Second time back at this hotel. The location is convenient, easy to reach, and in the heart of a residential area with lots of shops and street vendors. The room is clean and new. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I very much enjoy that the A/C does not point directly at your bed. Clean bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. The staff is friendly; however, I asked to be changed to a queen-sized bedroom instead of a twin (same price), and they said they did not have available rooms, although online, they still had rooms available to book for the same night. Depending on the room and the floor, you might hear some noises from the streets. I slept and rested well. I would stay here again.

Very clean and hygienic. Good value with good service. Only issue was the noise from the streets. I was on the 10th floor and could hear distant KTV and occasional tuktuks until about 1 am. Try to avoid rooms close to the lift. All in all however, very good value.

The hotel windows aren't very soundproof, so it gets quite noisy in the mornings as the area outside turns into a market. Everything else was fine though.

The price is affordable, and the hygiene is good in all aspects. There are many food options nearby, which is quite convenient. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Noisy, the windows didn't block any sound at all. Construction noise from downstairs started at 7 AM. No fridge, and the hot water wasn't hot enough.

Its really good for short stays, and the rooms are very clean. The AC works well and the bed is comfortable. Theres a large kitchen area on the M floor.

Room was spacious and bright. Came with a LG smart TV that allows you to watch Youtube. Huge plus compared to other hotels which don't have this feature. Great location. 5 mins walking distance to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. However, hotel is situated at an intersection and traffic can get pretty bad from 6pm-7pm on weekdays Room doesn't come with a fridge but did not found this to be an issue. Would have preferred that amenities are readily placed in the room instead of having to request for them at the counter though.
