Ulasan Shambhala Hotel Pattaya

The hotel is beautifully designed and clean. The location is good. The breakfast is tasty and variety. However, there is no smart TV in the room and there is no proper comfortable chair or sofa with armchair and backrest in the room. But if these are not something that bother you, this place is considered good and within budget.

The room was great, and there's a pool too! It's a 'live water' pool, meaning the water is constantly circulating, and almost nobody ever uses it, so it's super comfortable to swim in alone. The service was excellent, pretty much no complaints except they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk if you turn left when you exit.

It is valuable option to live in Pattaya . The room is very clean.Front desk staffs are polite. They also borrowed cutlery set for customer.

Second time in Pattaya, and my first stay at this hotel, which came highly recommended by friends. It's not far from the beach, about a 15-minute walk. The hotel pool was great; my kids had a blast playing there. The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel upgraded my friend and me to a deluxe room with a bathtub, located on the 5th floor, with a pool view right outside the window. Facilities: There's a swimming pool and a gym, but no washing machine in the room. Cleanliness: It's a newly opened hotel, so the cleanliness is quite good. Environment: The entire hotel is non-smoking. If you need to smoke, you have to go to the first or fifth floor. The location is excellent, right across from 'Pat Thai's shop' (I assume this is a famous local eatery or shop, translating as 'Pat Thai's shop' directly to maintain the original sentiment, as '怕太的店' sounds like a specific place the reviewer is familiar with, possibly a 'Pad Thai' place given the phonetic similarity and commonality of such establishments).

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. Hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.

It located in the central of city. Easy to find street food in walking street and really near shopping mall.

The hotel is alright, but it's a bit boring because there aren't many shops nearby. Getting to other famous attractions requires additional transportation. The staff are friendly. A deposit is required. It's okay for a regular vacation. If you're not soundproof, you can hear noises from other rooms.

It was okay. I stayed for several days and asked for an upgrade, but they refused. It felt a bit out of touch, and the location was just so-so.

Clean and good location hotel, easy to access, have car park and nice building view for photo shooting. AND competitive price.

The environment is decent and quite clean, and the bed is really soft. However, there seems to be a bar downstairs, so it gets pretty noisy every night. Also, foreign hotels are so frustrating! My travel companion and I extended our stay in the same room, and we both booked the same date. It was non-cancellable and non-changeable, and there was no way to negotiate. We had to reorder our stay, which was such a hassle. This kind of human touch really makes me miss hotels back home in China T_T. (I wonder if anyone will see this review. I want to ask if anyone is traveling in April and could possibly bring back my hat that I left at this hotel? 😭😭)
