Pada asalnya, saya jarang memberikan ulasan buruk kepada hotel, tetapi ini benar-benar tidak boleh ditoleransi. Pertama sekali, hotel ***a pangsapuri adalah seperti rumah. Terasa teruk bila masuk. Terdapat pelbagai kesan minyak pada sarung sofa, dan anda tidak boleh duduk tanpa tuala. Cawan air dan gelas wain yang sepadan di dalamnya adalah lapisan abu dan minyak, dan sukar untuk membersihkannya sendiri. Wifi dilog masuk dengan nombor bilik dan nama peribadi. Saya tidak boleh log masuk sehingga pagi hari daftar keluar, mengatakan bahawa nama pengguna telah tamat tempoh. Saya ada setengah hari untuk check out. Kalau nak guna data sendiri pun tak boleh sebab signal bilik terlalu teruk dan signal kad Ais cuma satu bar. Pada hari daftar keluar, saya mahu tidur lewat dan bangun untuk daftar keluar. Отель новый, в виде корабля. Рядом стройка, до моря топаешь по дороге. Хорошие номера, видовой бассейн, спа. Ко мне в гости приехал сын 6 лет. Мы были в зоне бассейна. Ко мне подошла менеджер отеля, белокурая блондинка славянской внешности, и чисто на русском языке объяснила мне, что детям в этом отеле не рады. Попросила меня покинуть отель. За приличные деньги которые им заплатил за номер и оставил в баре у бассейна получил такой месседж. Далее тратить деньги мы пошли в соседний отель. Вот такой случай произошел со мной. В данный момент времени проживаю в отеле номер 328, выезжаю 10ю01ю2024 года. Поеду в будующем в данный отель- скорее нет, чем да. Валерий Д.

What a relaxing and pleasurable stay! The staffs were super helpful and efficient. The beach view from the room is spectacular! The highlight of the stay is the huge and spacious pool, with a very exciting water slide. The resort offers a wide range of activities like pilates, sailing and kayaking.. Overall, the stay was amazing and we would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommend SAii Phuket to anyone going on a vacation!

We chose the hotel as the location for a long awaited family reunion with my husband’s family as they have a huge range of activities we felt would suit all the family. The hotel is in varying stages of renovation and upgrading which meant two of the restaurants were out of action which we were informed of upon our arrival. Our ‘grande’ room was also one which hasn’t yet been renovated and after 24 hours we realised that there was some mould in the room and our clothes and the bedding felt damp to the touch as well as the room smelling musty. The rooms of our family members had been renovated more recently and didn’t have any issues. I received an email for a ‘during stay survey’ and shared my feedback accordingly. I can’t fault the hotel’s response which was to contact me the same day and request to meet with me. I met an assistant manager, Joe, who was very helpful and we ended up moving rooms to a fabulous pool side room as well as receiving an invite to the excellent Thai buffet a their Baan Talay restaurant. I was genuinely impressed at the clear desire to receive feedback and make improvements. We’ll be returning some time in the next year and I look forward to enjoying the newly refurbished restaurants which were out of action this time. The breakfast buffet was varied and there was a huge range of complimentary activities which we didn’t get to try much of this time but look forward to on our next stay.

We booked this hotel for a no-frills overnighter as we will be arriving late and checking into a nearby resort the next few days. Hard to locate as it was in a dark corner and not well lit. We managed to locate second time around. Check-in was a hassle as the front desk guy could not speak much English but relied on Google translate. He even read from a prepared note to asking us if we want to move to a lake view room as the booked room was facing the main road and noisy. We took the option thus giving up the included breakfast. It was raining overnight so we had no idea what lake view was. Room was big, comfortable but dated and has one of the best firm mattress we experienced so far. Aircon took a long time to cool the room but everything worked. Issue was the noise from the distant disco continued till 4:30am and kept me awake all night. In the morning it was still raining but we woke up to marvellous view. When we checked out there was not much of breakfast seen but more of a made to order set thus limited variety. Do be aware there are only space for 4 cars onsite if you are driving with more further away within 5-minutes walk which is also where youll find food, grocery shop and the Boat Avenue Friday Night Market. Convenient and good location for the small hotel, and cheap too.

We had a pleasant stay in this place. The breakfast has lots of varieties, they also offer the transportation to the area places you need to go to which is great and convenient. Stayed here for two nights before flying back to Bangkok. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Air con was very good. There was a cafe next door which served lovely breakfast. In the evenings we walked just 15mins down the road to Boat Avenue which had loads of lovely places to eat and drink.

My stay here has been great. Not sure about the other rooms, but the one I lived in (2nd floor with a terrace) is super nice. I really liked the interior and the room size. There's also panoramic windows and a fancy bathtub, so you can go here for a nice picture instead of Nui beach :) The staff is very friendly, they gave me a box of cookies on my last day. On the first floor, they have a water cooler with both hot and cold water, which is also nice. Plus, if you love cats, there are some on premises :)
