Ulasan Okay Palace Hotel

Hotel location is good, nearby royal palace and national museum. The room is very big with classic Khmer style.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Clean room. Excellent service. Will recommend to others. The pool is small compare to Boutique and water have a funny taste. However the street to the hotel is dirty.

OKAY palace is OKAY (but not a palace!) price wise it’s good value area is central we are happy here

Pretty rooms and the pool is awesome. You have also access to the Okay Boutique Hotel pool, which is better.

The place was really fantastic 🥰I really liked my room🥰The view from the balcony also was good. But unfortunately I was asking about the chair to sit in the balcony. Reception promised to bring it next day but forgot.(

Nice room, decent buffet breakfast, nice view from swimming pool area. Good location. Easy access to tourist attractions.

The room was good, but we didn't have hot water at all for 2 days. We reported it several times, twice we were told that it was fixed, but it was still the same, and in the end we lost so much time trying to get it solved (we waited for more than an hour to get an update and for someone to come and check, and we were even sent to another room where there was the exact same issue). I do not recommend at all.

Enjoyable stay. Room had a little balcony overlooking the city. All that I needed was provided. Friendly helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean.

Second time to stay. The first time the room was very nice, on a higher floor. This time the room was on the first floor where there was construction going on with construction workers being able to see into the bathroom window. There were no toiletries upon first arrival (no toothbrush, toilet paper). The biggest issue is the room was booked for 2 guests, who checked in together, but only one key card was issued. One night the non card holding guest was denied entry from the staff to the room even though they were a staying guest.

5yrs old Hotel. Hv 2 Okay Hotel side by side. lobby is filled w artifacts. Very Woody n ancient feel. Staff Friendly. Near eatery n a small pub. Just a day stay. Booked this for e size n location but felt it’s too small. Need fumigation for Mozzie.

Great location got free upgrade,big room with bathtub,stayed oy one night but enjoyable,will come back for 😊 sure
