Hotel berhampiran Mega King Mart & Alluvia Phu Quoc Chocolate Factory, Pulau Phu Quoc

We stayed only 1 night. But I have to give AQUASUN hotel in Phu Quoc a 5 star rating across the board: 5 star location - centre of Duong Dong and close to the beach, 5 star for staff friendliness and helpfulness, 5 star for cleanliness, 5 star for cozy room, 5 star for excellent view of the rooftop swimming pool, and 5 star for breakfast buffet & à la carte dining. We fully enjoyed our stay!

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a great impression on me. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were also really nice and had good facilities, which was a huge plus. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, it was a great way to start the day. However, there were a few cons that I noticed during my stay. One of the issues was that the taxi drivers often confused between M Village and M Resort, as there were two M hotels located next to each other. This was a bit confusing and caused some inconvenience for us. On our last few days, some open burning was happening next to the hotel, which made our room smell a bit smoky. But when we complained to the staff, they immediately changed our room to a different one. Overall, though, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Good location. Less than 10 mins from the airport. Easy access to the Sonasea night market. (Recommend Mr.seafood) 15mins to the Kingkong mart. Small market sells most of items and has laundry service. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is nice for both of kids and adults. Linked beach has bars and restaurants. The housekeeping servie is good and friendly. Reception staffs are nice. But other staffs don't understand English. Massage and Nail shop is very friendly with reasonable prices.

Very good experience, worth for money. We booked a bungalow next to the ocean side swimming pool with good view and it was really suitable for family with kid. 3 minutes walk to either swimming pool or beach and also ocean bar. There is also shuttle driving you from the lobby to the room, no need to worry about carrying heavy luggage. Breakfast time is just full of people, personally suggest to have breakfast after 9:30. The best thing of breakfast is they have different pho everyday so you can try more. Been to all catering, food and drinks were good and not expensive. Also enjoyed spa at the hotel, the staff are nice. Highly recommend!!!!!

Amazing hotel, great staff, very nice beach. Very glad to choose Crowne Plaza, soooo many options for breakfast and good quality food. It’s just 1.5km away from the Grand World. Had a blast. Highly recommended.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. Tiga keluarga tinggal di sebuah vila, yang sangat menjimatkan. Pantai hotel ini juga hebat, airnya sangat bersih. Pakej yang ditempah bukan sahaja disertakan dengan perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang, tetapi juga termasuk kupon hotel dan tiket zoo. Sarapan di hotel juga bagus, dan saya juga mencuba banyak sukan air. Saya belum pernah bermain sukan air di tempat lain, jadi saya tidak tahu betapa kos efektifnya. Hanya tinggal selama dua hari kali ini saya rasa tidak cukup untuk tinggal beberapa hari lagi. Satu-satunya perkara buruk ialah terdapat tokek di dalam bilik, dan tokek itu juga menyalak, yang pada mulanya menakutkan.

Hotel ini terletak di selatan Pulau Phu Quoc, di pantai barat. Bas percuma di pulau ini tidak perlu menaiki teksi untuk turun dari bas sangat dekat dengan tempat menaiki kereta kabel lintas laut dan tempat tarikan Kissing Bridge. Ya, kemudahan di dalam rumah adalah lengkap, agak baru dan luas melihat laut. Untuk sarapan pagi, anda perlu mengambil kereta bateri untuk makan di restoran lain. Terdapat mee dan roti untuk dipilih . Bahagian tengahnya mahal Contohnya, sebaris empat yogurt di sini berharga 60,000 VND Jenis yogurt yang sama berharga 32,000 VND di sebuah pasar raya di bahagian tengah. Penghawa dingin di rumah meniup terus ke atas katil, yang tidak boleh diterima oleh kebanyakan orang dan menyebabkan mereka sakit kepala. Satu hari selepas saya melanjutkan penginapan saya, saya diberitahu bahawa saya perlu membayar untuk bilik di meja depan hotel. Saya cuba meleret kad saya untuk masa yang lama tanpa berjaya. The hotel is located in Sun Set Town, an Italien inspired small town with historical sights. Its beautiful but still quite empty, sure there is some smaller Hotels and Restaurants and some small grocery Shops. Near the water there is a Food Bazaar with Stalls and a lot of Food an Drinks offers but its just Open from 16 o clock, the Highlight of the town was besides the beautiful architecture the daily firework (expcect tuesday) The Hotel has a beautiful big Pool facing the sea and also Access to the Beach via some stairs. As it just opened it was not busy. As Hilton Diamond Member we got a free Canapé with two Drinks in the Evening and a Lovely suite upgrade with sea view. For the fireworks you can also Access the roof top terrace for a better view. During check in it took that someone came and Helped us with our luggages. Also there was some confusion about which is our luggages when they brought it to our room. This process should somehow be Improved especially when the Hotel gets busy. The Cabana Area should be a separated more from the public availilable Stairs as there is often people taking pictures of the Pool and also of you if you are next to this Area. Also near this Area with the cabanas they should also install a ladder to enter the pool as you need to walk around half of the pool to get into the water. The breakfast is fabulous and offers great variety and also great quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot especially the pool is a highlight. We will surely return one day to this beautiful hotel and location.
