Luxurious and grand, One of the best hotels stayed during the trip. Service is great and front reception is very responsive towards any form of request. Conveniently located besides Wanda mall and food and eateries. Scenic besides river views. Will recommend and come back again.

Отличный отель! Очень технологичный, всё работает по кнопкам, есть множество вариантов освещения. Очень просторный номер. Ванная комната удобная. Огромное окно с видом на взлетную полосу, видно как садятся и взлетают самолеты. Находится недалеко от аэропорта, отель предложил бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Персонал доброжелательный, всегда готовы помочь. Всем советую этот отель! Искали медь, а нашли золото

Great little themed hotel, one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Sure, data can be spotty but the hotel provides in-room speedy wifi. One thing I may note is that during peak hours, the elevator can take quite a while to get up and down since the place is on the 30th floor. But plan accordingly and you won’t regret it. A prime, central location that’s not less than 20 minutes from major attractions. Very happy with my stay here. - James, Australia

Very helpful cause initially I had booked a room with stairs. Found it too tedious to move 3 of my Large luggage, so check if I'm able to change. Lucky I had a Free upgrade and I'm super happy with the room. FREE disposable towel, toothbrush and slippers. P/s: Free 1 Coke which I actually wanted to pay when checking out, 10 Q.

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Saya mempunyai seorang anak yang terlalu muda, dan bilik yang saya susun pada mulanya tidak sesuai untuk hospital selepas memberi maklum balas kepada kakitangan, mereka dengan sabar menukar bilik dan sikap perkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Terdapat teh dan kopi percuma di kawasan layan diri lobi. Peralatan bilik adalah sangat baru dan moden Soket pengecasan dan pengecasan tanpa wayar diatur di pelbagai tempat dilengkapi dengan ketuhar gelombang mikro dan bilik mandi kecil Bahagian ini munasabah, terdapat juga tandas pintar, dan pengalaman menginap secara keseluruhan sangat baik! Lokasinya juga sangat baik Menginap di hotel seperti ini di lokasi ini adalah di luar jangkaan!

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

房間很寬敞，這塊的自然環境太好了，但是我們來的時候可能是淡季，剛剛裝修 ，有些設施還不完善，吃飯不是很方便，但是離景區很近，周圍環境很好，老闆也很熱情，老闆送的早餐很好吃

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

I think this place is fantastic for both business travellers and holiday travelling. The room is amazing but maybe just a little cold? I’m not sure if the room heater was working correctly or coming from Singapore the cold is just too much? The bathroom toiletries are all very comprehensive and it’s the best I’ve seen thus far. Everything is great especially the hotel staff! If I ever return to Daqing I will still choose them. It’s very convenient to get to any place. Even the large shopping mall like Wanda is just 8mins drive away. Overall I really do recommend this place. How I wished I would have taken more photos of the place and room! You will definitely enjoy your stay here!
