Hotel berhampiran Bãi 3 Cây Dừa (Three Coconus Tree Beach), Pulau Phu Quoc

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The hotel is located in Sun Set Town, an Italien inspired small town with historical sights. Its beautiful but still quite empty, sure there is some smaller Hotels and Restaurants and some small grocery Shops. Near the water there is a Food Bazaar with Stalls and a lot of Food an Drinks offers but its just Open from 16 o clock, the Highlight of the town was besides the beautiful architecture the daily firework (expcect tuesday) The Hotel has a beautiful big Pool facing the sea and also Access to the Beach via some stairs. As it just opened it was not busy. As Hilton Diamond Member we got a free Canapé with two Drinks in the Evening and a Lovely suite upgrade with sea view. For the fireworks you can also Access the roof top terrace for a better view. During check in it took that someone came and Helped us with our luggages. Also there was some confusion about which is our luggages when they brought it to our room. This process should somehow be Improved especially when the Hotel gets busy. The Cabana Area should be a separated more from the public availilable Stairs as there is often people taking pictures of the Pool and also of you if you are next to this Area. Also near this Area with the cabanas they should also install a ladder to enter the pool as you need to walk around half of the pool to get into the water. The breakfast is fabulous and offers great variety and also great quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot especially the pool is a highlight. We will surely return one day to this beautiful hotel and location.

This hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, great layout with lots of space around the pool. I never struggled to find a spot. Having a better understanding of the geography, it’s important to note that this hotel is a little out of the main town so it’s a little bit more secluded. Staff were very nice. My only issue was at breakfast, as no one comes to greet you or assist you in finding a table, it can be a bit chaotic.

This was the most amazing holiday I have ever had. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day in spite of visiting during the rainy season. From the moment of arrival Tram, the customer service manager, and his team ensured a warm welcome and a swift check in process in a relaxing environment with a welcome drink. All staff from the porters - we were welcomed by Bo who ensured to show us all aspects of our room and personally escorted us to the bar where we could get delicious food and cocktails - were professional and provided excellent customer service. The location is breath-taking - right on the beach with an infinity pool if you don't want to dip into the ocean. SUP and canoes are available for hire or you can just relax in the midst of the immaculate cultivated gardens or on the beach. Food and drink are available 24/7 with room service alongside a pool bar, separate bar with pool table and a dining restaurant with superb ocean views. Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent to explore the area but you can also walk easily to the main road and to a couple of local shops. The cocktails, fresh fruit juices and smoothies were superb with an amazing breakfast buffet which surpassed all expectations served in the tree top restaurant with a breathtaking view over the ocean and infinity pool. Pastries, freshly cooked Vietnamese omelettes, alongside noodles, cereal, toast, amazingly fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee are all available in abundance. During the day there is a great selection at the pool bar or in the bar as well as the Ocean Restaurant in the evening for cocktail hour and an evening meal that has an open kitchen and is sited on a jetty with spectacular open ocean views. Everything was freshly cooked with a well thought out curated menu great options, including Pho, fresh steak, fresh fish, pizzas and pasta. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and friendly - we were served by Khahn who was especially friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was jungle luxe with fabulous design, great attention to detail, excellent service and 100% tranquility surrounded by the jungle with all mod cons with direct access to a private beach. Highly recommended to relax and detox from the modern world. No need to leave the resort for the duration of your trip.

The hotel/villa is situated at the north of the island closer to the other Vinworld attractions like safari, amusement park, grand world etc. But it is far from the city centre where the actual fun is. Service is mediocre considering the price paid. The beach is ok and clean. Worst part was the cleaning of the villa after we left. We were surprised to see that they never cared about cleaning the pool area. The basic utensils in the villa were also chargeable. Food in the restaurant had limited vegetarian options. Every extra service was priced very high. It is a skip from my side.

Dreamy Holiday in the Midst of Paradise! This is exactly the perfect definition of our stay in Crowne Plaza in Phu Quoc Island. Beach front is very clean, peaceful and serene. You can lay down falling sleeping breathing in the sea breeze while listening to the calming sea waves. The buffet offers a plethora of rich Vietnamese, Korean, French and Western Cuisine. Fruits and greens are very fresh. They also prepared healthy fruit juices. Per night charge is fairly affordable with the experience that this accommodation has to offer. A lot of free things to do. Airport shuttle is free as well. Highly recommended!

Если вы желаете просто провести время в спокойной, тихой обстановки, то это тропическое место точно для вас ☺️ А, чуть не забыла) Пляж от отеля всего в 5-7минатах ходьбы. Море не понравилось, вода мутная, с медузами… ну а позагорать можно) Там же можно взять в кафе что-нибудь перекусить или выпить и шезлонг идет в подарок 😃ну или можно на песочке) кому как комфортно) пляж безлюдный,печально, что заброшенный,мало людей. I really liked this hotel! Not everything is perfect (if anything really could be perfect), but the staff is trying its best! They literally try to satisfy each guest, very guest oriented! I’ve complained about a few issues- both times the management and the staff dealt with these issues in the best way. I really had a feeling that I’m a very welcomed and valued guest there in spite of a few misunderstandings. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will come back again already with my family! Thank you, guys for your patience, willingness to help, to satisfy and to provide a really good service!!! Here are a few pices of advice- to add salmon (or fish in general) for breakfast, avocado (because it’s the best option for breakfast), to arrange at least 2 coffee machines more for breakfast time (because right now guest need to stay in a long queue in order to to get a cup of coffee); AND the most important thing - to provide English courses for you good staff (it will help to prevent possible misunderstandings in the future)! Thank you to the receptionist Det (or Din), to the restaurant manager (unfortunately don’t remember his name, a young man wearing glasses), to the pool bar waitress Kieu, to the breakfast waitress Van and to the all staff in general! It was my first Phu Quoc trip with my parents. I made a reservation because my friend recommended it, but I was satisfied more than I expected. Personally, there were a lot of breakfasts, but I picked delicious ones. Next time. If I go, I would like to make another reservation.
