Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

Отличный отель! Очень технологичный, всё работает по кнопкам, есть множество вариантов освещения. Очень просторный номер. Ванная комната удобная. Огромное окно с видом на взлетную полосу, видно как садятся и взлетают самолеты. Находится недалеко от аэропорта, отель предложил бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Персонал доброжелательный, всегда готовы помочь. Всем советую этот отель! Искали медь, а нашли золото

Chose this apartment because kids would like to have a room with a slide and jacuzi. The apartment smaller than the one we stayed before even in the same building, and the price are expensive than the bigger apartment. There are too many things inside the room, so not so clean and limited space to put the bags and move around. No response from the host before the check-in until I almost want to cancel the booking. But he did replied the night before we check-in and attended to my queries. My daughter lost her phone in the ball-pit at the slides area just before we check-out. We are rushing to the airport, hence we just gave up after 30mins could not locate the phone between the balls. Texted the host about it and request help from the cleaner to look for it when they do the clean up. Initially the host told me they found the phone but the next day told me again its another guest's phone and they have picked up. So not sure if the host or cleaner honest or not. We used find my phone and the phone still in the building when they first informed the phone was found and we were so happy and requested the phone to be shipped to us. Did not expect he changed to not found after that. Lost my trust and will not recommend this apartment to others.

Апартаменты нам очень понравились, нюансы есть но не значительные… Девушка которая убирает номера умничка! Полы чистые , сантехника аж блестит, есть в углах грязь но это фигня. Белье постельное очень качественное , чистое без запахов каких либо, хрустит аж) все рабочее , самый главный плюс, это вид из окна конечно же и расположение, барокко в 3 минутах! Набережная в 10 минутах, рядом станция метро прям во дворе можно сказать). Такси в достатке около здания, мини рынок с уличной едой фруктами , через дорогу в соседнем доме 2 круглосуточных магазина, ресторан, кофе кафе и многое другое. На входе в здание охрана , приветливая! Один из трех охранников открывает дверь, постоянно что безумно приятно). В основном жильцы Китайцы. За 1,5 недели пребывания в этом здании не встретили Русских 🤪. При выборе номера уточняйте есть ли лестница в Нутри номера, для нас это было удивлением , потому что 2х летний ребенок все время на нее лез… Лестница крутая и опасная. Дают тапочки , одноразовые полотенца , зубные щетки и 2 бутылки воды, расческу. Спасибо вашему отелю за гостеприимство, обязательно к вам вернемся 🙏🏻🙌🏻🌸 из пожеланий (ПОСТИРАЙТЕ шторы и тюли 🙏🏻)

如果還在考慮的話 那就直接訂吧，不要猶豫了 淡季的價格你能找到比它好的就比它貴 平價的都很難找到比這家好的了。 衞生：最重要的一點衞生 做得不錯挺乾淨的。但就是要勤點吸塵 塵還是有點多 環境：很有感覺 整個氛圍都很好 就是大堂晚上關了燈的時間那紅色的牆有點恐怖 服務：這點很重要 前台幫我辦入住的那個妹子笑的是真甜都笑到我心裏去了 她還幫我升了房 一入住就立刻想再來爾濱了 還撫慰了我被延吉傷透的心 我希望她是因為覺得我長得帥才幫我升的而不是因為我是港澳大紅薯或其他原因。還有上通宵那個也是 忙前忙後的幫我找要的東西 設施：用的吹風機雖然是大牌 但不太好用 還有那水機出來的水我喝不太習慣 可能是我習慣的問題。音響和空氣凈化器挺好用的 但是那空調是真拉 第一晚跟前台説過她也幫我調過但還是很熱 一直開到第二晚再調一次還是熱 衹能説這房間保温是真好 冬天的話我是完全支持的 但我住的那幾天是真熱 有時候好壞就藏在細節裏 你看看它家用的紙巾質量是多麼好多厚 還有那浴袍和枕頭的材質是真的舒服 我都想買回家了 位置：也是挺不錯的就在那個巴落克街裏也很靠近馬路

The hotel environment is very pleasant and is situated very close to Shangzhi metro. It is also close to tourist attractions like St. Sophia Cathedral and Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. The room is reasonably sized and very clean, tidy and odorless. The bed and comforter provided me a wonderful and restful sleep. The front desk staff, especially Miss Freya, was very pleasant, warm and helpful. The buffet breakfast offer a very delicious and wide selection of Eastern and Western dishes and the freshly brewed coffee give a quick start to my day. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

房間很寬敞，這塊的自然環境太好了，但是我們來的時候可能是淡季，剛剛裝修 ，有些設施還不完善，吃飯不是很方便，但是離景區很近，周圍環境很好，老闆也很熱情，老闆送的早餐很好吃

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, so close to the Harbin West high speed railway station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores closeby. It is a little far from downtown Harbin; it takes about 30 minutes to get downtown by metro. The room is spacious, and had a fridge. Staff were helpful when there was a plumbing issue. I had a view from the 15th floor, overlooking the railway station. On the downside, I could not locate the hotel entrance itself for a long time because it is behind some nondescript doors that looked dark. Also as with many hotels in China I could smell smoke from neighbouring rooms. I had to wear a mask to avoid second hand smoke.
