Saya rasa The Shells agak bagus, saya ada bas untuk dijemput di lapangan terbang, ada seorang kakitangan untuk membimbing saya ke bas. Apabila saya tiba, saya menempah bilik pemandangan laut supaya pemandangannya sangat cantik, biliknya luas, datang pada sebelah petang dengan matahari terbenam yang indah

I highly appreciate the quality of service at the resort. Reasonable price and extremely cheaper than neighboring 5-star resorts. Especially with unique designs, geographical location close to Duong Dong center, convenient for getting to all other nearby sightseeing areas. I will return in the near future.

The resort is very nice, something need to be renovated but everything is still good enough for a memorable stay.

Service was good but the maintenance of the room have got to be improved. There were stains on the windows of the shower area. Toilet bowl constantly has a flowing water sound throughout the night. I would prefer if theres a mini fridge for us to chill drinks/food, especially in the hot season! Breakfast was alright, I appreciate the live egg station as well as the pho. Bread was stale though. Other than those issues, bellboy service was really good and genuine. Exclusive beach was a plus with great views and accessories like hammock, swing etc. For the price, definitely worth an experience!

Although staying just one night but the resort was amazing, the staffs so friendly and the room was nice^^

Last time my company went teambuilding here, I liked it so much that this time I booked a place for my family to stay. Everyone quite liked it, very relaxing.

Well, I have to say that is the best resort where I stayed in Phu Quoc. The price is reasonable for a resort 5 start if you compare with others. The beach always cleaned and the pool bar so cool.

The resort is quite peaceful due to many trees and beautiful architecture. The private beach is clear and blue. This season the sunset is really beautiful when walking at the resort, you can capture this moment. Besides, the staff is also enthusiastic when I need them

The Shells Resort & Spa exceeded all expectations. The beachfront location was breathtaking, and the private pool villa was luxurious. The warm and attentive staff made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. The spa treatments were heavenly, and the dining options were divine.

We stayed at this resort in room 430, the room was amazing and spacious. Breakfast was amazing with lots of western and Asian choices. We dines at the restaurant one night and the food was great. Service was exceptional. They have a beautiful pool. The beach in front of the hotel is well maintained.

I’m having a great time here. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They consistently go above and beyond. Nice restaurants and pool. Room is very spacious and clean. If you’re looking for a relaxing and quite vacation, this is the right place for you!
