Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di New York

Hotel ini terletak 5 minit dari Charging Bull dan NYSE. Stesen kereta api juga sangat dekat. Berjalan kaki untuk menaiki Feri ke Patung Liberty. Pasaraya juga sangat dekat.  Walau bagaimanapun, bilik kecil dan sekatan adalah nipis. Apabila bilik sebelah menutup pintu bilik, boleh rasa bilik saya bergegar seperti gempa bumi mini. Perkara seterusnya ialah hanya terdapat 3 lif yang dikongsi oleh 44 tingkat bilik. Jika tergesa-gesa mengambil masa, lebih baik naik lif lebih awal.  Disebabkan tanah yang sangat mahal di NYC, saya terpaksa mencari ruang bilik untuk kemudahan.

I had an 1 night enjoyable stay. The front desk was very pleasant and got us settled in right away. The elevators go directly to your floor which was nice. The room was clean, and nice decor. The room was small , but i didn't mind. The bed was comfortable and plenty of soft pillows. I really liked the shampoo products that were in the shower. The toilet and the shower were seperated by a sliding door that did not go to the ceiling. You can defineltly hear the person in using the toilet. The shower had a tinted glass, but the the body silluette could be seen for sure. I was with my husband , so I didnt mind as much with this privacy issue, butI would have preferred a bathroom with a full door to the ceiling. for added privacy. A girl has to leave her private bathroom matters to her guy's.imagination. All in all is was a nice stay... walking distance to everything. Check out was easy and staff was very nice. would surely stay there agian.

Saya tidak menjangkakan untuk menginap di hotel yang bagus pada harga yang murah. Ia benar-benar melebihi jangkaan saya. Ia mempunyai rasa hotel berbintang (banyak hotel dengan empat bintang ke atas memberi saya perasaan hotel ekspres domestik, tetapi yang ini mempunyai suasana hotel berbintang). Kemudahan: Kemudahan lengkap, penghawa dingin yang tenang Kebersihan: Kebersihan sangat baik, dan lobi mempunyai wangian Persekitaran: Persekitaran yang bagus Perkhidmatan: sangat baik

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

Safe, clean hotel for female solo travelers. Early check-in with additional price, but the front desk helped me get a room upgrade with check-in. Awesome hotel, although rooms are small like any other hotel in NY. Only downside was not a lot of food options in the hotel, food wasn't great and was overpriced.

Was able to check in early which was great after a long flight from uk. Room had everything we needed included toiletries, hairdryer, safe, fridge and coffee machine. Also had a clothes steamer although was unsure how to use this. Bathroom was lovely and bed was comfy. Room had a/c .Hotel was a short walk from the subway and lots of eateries by the hotel. Deli’s and restaurants. Walking distance to the water(pier 11, 17 and Staten Island ferry). We were also able to leave luggage after check out. This was securely stored using a ticket system. There was no charge for this. Room deposit refunded same day as check out. We loved our stay.

The first thing I will mention is that the hotel is 5 star and is expectedly, very expensive, being in the heart of Times Square. I took this into account when writing my review. If I am paying that much, my expectations would be higher than normal. I stayed for 12 nights over the Christmas and NY period so I obtained a very comprehensive view of the hotel and everything about it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were always there to attend to any requests and issues. The moment I got out of my transfer car, there was a lovely young gentleman waiting to get all my bags and transport me upstairs to the reception. The check-in was reasonably flawless but there was a bit of confusion around the payment because of resort fees the hotel charges daily. I prepaid my booking and there was confusion over whether it included or excluded the resort fee. The reception area is immaculately presented and the bar and restaurant are both located here. I intended to use the gym during my stay, but didn't have time to even take a peek. Nor did I visit the bar or restaurant. There's way too many options outside to do that. The very polite and courteous young gentleman then took me up to my room. He showed me everything and away he went. I got a bit of a room upgrade which I highly appreciated and had a beautiful view of Times Square. I was on the 2nd highest floor, floor 39. The room is not big. It was adequate for one person but nothing more. I don't think I would be able to stay here if I was with another person. It would be too uncomfortable and I had to find space for my 2 suitcases and carry-on. The bathroom is open plan, with a door for the shower and toilet. A big problem I had in my room was that if it was windy you will hear a loud whistle coming through the bottom of the front door. It really annoyed me. I had to take the cover off the bed and make a snake shape to block the gap underneath the door to stop the noise. Even a bath towel didn't work. They need to fix this. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very beautifully equipped, presented and maintained. I was pleased to see that most of the things I requested before I arrived (some extra bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, mini fridge, bathroom scale) were mostly there upon arrival. I quantified the number of towels I needed as I was not getting any housekeeping during my 12 night stay but I did not get the quantity requested. I expected a bit more attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Before I arrived I was asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and Guest Services pushed up my expectations as I was celebrating a special occassion and they said something nice, I assume maybe a cake or some alcohol would be waiting for me in the room. When I arrived there was nothing. And there was never going to be anything throughout my stay. I didn't mind and only remembered towards the end of the stay. We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

The reception staff is very cooperative and available 24/7. The local NY tour guideline desk person is very good as he guides us perfectly and shows us the best approach for reaching the destination. The cleaning staff is also good and keeps our room clean and hygienic.

It is the first time that we find a hotel room where the TV is bigger than the closet. Perhaps the hotel's policy is to set up the rooms differently depending on the season: large TV and small wardrobe during the warm season and small TV and large wardrobe during the winter season? Amazing! Considering that the space in the closet is only 23 inches (60cm) the suitcases cannot be emptied and must find a place around the bed in order to be opened. The positive consequence is that moving around the room helps to learn the Sirtaki dance steps: 4 steps on the side and two steps forward. The size of the bathroom is inconsistent with that of the room. The bathroom, in fact, is surprisingly large. The drains, on the other hand, are consistent with the narrowness of the room, in fact as soon as we arrived in the room we found the drains clogged (promptly purged by the hotel's ”specialist technician”). The air conditioning, turned on by default, reminds us of a subway station: the same movement of air and above all the same noise when the subway cars arrive. The same ”specialised technician” then intervened to activate the futuristic air conditioning control unit where, by going through labyrinthine menus, submenus and sub-submenus, in the end he was able to access the on/off disclaimer. Unfortunately the instruction manual for this control unit is not available in the room consequently we have replaced that bizarre electronic panel with that archaic tool called ”window” where with a marvelous handle one is able to change the air in the room. The operation of this tool is friendly enough that it does not need an instruction manual. The room is also equipped with a large screen through which at night you can watch the silhouette puppet show. The screen is the dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom built in opaque glass. It is enough to go to the bathroom and turn on the light, whoever is on the bed can enjoy the exhibition, free of charge. The restaurant is quite good and the prices are ok.
