Ulasan Shambhala Hotel Pattaya

Great checkin/checkout experience. We got a corner Deluxe room at the top floor (8th) and it was facing south. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up with the heated walls and ceiling during the day. We couldn’t take a nap after check in due to the and the hotel team didn’t respond positively to my request to change the room. They sent a guy instead that did absolutely nothing, he just took a look and reassured that “it will be okay in 10-20 minutes” (spoiler: it wasn’t and the room only become properly colder after 9-10pm) Also I spotted a lot of dust under the bed and in the corners. And the most frustrating experience was to get kicked out of the pool strictly at 8pm. On the positive side they have very decent breakfast. And location is great on the map, just beware that it’s a bit far from public transport and traffic around is always heavy. Expect serious delays if you’re driving down from sukhumvit of up from the beach road. Overall it’s probably a great hotel for business trips (they have meeting rooms and meeting zones) but I wouldn’t recommend it for romantic occasions and couples.

Everything is nice, comfortable, cold aircon, hot water , nice TV, clean, big nice bed, a lot of parking & beautiful receptions. Only thing is not so good maybe is the road around this location is always traffic jam, but overall it's convenient to go everywhere.

Great value for money. Clean and nice hotel, not so crowded. If you stay longer term you go do self laundry just a footsteps away.

A great 4 stars hotel room, and chill swimming pool. I like the parking space, and there is a dobi nearby as well. Recommended.

Location is not that good, there is too many traffic lights and bad traffic. The room is not really yet when it already a check in time, I got room around 2:20pm which is 20 minutes delay and no complimentary given.

Good for a short stay but the cleanliness can be better and also wifi should be faster

Very clean and cosy room that is well made. The bed is comfortable and the toilet is nice and tidy. Room is bit smaller than it in pictures, this is not a problem though as the space is sufficient. Only complaint is the balcony room becomes a bit noisy as the balcony door does not have good enough soundproofing

All the staff were nice and help given information about the area for me. Bed and pillow are so comfy as other review. 10/10 i would recommend this hotel to others

Best service. Can check in earlier and no need to wait until 2pm if got available room. Super clean and the facilities also not bad.

Our washroom smelled like urine. The hotel charges 4 year olds for breakfast. The service was good, and the pool was nicely shaded. The location was also very convenient for tourists to the city.

The room facing street very noisy at night but reception support to change the room at mid might very appreciated and breakfast has variety choice that s lovely
