Hotel berhampiran Korng Sarath di Phnom Penh

It is located on the main road. However, the hotel building and facilities are old. The parking is dark and lots of spider nets.

Quite good for a price and would be better for longer stay than just a short trip.

Nice new hotel. Hardware all new and clean. House keeping is very clean, reached world wide standard. One small thing can be better is that house keeper knocked my door at 4pm, even though I already put “do not disturb “ sign. GYM and pool is nice too. Blanket is too thick, too hot in Cambodia.

It seems it’s located in some sort of clubs area so depending on which side your room faces can be good or can be a horrible stay. I booked the hotel two times and on my first stay was no problem but on my second stay I got my room facing clubs and couldn’t fall asleep till 4 am when the music stopped. My whole room was vibrating from loud club music. When you stay there make sure you get a room on a quiet side. On this 2nd stay there was a fire alarm as well, seems some guests smoked in the corridor or so. I opened my door and staff asked me to go back into the room.

I stay this hotel with my friend during our vacation, It's very safe place and beautiful hotel, We use to stay with an unforgettable experience and smile 😊 of hotel staff they are very helpful especially manager is kind. You may look to the near hotel are alot of things....shop... near by.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

Reserved 3 orang 1 bilik tapi bila dah pergi sebenarnya terpaksa reserve 1 bilik lagi sebab??? Saya minta maaf. Tetapi saya tidak mahu bertengkar dengan kakitangan jadi saya terpaksa membayar untuk menempah 1 bilik lagi. Padahal duit 3 orang dan 1 bilik dah kumpul sehari sebelum tempahan dibuat. Tapi servis dikira okay. Tapi bilik tak berapa bersih 😂😂😂😂 Tapi dekat venue fan meeting ok.

the staff were nice although most of them cannot really speak in english. they tried their best to communicate with me. they are all very polite as well. the room was fairly clean and there was a 7-11 nearby which is really great.

Ia bersih dan segar. Berbaloi dengan wang. Walau bagaimanapun untuk tempatan anda perlu meletakkan deposit lain untuk $15 di tempat kejadian dan mendapatkan semula sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar keluar.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.
