The room has very bad mouldy smell. We stayed in the triple room XS-21. It's lvl 2 and facing the back of another small old building. It's not the same as the picture posted online. Will never stay there again. Only good thing is there is a swensen below and next to a small night market and 7-11 and directly in front of jontien beach. Other than that, not worth the price we paid. We moved to central prime point after 2N. Paid about the same price but got a more spacious and better room.

Great location, location is loud at night with music and traffic directly out the front. Nice modern Japanese style rooms with large tv screen.

Loud music at the market next door til 2:30am and staff is rude when asking them to help.

A good budget hotel, prices varies on week day pretty much witch was shokkingli big differens. Shower leaked from bathtub allower bathroom, very dissapointed in this cause almost everything ellse was very good. Oh the bed was pretty hard and bad for back.

It's a nice hotel in a fantastic place by the sea. Rooms are quirky but comfortable, staff nice.
