Excellent hotel. Very nice room and lobby area. There is a lounge area where the hotel provides free snacks and drinks. Overall, a great stay!

Everything is great！

I loved my stay here! The service is good and the staff are friendly. There's a small lounge area near the lobby of the hotel where you can access tea, coffee, sodas, beer, and some small snacks. My room was comfortable and spacious. The public bath was huge with 6 indoor pools of differing temperatures, an outdoor pool, and a sauna (or 2). The lounge at the bath area offers a vitamin c drink, isotonic drink, and popsicles. Meals were buffets with plenty to choose from and a couple of live stations. Food options leaned towards being western-influenced. 10/10 would stay again.

the price is really expensive I think because they charge the kids 70 % of an adult meal. And my kids hardly eats. The room was terrible the smell is mouldy and the toilet smells bad. We didn't have enough time to change rooms so we had to endure the smell for the night n my kids n I didn't sleep well. The good thing is the delicious buffet and great onsen.the staff at reception doesn't speak English and it's hard to communicate with them.

非常滿意的一次住宿。離宇登呂巴士站有點距離，可以提前聯繫酒店進行接送，會方便很多。房間很大，温泉很舒服，自助餐豐盛，值得入住。

非常國際化的大型温泉酒店，遊客很多但非常有序，遇上的所有員工都親切樂於幫助且英文基本過關，中國遊客友好，安排的房間海景很美（沒有拍照），適合看夕陽喝茶，白天徒步晚上去泡温泉解乏，温泉也多，有室外，乒乓球枱太火了一直沒能玩成😂早晚餐豐富，導遊大巴都可以來酒店大堂接，知床風景美，學了很多🐻的知識，以後再來還會優先選擇kiki。

在日本，居然給升級了，是因為攜程法力無邊嗎？海景房太爽了，尤其是單人價，值爆了，可惜的是天氣，沒能看到落日。自助餐，再好吃，也就是那個水準了，對我，這種酒店住一晚，就好了，冬天有機會，再來看流冰。

早晚餐超級好吃，酒店設計感很強，一樓好吃好玩好享受！主要是房間超大，就是有點貴，温泉有室外湯池，夏天很舒服！前台的英文服務水平是這一帶最高的了

โรงแรมทำเลดี ด้านหน้าโรงแรมมีป้ายรถเมล์ เดินทางมาสะดวกมากๆ การบริการพนง.คือประทับใจ ตั้งแต่ต้อนรับอย่างเต็มใจ จนถึงวันกลับโบกมือลาให้พวกเราจนลับตารถบัสที่เราออกเดินทางกลับ ห้องพักกว้างและใหญ่เห็นวิวทะเลสวยงาม อาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์เช้าเย็นคือฉ่ำมาก ดีจนไม่มีข้อติ

缺點： 1） 幾乎沒有！硬説缺點的話，連住第二天房間衹給補給品，不打掃衞生。需要和酒店提出鋪床，提出後還是會服務的。早晚自助餐雖然有一些翻花樣，但基本上差不多，連住的話會覺得吃膩了。 優點： 1） 房間特別舒服，家庭房非常適合帶孩子，且孩子很喜歡！ 2） 還能看到天海一線，風景很好。 3） 温泉，小童房，drink bar，shop都很好！ 4） 服務也很不錯。 5）停車場足夠且很方便。 6）附近吃飯便利店，包括去知床自然中心等開車都很方便，10分鐘內。 PS. 比較適合自駕，有個坡，上下還是累的。

昨年の10月に続いての流氷ウオークとスノーシューイングををするためにリピートしました。相変わらずお勧めのホテルですが若干残念だったことが２つあります。 1つはレストランのスタッフが減ってしまいその代わりに下膳のロボットが導入されたことで以前の明るい声が響き渡る感じが薄れてしまったことです。もちろんスタッフさんの心温かいこころ遣いと笑変わりません。 もう一つは食事のメニューで絶品だったカレーが姿を消していたことです。連泊したのでたまたまかもしれませんが復活を期待しています。 細かいことを書きましたがお勧めの宿であることにかわりはありません。

1. 地點偏遠，交通不方便，自駕比較合適。 2. 附近景點有限，活動容易受到天氣，動物出沒影響而取消。 3. 溝通以日文為主。一晚收費450鎂，沒有星級酒店服務質量。 4. 此處計程車收費會欺騙遊客，要注意。
