The sky bar and infinity pool are a real asset to this hotel offering spectacular views right across Phnom Penh city. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The Sky Bar was a treat at sunset and being Valentine’s Day I was given a rose from the staff. The room was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have  ever slept  on.  Previous experience in Phnom Penh hotels, the beds can be a little hard compared to western culture. This was pleasing. It is a beautiful hotel.

Deposit is $60 not $50. Front desk trying to deal with too many people at once. No safe in room as advertised Aircon was very noisy. No fruit in room as advertised. Breakfast was very poor. Most things had run out and not replaced. Shocking hotel, will not be staying there again.

中國人投資,非常新的酒店,新到很多設施還沒建好,出差的時候特地訂了來體驗一下。大堂掛着柬埔寨旅遊部發的五星標牌,另外一邊是公寓入口(沒細看,但應該還沒正式入住)。 先説優點: 前台餐廳大多數我遇到的員工都會説中文,還有好幾個中國員工,溝通方便。房價不貴,房間大概是全季水平,很乾凈,有陽台但周圍都待開發,所以沒啥風景。有國內電視頻道和不少國際頻道,mini bar吃的不算貴。頂樓無邊遊池和玻璃棧道拍照很贊,但泳池似乎還不能使用。2樓餐廳基本都是中餐,每天還有幾美金的特價菜,很適合中國胃。 接著説缺點: 1. 房間有點反味,不確定是空調系統還是下水道的問題,因為住20多樓,大概率還是中央空調的問題。 2. 淋浴間太小了,大概就一平方,胖子絕對騰挪不開。 3. 我是通過攜程訂的房間。入住時,有標明若干權益,比如延遲退房歡迎水果之類。可惜不知道酒店和攜程之間溝通出了什麼問題,直到我第二天退房都沒確認。 最後給業主提個建議: 每一層大概有30多間客房,粗略估計酒店的客房超過300間。這個體量,前台就衹有1-2員工(入住有兩人,退房時衹有一人),入住要收按金,退房要查房,有理由懷疑入住率高了會來不及接待。我入住的時候因為有退房客人在糾結費用,等了差不多20分鐘。前台員工至少要翻倍才足夠應付。

캄보디아 최고의 호텔입니다 조직도 훌륭하고 근처에 한국식당도 많이있으며 사우나 마사지도 많이 있고 대형쇼피몰 한국 슈퍼마켓도 가까운쪽에 있으며 공항도 가까워 편하게 잘 쉬다왔읍니다

和機場是比較近的,比較適合晚上到達的朋友,但是周邊基本沒有商業,想要逛逛或者買東西是不太可能的,夜宵可以去屋頂酒吧,味道還不錯,然後也可以遊個泳,早上可以俯瞰下金邊。

1、衞生普通:好臭,房間浴室都有尿騷味。連大廳廁所都有這個味,衞生不好的感覺,非常受不了,從來沒住過這麼臭的酒店。幸好衹有住兩天 2、價格:這個價位建議可以住到市區。 3、早餐:非常普!非常一般!
