I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

Really happy with Top and Boss for being ever helpful with all my inquiries. Even the bellboy is super nice and helpful. The hotel is very new and the room (Elite Suite) is really spacious and comfortable. Only hiccup is that CTrip's description of the Elite Suite says King Bed or 2 Single Beds and I wanted 2 single beds but upon check-in I was told that the room can only accommodate a King bed. But they are offered extra duvet for us which is good enough for our stay. The location is the only downside for this hotel. It is on top of a hill and it is not possible to walk to any major attractions - the only thing near or just across from the hotel are a small stretch of beach and a few eateries, bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, we will still recommend this hotel. Travel by Grab or taxis are very convenient in Pattaya.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von diesem schönen Hotel! Die Räume sind riesig, die moderne Einrichtung ist nicht neu, aber sehr gut instand gehalten und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, einige sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze, einen netten Pool und die Aussicht auf das Meer von den Zimmern ist grandios! Die Preise sind für das Gebotene sehr günstig, die Lage ist gut, in der Umgebung gibt es den schönen Strand, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das wären sicher 5 Sterne! Aber leider hatten wir massive Probleme mit den Duschen. In einem Badezimmer gab es nur kaltes Wasser, im zweiten kam nach Wartezeiten stoßweise brühend heißes und dann wieder kaltes Wasser. Reparaturversuche während unseres Aufenthalts blieben erfolglos.

Не оставляйте еду или мусор в доступе и их не будет. Очень дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Отдельное им спасибо за всякую помощь оперативно оказанную по первой просьбе. Постельное, полотенца менялись каждый день. Уборка так же каждый день. Суперский матрас на кровати. В номере есть все необходимое.

Летал в Таиланд в отель Asia Pattaya 14.04.23г по 25.04.23г., выбрал немножно по лучше отель, он реально лучше , с территорией, со своим пляжем где вода чище чем везде в Паттайе, с бассейном, готовят вкусно, Интернет есть везде, НО....далеко от главной дороге/улицы и от фуд корта, пешком каждый день до фуд корта при парниковом эффекте, это УЖАСНО! ОЧЕНЬ ТЯЖЕЛО! Какраз все подорожало, и заплатили 176000 на 2их с коллегой, НЕ стоит того! Лучше бы взял отель по проще но где то на главной дороге , а так мучение....! В отеле уборка РЕДКАЯ, уборщики каждый день в коридоре, но не всегда убирали номера! В отеле НЕТ номеров с балконами, все номера БЕЗ балконов!!!! Попали на Тайский Новый Год, везде брызгали и поливали водой, нескончаемо...! Массаж и еда, ФРУКТЫ как обычно на ВЫСШЕМ уровне! ОТДОХНУЛИ ХОРОШО! В этот отель за такие деньги, я бы НЕ полетел еще раз, если только по дешевке, полечу в других отелях ближе к главной улице!

Great location the hotel with beautiful garden and sea view; warm and cozy welcome for couple or family. I do love all staff's services here. Also there is really good restaurant nearby the beach. I'm obsessed with Pineapple Fried Rice at Cabbage and Condom! Yes, the restaurant named likes a condom, condom (Theme for their restaurant is contraception because the Owner is famous in campaigning for the use of condoms for birth control and prevent sexually transmitted diseases. He is the founder of the Population and Community Development Association in Thailand since 1974.)

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.
