Hotel Pet friendly di Heilongjiang, China

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

It's a big, new & clean room. Plus walking distance to Metro ,bus & the railway station. Plenty of shops & restaurants around. There is no extra hook in the toilet & room. The hotel provided a hook as shown in the photo. No extra hook. So after hanging my Winter jacket, I got no more space for others. So I got an issue or no place to hang towels, clothes etc. Overall I am happy with the stay. Will stay again

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

This must be one of the best hotels we've stayed at in China. The hotel location is well situated with only a 2 minute walk from the Shangzhi Street metro. Though the room was not very big, it was very clean and comfortable and well stocked with amenities. The bed was comfortable, and it provided us with a good night's sleep. The front desk staff was must friendly and charming, especially Miss Freya. The breakfast was very good with a wide menu. There is a coffee machine in the lobby and in the breakfast room. There's one personal coffee machine in the room too. The tourists sights like St. Sophia Cathedral and Zhongyang Street are only a 15-minute walk away. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Ha'erbin again.

the whole place was super clean and cosy, they even clean your boots and luggage wheels at the door. they provide transport and they are even able to organize everything for you, from ski suit rental to transportation from the hotel to the train station. they also recommend amazing hole-in-the-wall places to eat which were not overly expensive (because yabuli is VERY expensive since they only open 3 months a year and many businesses take advantage of this and charge ridiculous prices) the room was big and very well equipped, just that their mattresses are on the hard side, but their service is amazing! will come back

Гостиница относительно новая, но находится очень далеко от центра города, если вам только переночевать на один день, то вполне сойдет. Рядом с гостиницей почти ничего нет. В самой гостинице можно купить лапшу быстрого приготовления, так же есть кафетерий. Есть бесплатный трансфер, водитель встречает у выхода из аэропорта, если отправить заранее данные рейса. Обратно в порт так же привозят. Очень удобно. На завтрак были пельмени с бульоном. Постельное белье чистое, кровать и подушка были очень удобные. Рядом с кроватью есть лампа и зарядные устройства, очень удобно. А вот пыль и полы могли бы убрать лучше. В ванной на полу был то ли засохший герметик, то ли клей. И потолок почему-то был не закрытый. Телевизор работает, можно смотреть сериалы и фильмы на выбор. За телевизором была пыль и какая-то картонка, которую видимо забыли выкинуть. Фен в ванной в моем номере не работал. В гостинице было холодно, но кондиционер в номере Слава Богу работал исправно, хорошо согревал комнату. Хочу выразить благодарность водителю и девушкам в ресепшене за очень хорошую работу.

The location is superb, strategically located at the center of Beiji Village which is walking distance to all restaurants and post office. This accommodation was just opened in July 2025 and everything is new, highly recommended who wants to visit Mohe. You may also rely the owner to help you arrange for your trip in Mohe.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, so close to the Harbin West high speed railway station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores closeby. It is a little far from downtown Harbin; it takes about 30 minutes to get downtown by metro. The room is spacious, and had a fridge. Staff were helpful when there was a plumbing issue. I had a view from the 15th floor, overlooking the railway station. On the downside, I could not locate the hotel entrance itself for a long time because it is behind some nondescript doors that looked dark. Also as with many hotels in China I could smell smoke from neighbouring rooms. I had to wear a mask to avoid second hand smoke.

Chose this apartment because kids would like to have a room with a slide and jacuzi. The apartment smaller than the one we stayed before even in the same building, and the price are expensive than the bigger apartment. There are too many things inside the room, so not so clean and limited space to put the bags and move around. No response from the host before the check-in until I almost want to cancel the booking. But he did replied the night before we check-in and attended to my queries. My daughter lost her phone in the ball-pit at the slides area just before we check-out. We are rushing to the airport, hence we just gave up after 30mins could not locate the phone between the balls. Texted the host about it and request help from the cleaner to look for it when they do the clean up. Initially the host told me they found the phone but the next day told me again its another guest's phone and they have picked up. So not sure if the host or cleaner honest or not. We used find my phone and the phone still in the building when they first informed the phone was found and we were so happy and requested the phone to be shipped to us. Did not expect he changed to not found after that. Lost my trust and will not recommend this apartment to others.
