovation finishes in the future!

Terrible service. No towels poolside, forgotten food orders, incompetent concierge. To make a local restaurant booking concierge asked for 13 baht a minute call charges. An amazing property let down by poor staff and a price gouging attitude.

Had a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service is good. Good view from our room balcony. There are kids friendly amenities. Nothing negative.

Outside construction period of swimming facilities, I will not choose this hotel if knowing that！It's good news to me for the hotel room renovation, but it seems the breakfast is worse than before.

Was disappointed to find that the entire hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The Trip.com did not mention this important detail during the booking process, which was very misleading. The hotel itself is in the midst of a major renovation, with the main building inaccessible to guests. The only amenity available was the swimming pool, as all other water activities were closed. Even accessing the main entrance was an inconvenience, as it was blocked off due to the ongoing construction. The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel staff. They were very friendly and helpful, especially a staff member named Nana who went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience. I wish Trip.com had been upfront about the extensive renovations taking place, as I would have made alternative arrangements if I had known the full scope of the work being done. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

Like the daytime vibes very family friendly even the coast restaurant is super yummy but the oasis buffet not so much I am so grateful to the lady staff who helped me warm my milk tea most other housekeeping staff are friendly but not so much reception night time is very quiet and I love the family pools the slides bit fast though also beware the rocky surroundings

Excellent hotel with excellent services. It would be great if free shuttle bus between hotel and Pattaya beach could be offered.

There are a lot of dust in the room, esp on the table top and wood display. Breakfast spread was great. The water park is a big plus for my children. Many slides for them to play and many activities going on. It’s linked to the beachfront. Takes about 15 min to walk to terminal 21.
