Worth the price. Easy check in and chec out. Parking is available along the hotel building, but it may be hard because it is limited, but there is carpark behind the hotel (with charge). Iron ia available on every floor, you can use iron at the balcony. Room service is satisfactory. Cons: 1. remote control for aircond is out of battery, so we cannot adjust the temperature 2. No hot water for shower 3. Tap and shower head are leaking.

As someone who has previously worked in the hospitality industry, I understand the importance of guest satisfaction and the effort required to maintain good service standards. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback based on my one-night stay. 1. Reception Service: Upon arrival, the receptionist was not very welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and the tone used was rather abrupt, which left a negative first impression. 2. Room Comfort & Cleanliness: The room itself was quite comfortable in terms of space and layout. However, cleanliness needs improvement. Certain areas seemed neglected, which made the room feel less inviting. 3. Air Conditioning: Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well. The room remained warm throughout the night, which affected my comfort and sleep quality. 4. Toilet Amenities: Basic toiletries were not provided. The soap dispenser available was rusty and unclean, raising concerns about hygiene and overall maintenance. 5. Entertainment Options: The television had only one working channel with no variety, which may disappoint guests looking to unwind with some entertainment. 6. In-Room Items: The coffee glass provided was stained and yellowish, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned or replaced. Overall, while the room shows potential in terms of layout and comfort, there are several key areas that require attention.Especially service quality, cleanliness, and room facilities. I hope this feedback is helpful for the management to improve the guest experience moving forward.

Nice stay... Worth for the price

When I booked the room, I called the hotel and informed them that I would be checking in late, between 12:30 AM and 1:00 AM. The staff member, a woman who answered my call, assured me that I could check in at that time. However, upon my arrival, the hotel was closed. I waited outside the hotel for an hour, attempting to call the hotel, but my calls went unanswered. There was a notice in front of the hotel instructing guests to collect the key card from the restaurant next door. When I went to the restaurant, they seemed unaware of the situation and directed me to call the hotel again, even though I had already tried multiple times. This experience was highly unfair and caused me significant inconvenience. It was also a complete waste of money.

Many restaurants near the hotel and metro stations are accessible on foot.

The hotel bed was not that clean and toilet sink was clogged.

Location was easy to reach. I think all the services and amenities provided are worth the price. Certain sanitary products were not provided but it is understandable for the price per night. The only not so good point is the shower - the water flow was very small and the water was getting too hot so I have to keep adjusting so it doesn't get overheat. Overall, it's still good.

Good location, plenty of food and minimarket around the area. Easy excess to major roads. Room is super clean. Everything work fine.

Strategic area with facilities around

The entrance is a bit uncomfortable but the room for the price is okay, I guess. But have plenty of shops around, so that’s a plus!

I'm satisfied with the room provided. I stayed for 1 night with my sibling. The hotel was accessible via LRT Asia Jaya. However, the down part was the water heater was not functioning.
