Great service on arrival. Stayed in room 105. It is a dark room with not a lot of light provided by the window. Had a smell of damp about it which could be seen in the bathroom. Great cooked breakfast but not much of a choice for continental and pastries. Stayed for 7 nights and a few issues with food. 1st night mixed grill came with no eggs as they had run out. Every other night there was at least 2 items we could not have due to them running out. Festive menu launched and the 1st night 3 things on the menu not available. This is poor service when you have paid in advance.

Breakfast was very tasty. Sam and Elaine were very efficient and welcoming. It was clean and the tables were laid upon arrival. There was plenty of hot and cold food available and everything was replenished regularly. The mushrooms were amazing.

We went for a Business breakfast meeting, excellent service by the staff, who couldn’t have been more accommodating! It made such a great start to our day, the hotel was immaculately clean, and all breakfast options available and fresh, you can tell they excel for their customers, thank you & well done!

Fantastic experience for breakfast today. Food was excellent and if you are vegan you won’t be disappointed. Vegan Sausages, Vegan Bacon, Beans, Mushrooms and Hash Browns. Really enjoyed it, staff were brilliant and will definitely return. Spotlessly clean and top service.

Visited the Premier Inn for their buffet breakfast as part of a business meeting. The selection of food was fantastic, hot and really tasty. Especially the mushrooms. I couldn't praise the staff, especially Elaine and the manager on duty that day, think his name was Sam high enough. Very friendly and helpful and a credit to the company. The hotel was spotlessly clean and inviting. Will be visiting again.

We had a staff get-together this morning over breakfast at the Penzance Premier Inn. What a lovely breakfast, especially the mushrooms, which were exceptional. The service we received from both Sam and Elaine was impeccable. We will definitely be returning. Both the hotel and staff members are a credit to your organisation.

Great room service, cooperative staff and a comfortable room : all you need when you travel with toddler. The location is very convenient: right next to the railway station, the main bus station and town centre. Special thanks to Samantha for being so friendly. An overall good experience.

We didnt actually stay here but booked our luggage in for the day whilst we explored. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. In the evening we returned and were welcomed into the Thyme restaurant by two lovely girls who served us with drinks and food whilst we waited for our late evening coach. The food was wonderful mixing starters and main meals between us. No pressure, lovely friendly smiles. Nothing too much trouble. Well done staff.
