Ulasan Brand New Studio Infinity Pool Down to $25/N - M Residence

The location is good , the staff is friendly. Unfortunately our 2 rooms walls were peeling off and were mouldy, there is only kitchen ware for one person and one on the room had only one chair and no dining table, the bed is a double one not a queen . The pool is amazing , but you can’t really enjoy relaxing by the side as there is no shade and only 4 long chair for the whole building. The gym air cond as timetable but wasn’t working. I went to complain to the reception, and when o asked when they are doing to do for that , the guy said « nothing. », when apparently they said they changed your room if not satisfied. I also asked for spare kitchenware, the front desk said in half hour, we never had it. Other wise the stay was good, the washing machine was great, really good WiFi, comfortable bed, and the water pressure strong.

Our family enjoyed our time at M Residence. The apartment layout is family-friendly, and the team was quick to assist us with anything we needed. The pool was a favorite spot for the kids, and we felt very safe here. Highly recommended for families visiting Phnom Penh.

Great place to stay with 360-degree panoramic views from the rooftop and a pool, especially good at sunset. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and have everything you need (washing machine, kettle and large fridge).

Loved my stay here. Everything was organized well and easy. The highlight is definitely the awesome rooftop pool 😊 can highly recommend this accommodation while staying in Phnom Penh!

Really good hotel, although slightly small rooms with not many utensils to cook. Room was cleaned and shower was very nice. Pool was amazing and such great views. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in Cambodia. Stayed two to the room and it was a bit tight for space but all in all was okay.

I love the swimming pool, can see 360 degrees. Room is a bit small for people of large size. Bathroom door when opened, about 60cm, feels smaller than the refrigerator door. Thanks for the gift when we checked out. They let us choose several types of snacks and drinks. The cold Pepsi was very nice when we walked on the street. I love the washing machine. It works well and I can hang my clothes at the balcony. AEON convenience store is a few steps away. Many local eateries around. View from room 1712A is another apartment/hotel. Excellent value for money. Good services from the Front Desk staff.

Good place to relax with the nice view from swimming pool.

The mattress is super hard, and the door to the balcony is error with the locker. The internet is slow, and a few of items in the bathroom are broken. However, it is so so to have a short stay there.

My room wasn't cleaned when I arrived.. razor and toilet paper in the shower.. the bed sheets were not changed .. I found a lot of old garbage under the couch.

The hotel was great value for money. Good location within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops in BKK1. The 1 bedroom apartment was a good size. The room although double occupancy only catered for 1 person e.g 1 plate, spoon, cup etc. We asked for another set of everything and were told that was not possible. Difficult to use the kitchen with not enough kitchenware. Pool and gym were not in use at the time of stay. Lovely powerful shower and AC system.
