Hotel berhampiran LÀNG CÁ, Pulau Phu Quoc

Very good experience, worth for money. We booked a bungalow next to the ocean side swimming pool with good view and it was really suitable for family with kid. 3 minutes walk to either swimming pool or beach and also ocean bar. There is also shuttle driving you from the lobby to the room, no need to worry about carrying heavy luggage. Breakfast time is just full of people, personally suggest to have breakfast after 9:30. The best thing of breakfast is they have different pho everyday so you can try more. Been to all catering, food and drinks were good and not expensive. Also enjoyed spa at the hotel, the staff are nice. Highly recommend!!!!!

Good location. Less than 10 mins from the airport. Easy access to the Sonasea night market. (Recommend Mr.seafood) 15mins to the Kingkong mart. Small market sells most of items and has laundry service. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is nice for both of kids and adults. Linked beach has bars and restaurants. The housekeeping servie is good and friendly. Reception staffs are nice. But other staffs don't understand English. Massage and Nail shop is very friendly with reasonable prices.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a great impression on me. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were also really nice and had good facilities, which was a huge plus. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, it was a great way to start the day. However, there were a few cons that I noticed during my stay. One of the issues was that the taxi drivers often confused between M Village and M Resort, as there were two M hotels located next to each other. This was a bit confusing and caused some inconvenience for us. On our last few days, some open burning was happening next to the hotel, which made our room smell a bit smoky. But when we complained to the staff, they immediately changed our room to a different one. Overall, though, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We stayed only 1 night. But I have to give AQUASUN hotel in Phu Quoc a 5 star rating across the board: 5 star location - centre of Duong Dong and close to the beach, 5 star for staff friendliness and helpfulness, 5 star for cleanliness, 5 star for cozy room, 5 star for excellent view of the rooftop swimming pool, and 5 star for breakfast buffet & à la carte dining. We fully enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in one of the bungalows just back from the beach for 7 nights over New Year. We loved it - it has the perfect chilled tropical holiday vibe we look for. It’s perfectly located near beach bars and restaurants as well as everything you need on the nearby laneway and main road. The room was very clean and the staff are lovely and helpful. The only nitpick is the breakfast is a bit boring in its simplicity but who cares! We’ll be back.

The room is cleaned, pillows and bed are fit my required. The waiters and waitress we met Ahri, Ken, Neil and Leo are very nice, explained very details to us, everything excellent to our family, we will refer to our friends to come here for visit this beautiful place again.

Is a beautiful hotel next to the beach. All the staff are friendly. Thanks to the guest relation officer- Haiah. that we get to know to take public bus to many places. Also during day when it’s raining, She helped us get a taxi to the cable car station. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good spread. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Seafood buffet has a band from Philippines whom belt out numerous beautiful songs. Highly recommend this hotel.

Went there for our babymoon. And really enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quick and amenities in room was good. Soap and shampoo had a nice scent. The view from our room was spectacular especially when its sunset. Make sure to enjoy the daily choc hour at 3.30pm. Breakfast spread was adequate, they will rotate for the asian section, for the continental will stay the same. U can get a barista to make u coffee and order your eggs. I really looked forward to breakfast everyday. We also went to the spa. It was phenomenal. The staff named Huang was very helpful, she speaks good english and even recommended us food to eat. For a 5 star hotel the spa price was very reasonable and u get to use the sauna and jacuzzi too. There is a kids friendly foam party every saturday and it was great for families! The dj played songs for the kids like baby shark and they even had a special performance, the music then evolved to adults genre. So its a good mix for all. I even visited the lounge area which had a pool table, foosball table and a seated football table. I would say staying at movenpick was a good choice. The price is reasonable and its a pretty decent hotel. Its not a super huge facility but adequate for a short stay, we stayed for 4 nights. Just bare in mind the location is about 25mins from town where the night market is located. But I didnt mind it so much as we just booked a grab e hailing service if we needed to head out. If you dont have anything planned, checked the activities that they have at the hotel on the telly. They had some weaving classes, yoga and workout classes when we were around. Make sure to use the shuttle bus service to the airport, when we arrive we used a small bus and when we were leaving they arranged a MPV car. Just remember to email the hotel in advance of your flight details.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. I stayed for 1 day and it was a great hotel All the staffs were very friendly, and the facilities were all clean and well maintained. The gym is nearby the hotel, it takes 2' to walk to there. Breakfast is worth the price, and they have a lot of healthy drink and breakfast options
