Hotel Pet friendly di Heilongjiang, China

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

Отдыхала между рейсами в этом отеле. Удивительное сочетание цены и качества. При бронировании указала, что нужен трансфер, написала время прилета и рейс и когда я получила багаж меня уже встречали с табличкой с моим именем. До отеля везли около 10 минут. Трансфер из аэропорта и обратно входит в стоимость. Отель новый, соответственно и ремонт свежий, чистота, качественные матрас и постельное белье, тишина в номере и шторы блэкуат. Питание не брала. Водитель и администратор очень доброжелательные, короче говоря я осталась очень довольна сервисом и комфортом отеля. Единственное небольшое замечание - это китайские розетки, которые не подходят для наших электрических устройств, не смотрела зарядить телефон. На следующий день летела моя мама, которая по моему совету остановилась в этом отеле, ей тоже отель понравился.

位置絕了，出行超省心 民宿就在中華巴洛克歷史街區核心，地鐵3號線步行5分鐘即到。出門就是復古建築羣。晚上逛夜景、拍美照超方便：周邊張包鋪、老鼎豐等美食雲集，步行就能打卡。去中央大街、索菲亞教堂也很近，打車、地鐵都便捷，完美兼顧老城煙火與景點通達②。 顏值拉滿，復古氛圍感爆棚 由百年巴洛克紅磚老樓改造，紅牆穹頂搭配滿院紅燈籠、夜晚燈光亮起，隨手一拍就是復古大片②。庭院古色古香，中式迴廊+民國裝飾，既有老哈爾濱的韻味，又有精緻格調。我們在院子裏拍了超多照片，發朋友圈被問爆地址!

房間很好，訂的是個小房間，前台小姐姐看我和我朋友兩個人給免費升級的雙床房，房間衞生乾淨，有熱水，房間的礦泉水也是免費的，喝沒了去前台自助販賣機買水，前台姐姐看見又送了我兩瓶水，服務特別到位，附近吃的也挺多，離夜市也很近，夜市也很熱鬧，晚上超級多人，出門交通也很方便。真的性價比特別高，下次再來牡丹江還會再選擇入住這家酒店，開心🥳

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

房間很寬敞，這塊的自然環境太好了，但是我們來的時候可能是淡季，剛剛裝修 ，有些設施還不完善，吃飯不是很方便，但是離景區很近，周圍環境很好，老闆也很熱情，老闆送的早餐很好吃

這次出行選這家酒店真的太值了！位置好找，交通方便，周邊吃飯購物都很齊全。一進大廳就覺得乾淨整潔，環境温馨舒服，前台工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住速度快，還很耐心解答問題。房間空間寬敞，採光好，床品柔軟乾淨，衞生間沒有異味，洗漱用品齊全，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得特別安穩。整體細節都很用心，性價比超高，不管是出差還是旅遊都很合適，下次一定還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

Biliknya sangat bersih, katilnya sangat selesa, dan terdapat air dan teh percuma di dalam bilik. Semua jenis kemudahan disediakan, dan tempat letak kereta percuma serta stesen pengecasan di halaman sangat mudah. ​​Terdapat juga banyak restoran berhampiran hotel. Kakitangannya prihatin dan ramah.
