Hotel berhampiran Tropical Houzz, Pulau Phu Quoc

The hotel is located in Sun Set Town, an Italien inspired small town with historical sights. Its beautiful but still quite empty, sure there is some smaller Hotels and Restaurants and some small grocery Shops. Near the water there is a Food Bazaar with Stalls and a lot of Food an Drinks offers but its just Open from 16 o clock, the Highlight of the town was besides the beautiful architecture the daily firework (expcect tuesday) The Hotel has a beautiful big Pool facing the sea and also Access to the Beach via some stairs. As it just opened it was not busy. As Hilton Diamond Member we got a free Canapé with two Drinks in the Evening and a Lovely suite upgrade with sea view. For the fireworks you can also Access the roof top terrace for a better view. During check in it took that someone came and Helped us with our luggages. Also there was some confusion about which is our luggages when they brought it to our room. This process should somehow be Improved especially when the Hotel gets busy. The Cabana Area should be a separated more from the public availilable Stairs as there is often people taking pictures of the Pool and also of you if you are next to this Area. Also near this Area with the cabanas they should also install a ladder to enter the pool as you need to walk around half of the pool to get into the water. The breakfast is fabulous and offers great variety and also great quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot especially the pool is a highlight. We will surely return one day to this beautiful hotel and location.

This hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, great layout with lots of space around the pool. I never struggled to find a spot. Having a better understanding of the geography, it’s important to note that this hotel is a little out of the main town so it’s a little bit more secluded. Staff were very nice. My only issue was at breakfast, as no one comes to greet you or assist you in finding a table, it can be a bit chaotic.

The hotel services were prompt and the staff was professional. We found the restaurant to be bit overpriced but that is what it is and all other aspects were really good. I would recommend this hotel for fellow travellers specially if you are travelling with your family.

I really liked this hotel! Not everything is perfect (if anything really could be perfect), but the staff is trying its best! They literally try to satisfy each guest, very guest oriented! I’ve complained about a few issues- both times the management and the staff dealt with these issues in the best way. I really had a feeling that I’m a very welcomed and valued guest there in spite of a few misunderstandings. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will come back again already with my family! Thank you, guys for your patience, willingness to help, to satisfy and to provide a really good service!!! Here are a few pices of advice- to add salmon (or fish in general) for breakfast, avocado (because it’s the best option for breakfast), to arrange at least 2 coffee machines more for breakfast time (because right now guest need to stay in a long queue in order to to get a cup of coffee); AND the most important thing - to provide English courses for you good staff (it will help to prevent possible misunderstandings in the future)! Thank you to the receptionist Det (or Din), to the restaurant manager (unfortunately don’t remember his name, a young man wearing glasses), to the pool bar waitress Kieu, to the breakfast waitress Van and to the all staff in general! Hopefully next time I’ll get a discount as a regular guest 😊 See you soon!🙂

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

what a wonderful resort! the whole area is beautiful, facilities are well-managed and guest reception & service are fantastic! (special thanks to my manager Sunny and DAI NGUYEN). Dreamy Holiday in the Midst of Paradise! This is exactly the perfect definition of our stay in Crowne Plaza in Phu Quoc Island. Beach front is very clean, peaceful and serene. You can lay down falling sleeping breathing in the sea breeze while listening to the calming sea waves. The buffet offers a plethora of rich Vietnamese, Korean, French and Western Cuisine. Fruits and greens are very fresh. They also prepared healthy fruit juices. Per night charge is fairly affordable with the experience that this accommodation has to offer. A lot of free things to do. Airport shuttle is free as well. Highly recommended!

The Hotel overall is really great. The room was nice and spacious, however they didn’t clean our room properly everyday. When they came to clean, they only made the bed, didn’t change the sheets and didn’t sweep the floor. They forgot to replace the towels. They took the old towels , but didn’t leave clean ones. We has to ask for sheet changing after the 3rd day and for them to sweep and mop. Because it got sandy of all the sea sand. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly overall in the breakfast hall. I just feel for this time of year (During TET holiday) the hotel was VERY BUSY and under staffed. So therefore the overall experience could have been better if they had more staff during this time. The pool and private beach was really nice and we enjoyed that very much.

Удобный, комфортный отель. На цокольном этаже бесплатная парковка для байков. Пришли с моря, устали, не стали ждать, когда сделают кофе, так нам его достаточно оперативно доставили в номер. Бассейн на крыше с великолепным обзором на 360 градусов. Всё красиво и современно. Единственный минус - до моря идти по каким-то закоулкам и море в том месте не самое лучшее. До супермаркета Кинг Конг идти относительно недалеко, но все же выходит, что отель располагается в самой южной оконечности оживленных мест. Если бы чуть севернее... Питание - придираться не буду, претензий нет, но все же видал и лучше, поэтому за питание 4 из 5. По номеру опять же - без претензий, но видали и получше, поэтому снова 4, даже 4,5 из 5.
